CHAPTER TWENTY-FOUR, wedding crashers

Kate was practicing some routines in the dojo when Jerry walked in with Mika, Phil's niece. She met her before and thought she seemed like a nice and friendly girl. "Here it is, Mika." Jerry smiles. "This is the place where I got my black belt and beat down Jack." Kate snickered at hearing that and rolled her eyes. That definitely didn't happen, she knew he was just trying to impress Mika.

Jack stands up since he had been kneeling, looking in his duffle bag. He raises his eyebrows at Jerry. "Oh, hey, Jack." Jerry smiles at him, his eyes widening in panic after realizing Jack had heard what he said. "Uh, we should probably go, Mika." He grabbed Mika's arm, pulling her towards the exit.

"No, no, no, no." Jack stops him from leaving and Jerry lets go of Mika's arm, looking at him nervously. "Why don't you show her how you beat me down?'

"Uh, see, I...The thing is I don't, I don't really remember." Jerry stammered.

"Oh, I do." Jack smirks. "First, he got me in an arm lock. Like this." Jerry screamed in pain as Jack pulled his arm behind him.

"Then he gave you a front snap kick." Milton chimed in.

Jack swings Jerry around, kicking him in the stomach. "And then he flipped you." Eddie added.

Jerry's eyes widen. "Wait, what? No!" He shouted worriedly as Jack grabbed his arm and flipped him over.

"Wow, you're very excellent fighter, Jerry." Mika complimented, smiling and clapped for him.

"Yeah," Kate chuckles. "Sure he is."

Jerry smiles in pain, giving Mika a thumbs up. "Hey," Rudy rushes into the room. "Bobby's on his way over here."

Everyone quickly rushes to the door. "What is this Bobby?" Mika questioned, her voice laced with confusion.

"Oh, he's the rich guy who owns the dojo." Jerry replies. "Whenever he visits, he makes the  most insane over-the-top entrances."

Kate frowns, watching with concern as Bobby walks into the dojo with a sad look on his face. He then walks over to a stack of mats and lays face down on it. "Okay, not one of his best." Jerry commented.

"Bobby? What's the matter?" Eddie inquired while Jack and Kate sat down on a bench, their hands intertwined.

"I'm lonely!" Bobby cried out as he got up.

"But why are you lonely?" Mika frowns. "Do you not have a girlfriend?"

"Excuse me!" Bobby exclaims, looking at her with offense. "I am Bobby Wasabi." He frowns, walking over to sit down on the bench Jack and Kate sat on. "And no, I have no girlfriend."

"Wait, well, that's it." Rudy smiles. "That's what you need." He puts his hands on Bobby's shoulders. "I'm gonna help you find a girlfriend."

Bobby glances at him hopefully. "You will?"

"Trust me, Bobby. I got your back." Rudy reassures him. "Because if there's one thing I know...It's how to deal with the crushing blow of loneliness." Kate smiled sympathetically at him, putting a comforting hand on his arm.

"It is Tuesday. Come to Falafel Phil's." Mika suggests, walking over to Bobby. She smiles. "It is singles' night."

Bobby grins. "Ohh..." He chuckles. "Falafel."

"Forget falafel!" Jack tells him. "We are gonna find you a lady." He scoots over to Bobby, and with his free hand he threw an arm around Bobby's shoulders. "And how hard could it be? You're smart, a ex-movie star, and really really-"

"Handsome." Bobby nodded with a smile.

"I was gonna say rich." Jack admitted.

"Rich and handsome it is!" Bobby grinned.

"Well, he's not sad anymore." Kate chuckled.

Jack and Kate rush into Falafel Phil's that was full of single people since it was singles' night. "Guys, great news! This woman Leona came into the dojo and she's a huge martial arts fan. She insisted on meeting you right away, Bobby." Jack explained.

"Really?" Bobby looked at him with surprise.

"Yeah," Kate smiles at him. "I think you're gonna love her. She has her own ninjas like you!"

Bobby smirks. "Oh..."

The front door suddenly opened by two ninjas. Another ninja flips into the restaurant, pointing out the door. A blonde-haired woman in a purple dress walked in with ninjas following her. "Hello, Bobby." Leona smiles, offering her hand to him. "I'm Leona."

"What it do, Leona?" Bobby asked, grinning at her as he took ahold of her hand.

"You're what it do, Bobby." Leona responded.

Bobby glances over at another girl he had tried flirting with earlier but didn't work out. "You hear that? Apparently I am what it do. Ha!"

