"AHHHHHHH!" I burst awake, in a cold sweat. The nightmare I had, it seemed so real. But why?

I looked over at my clock.

4:43AM

I needed to get up at 5:30 so there really was no point in trying to get back to sleep.
I sat wide awake in my bed for a minute. Still in shock after that dream. My roommate, Jess, came into my room.

"Hey, you okay?" She looked at me concerned.

"I- yeah. I'm fine," I replied, rubbing my eyes.

"You sure about that? You don't look so good," Jess came over and sat on my bed.

"I just had this... dream. It seemed so real and I just...can't shake it off," I replied.

Jess stood back up and walked towards the door. As she got there, she waved her hand, gesturing to me to come with her.

"Well, since we're awake now, might as well go sit downstairs and watch some TV," Jess then walked out the door and down the stairs.

She turned the TV in and the news was playing.

"Political dispute between Astaria and Strangerton, two major nations on Efiron, may lead to wars, Mary Brockton from PoliticsToday warns," the new person droned