Kate was in the dojo with Rudy, Jack, and Milton the next day. Rudy was showing them a karate move. "You lock the wrist-"

Startled, they all look towards the door that was open when they heard people screaming and saw people running around and feathers scattered all over. "What is that noise?" Rudy questioned.

"And why are birds chasing people outside?" Kate furrowed her eyebrows, walking over to the door along with the others.

"It's a giant flock of doves lowering Bobby into the coutyard." Eddie smiled.

"That sounds about right." Milton nodded.

"Lower, my doves! Lower!" Bobby exclaimed. Everyone continues screaming as doves chase them while Bobby is lowered t o the ground. He was sitting on a chair that was tied to a lot of doves.

"There's, like, a thousand doves up there." Jack noticed.

"Oh, actually, it's fifteen hundred." Bobby explains. "I haven't been a thousand doves since high school."

"I take it the date went well." Rudy smiled.

"Oh...You might say that." Bobby responded with a smile, walking further into the room. "In two days, I am...Getting married!" He laughed excitedly.

"What?" Everyone exclaimed, staring at him in shock.

"Bobby, this is crazy." Rudy told him, walking over to him along with the others.

"Yeah, you can't marry someone you just met." Kate chimes in. "I mean, have you not seen Frozen? Hans tried killing Elsa and taking over the throne after he asked Anna to marry him."

Milton nods in agreement. "There are a lot of decisions to make. The music, the invitations."

"The flowers, the food." Mika added.

"Where to sit that crazy aunt that smells like ham." Milton continued.

"Excuse me, I do not have an aunt that smells like ham." Bobby said with offense.

Jack nods. "Yeah, you do."

Bobby's eyes widen in realization. He shrugs, glancing at Milton and Mika. "Milton, Mika, you will plan my wedding."

Milton and Mika share a smile. "And I can sing." Eddie offers. "Hey, I've done a lot of-"

"Bah bah bah bah bah bah." Milton interrupts him. "Not gonna happen, Eddie. We're hiring a professional."

"Come on, Milton. Who do you really-"

"Don't make me 'bah bah bah' you again." Milton interrupted Eddie again.

"Bobby, you can't just marry the first woman who gives you any attention." Rudy tells Bobby. "I mean, I haven't even met her."

"Oh, well, that's a shame because I was going to ask if oyu'd be my best man." Bobby admitted as he looked disappointed.

Rudy looks at him excitedly. "I accept!" He claps out of excitement. "We're getting married!"

"Yay!" Bobby jumped up and down out of excitement and Rudy joined in as they high fived each other.

(kate's outfit for the wedding)

For the wedding Kate wore a short navy dress, the bottom half was plaid while the top half was plain and the arms were elbow length. There was also a chain hooked on her waist. Her hair was curled and with one strand left out in front while the rest was left down, some was pulled back into space buns. For the shoes she wore black combat boots, she wore jewelry (one item of her jewelry was that bracelet Jack had got her when he thought he was going move to Japan. ever since he gave it to her she always wore it), her nails were also painted to match the dress, and she wore light makeup. Her and Jack even matched outfits with that navy blue suit he wore which was unintentional.

Kate was helping Jack and Jerry move some extra chairs into Bobby's throne room. "Hey, look at all this cool stuff from Bobby's movies." Jack noticed. Scattered throughout the room was different items from the movies Bobby has been in.

"I still can't believe we're friends with an ex-movie star." Kate admitted.

"Hey, what movie did Bobby wear a wedding dress in?" Jerry asked, pointing at a couple of wedding dresses hung up on a clothing rack.

"He didn't wear one in any movie." Kate chuckled.

"Yeah, those aren't his." Jack chimes in. "They must be Leona's." Jerry nodded in realization.

"You know, Rina," Jack glances at Kate with a soft smile, a light shade of blush rising to his face. "I think you'd look beautiful in one of those one day."

Kate blushes, butterflies swarming in her stomach because of the fact he somewhat hinted at the fact he would want to marry her in the future. She opens her mouth to reply, but closes it when Jerry spoke before her. "Ugh, can you guys not act so lovey dovey in front of me?" Jerry groans in annoyance, glancing at them with disgust. "It's gross."

Both Jack and Kate blush at his comment and look away from each other with shy smiles. Then something caught Jack's eye. "Woah! Guys, check this out! This is the glove Bobby wore in his movie 'A fistful of glove'."

"What" Jerry said with shock as he smiled.

"No way!" Kate grinned, looking at the glove he held in awe.

Jack puts on the glove on his left hand. "When he put this on, his whole hand became weaponized. This button shot out numbing darts."

Kate grimaces when she saw the dart shoot out and hit Jerry. "Uh, Jack-"

"I know that this is a prop, but wouldn't it be awesome if this thing really worked?" Jack continued, still looking at the glove in awe.

Kate cringes as Jerry takes the numbing dart out that hit his right cheek which numbed the right side of his mouth. "It does work."

"What are you talking about?" Jack asked.

"I can't feel my legs." Jerry admitted, but his voice sounded mumbled since his left side was numb.

"That's not good." Kate said worriedly. She quickly ran forward to catch Jerry when he started to fall.

Jack finally turns around, his eyes widening. "Dude, hey! Dude, are you okay?"

Jerry reassures Kate that he was good to stand on his own so she lets go of him, taking a step back. "Oh, yeah. I'm good." He then stumbled to the right, falling on top of the clothing rack.

"Jerry!" Kate and Jack shouted worriedly, running over to him. They helped him up just as Leona walked in to the room.

"Once Bobby Wasabi and I are married, I'll eliminate him and all his money will be mine."

Then the clothing divider the three teens were hiding behind fell, revealing them. Jack as holding onto Jerry's left leg and arm as Kate had her hands on hands on Jerry's shoulder to help him stay steady. "Not so fast!" Jerry shouted, his voice sounded mumbled because of the left side of his mouth is numbed. Leona looks at the three teens with shock as her ninjas got in a fighting stance.

"Come on." Jack said, dragging Jerry over with Kate's help. They both stop when they stood in front of Leona and her ninjas.

"Don't move or I'll let you have..." Jerry accidentally pressed a button on the glove he held and Kate winced upon seeing the numbing dart hit Leona's chin.

"Ow!" Leona winced.

"My bad." Jerry said.

"I just got stuck with something!" Leona whined.

"A numbing dart, obviously." Kate remarked.

"Yeah, I got hit too." Jerry pointed at himself while Leona pulled out the numbing dart and threw it to the side.

"We heard about your evil plan." Jack confessed.

"We won't let you kill Bobby." Kate told the blonde.

"Forget about that for a second." Leona speaks in a mumbled tone, looking worried. "How long will my mouth be like this? I'm getting married today!"

"Oh no. I'm hoping it's not too long." Jerry admits. "Just about an hour or so." He shrugged.

Leona glares at the three teens. "Get them!" She orders, but her ninjas glance at each other with confusion, having trouble understanding her. "I said get them!" She raised her voice, glancing at them with anger, gesturing for them to attack the three teens.

Jack and Kate get into a fighting stance, accidentally letting go of Jerry in the process. "Whoops." Kate muttered.

"Hey, Jerry!" Jack worriedly said, rushing over to Jerry to help him up since he fell backwards as Kate began to try to fight off the ninjas.

****

Kate sighed heavily, glancing at the ropes that were wrapped around her. The ninjas had her, Jack, and Jerry out numbered. The trio were tied up in chairs - Jack and Jerry were back to back and Kate was by them, the back of her chair against their sides. Jack and Jerry were tied with the same rope, but Kate was tied separately. "You're not marrying Bobby because you love him. You're marrying him to get his money." Jack sneered, glaring at Leona.

"Which I love." Leona said in an obvious tone, the numbing of her mouth had already went away so she was talking normally now. She shrugs. "Some girls scrapbook. Others marry then eliminate martial-arts millionaires." She smiles. "Don't get me wrong, I scrapbook too."

"Oh, really? So you're not just a boring villain?" Kate questioned, earning a glare from Leona.

Leona claps her hands and a Ninja brings over a ring box that was on a pillow. She takes the ring box and then the ninja walks back to where he was originally standing. "Once Bobby puts this ring on, the black widow venom will soak into his skin and tonight he will go to the big dojo in the sky."

"Oh, wait." Jerry said in realization. He was talking normally too since the numbing had also subsided for him. "You're the black belt widow. I've seen you on that show 'America's worst people'."

Kate glances at him with surprise. "That's actually a real show and people watch it?"

"What makes you think Bobby would wear such a tacky piece...Can I see that for a second?" Jack asks, glancing at the ring Leona shows him. He shakes his head. "Oh, he's a goner."

"Wait a minute." Jerry furrows his eyebrows. "Why would you tell us all the details of your evil plan?"

"Have you not watched any superhero movie or show?" Kate scoffs. "Almost every villain tells the hero their evil plan." She shakes her head. "Will never understand why."

"I told you because it doesn't matter." Leona replies to Jerry. "Once I take care of Bobby, my ninjas will take care of you." Then she laughed evilly, snorting in the middle of her laugh.

Jerry raises his eyebrows. "Was that your evil laugh?"

Leona sighs, her shoulders dropping in defeat. "I know. It's not good, is it?"

"I gotta admit it needs some work." Kate responded and Jerry nodded in agreement.

"A good evil laugh starts from your diaphragm. Try this." Jerry inhales deeply before he does an evil laugh which was much better than what Leona tried.

Leona copies what Jerry did and smiles. "Ah! That's better. Thank you."

"You see?" Jerry smiled.

"Jerry!" Jack scolded.

"What?" Jerry asks him. "Just trying to help her. It's the woman's wedding day."

"Yeah, but she's also gonna have her ninjas kill us." Kate glared at him.

****

"Yo, Jack, Kate," Jerry whispers. "I'm tied up, so you guys have to go warn Bobby."

Kate shares an annoyed look with Jack. "We're also tied up, you lug nut." Jack glared at Jerry.

(kate's bracelet)

Kate smiled when she remembered something. Her dad had given it to her on one of her birthdays so that she would always have a weapon if she needed one. He always wanted her to be safe. She was so thankful she decided on wearing that bracelet today. She pressed the side button which extracts the small knife and she began cutting the rope, glancing at the two ninjas that were keeping an eye on her and the boys. Thankfully, they didn't seem to notice what she was doing.

"Wait," Jack glances over at Kate with surprise. "How did you make your ropes loose?" He questioned in a whisper tone.

"This bracelet that I'm so glad my dad got me." Kate whispered back, showing him her right wrist that had the bracelet on.

"Great." Jack smiles at her. Then his eyes widen in realization as he thought of an idea and he glances at Jerry. "I've got it! We'll do what Bobby did when we he was tied to Tommy Tsunami in his movie 'Samuari Fist Party'."

"Or I could just cut you guys free." Kate suggested.

"Where's the fun in that?" Jack asked with a chuckle.

"Oh..." Jerry said in realization. "I didn't see that movie."

"Just stand up." Jack rolls his eyes and then he glances at Kate with a smile. "Rina, you take out the other ninja."

Kate smirks, pushing off the ropes off her that were now loose. "On it." The ninja on the left side of the room got into action noticing she got the ropes off. She began to fight that ninja as Jack and Jerry stood. Jack bent forward and Jerry swung his legs at the other ninja that head over to attack them. When the ninja kicked at Jerry, Jack leaned back causing Jerry to bend forward so they both miss the kick. Meanwhile, Kate was dodging a kick thrown at her.

Kate did a side kick to the ninja's face, causing the ninja to stumble backwards. The ninja goes to kick her, but she blocked the kick and grabbed the ninja's leg. She twisted the ninja's leg over and threw the ninja on the floor. She then grabbed the ninja's arm, standing up and yanking the ninja up with her. She spun the ninja around before landing a rough kick to the ninja's stomach which sent the ninja falling backwards and crashing into the clothing rack that had the wedding dresses on it. Kate didn't even realize the boys had got free until she heard them speak. She heard them speak while she was fighting, but she was too busy trying to k

"Wow." Jerry stared at her with an impressed expression.

"That was hot." Jack commented, looking at Kate fondly as he blushed faintly.

Kate blushes, but she grins and flips her hair over her shoulder. "Yeah, I know, thanks." She glances at the two of them with a curious look. "So how are we gonna get to Bobby with all of Leona's ninjas everywhere?"

Jack smirks when something caught his eye. "There might be one way." Kate looked in the direction he was looking at, raising her eyebrows when he picked up one of the wedding dress.

Kate chuckles. "You just wanna see me in a wedding dress, don't you?"

"Maybe." Jack admits with a cheeky grin. He looks at Jerry. "Would you also be willing to wear this dress?" He asked, pointing to the other wedding dress.

"I don't know." Jerry shrugs. "Think I got the goods to pull it off?"

****

Jerry dressed up as Leona while Kate and Jack dressed as the ninjas. After it was reveled to everyone that Jerry actually wasn't Leona, Leona bursts into the room with her ninjas behind her.

"Bobby, it's not true!" Leona shouts and everyone gasps. "Don't listen to them." She ran over to Bobby and Bobby walked over to her.

"Leona, what is Jerry talking about?"  Bobby asked her.

"Bobby, I love you with all my heart." Leona lies. "Now, quick put this ring on." She held out the ring she showed Kate, Jack, and Jerry. Bobby outstretched his left hand for her to put it on, but before she could, Jack kicked the ring out of Leona's hand and it landed in a nearby vase full of flowers. The flowers immediately died once the venom hit them, causing everyone to gasp.

Jack pushes Bobby out of the way as he glares at Leona. Leona looks at Jack angrily. "What did you do, you fool?" Jack and Kate take off their mask and hood, revealing that they actually weren't one of Leona's ninjas.

"It's called saving my friend's life." Jack replied.

"Jack! You have ruined everything!" Leona shouted, looking at him with a harsh stare. She looks at her ninjas and orders, "Get him!"

The guests all quickly got up and stood off to the sides to get out of the way as a fight started. Kate ran forward, pretending to be one of the ninjas to get close to Leona. She then shoved Leona to the side, causing her to growl. Kate took her hood and mask off, smiling sweetly at Leona as she waved at her. Leona gasped, surprised to see her and then she glared at her. She went to attack Kate, but Jerry stepped in front of her, grabbing Leona's arms and pulled her away from Kate.

"Eddie!" Milton rushes on stage where Eddie was with the band. "Sing something. Maybe people won't notice."

"Hit it!" Eddie tells the band and they start playing. "Everybody was ninja ninja ninja fighting. " Jack and Kate unknowingly were fighting side by side, fighting two ninjas. "This is getting so exciting."

"Milton! The cake!" Mika worriedly said when she noticed one of the ninjas getting close to the cake in a fight with Jack. They quickly ran over to protect the cake. Meanwhile, Bobby and Rudy were fighting up front. Well, it was really just Bobby throwing the ninjas at Rudy for him to fight them off. By the presents area, Leona was fighting with Jerry.

Mika spoke in Hacmaki angrily when a ninja Jack kicked to the side fell towards the cake. She and Milton caught the guy before he could fall into the cake and they shoved him away.

"Hey, Jack be ninja," Eddie gets Jack's attention, pointing behind him. "Three o'clock."

Jack turns around quickly to fight off the ninja that was behind him. "Kate!" He said worriedly after he noticed Kate was having trouble since three ninjas had ganged up on her. He threw the ninja he was fighting with over and onto a chair that broke with the ninja's fall before he ran over to help his girlfriend.

As Leona fought with Jerry, she was about to knock him down but Bobby stopped her. He picked her up and threw her across the room. Milton and Mika quickly got out of the way as she flew at them and Leona crashed on the table with the cake.

"Thank you!" Eddie said, ending the song. Security rushed inside and grabbed Leona.

"Oh, Leona, the dreams I had for us." Bobby frowns at her. "The places we were going to go. The things we were going to do. Why? Why would you do this to me?"

"Because I'm a very, very bad girl." Leona replied.

"Oh, Leona, marry me." Bobby pleaded.

"No, you don't." Jack quickly intervenes, walking over to pull Bobby away. "Hey, hey."

"Walk it off, big guy." Jerry chimed in, pulling Bobby away with Jack.

Kate then walks over, shoving Leona away. "Head to jail where you belong, Barbie." Leona glared at her as the security began to drag her away. Kate then walked over to where Jack and Jerry pull Bobby to the side.

****

Now the group were sitting by each other after everything that happened. "Well, I am embarrassed." Bobby admits. "I was so afraid of being alone, I was ready to marry the first homicidal maniac that looked my way."

"I knew she was trouble from the moment I saw her." Rudy commented.

"Oh, please." Kate scoffs. "You're the one who had a crush on her." She pointed out and Rudy looked at her with a small glare.

"Bobby, you don't ever have to worry about being alone." Jack reassures Bobby. He pats him on the back. "Man, you'll always have us."

"You're right." Bobby smiles. "I may have lost a wife today, but...I have a family." He grins. "And that is a reason to celebrate. Eddie, hit it!"

The band starts playing again while Eddie sings. "Everybody was ninja ninja ninja fighting."

Everyone stood up and dances along to the music. As they danced, Jack even twirled Kate around, earning a giggle from her and he smiled at her.

"This is getting so exciting."
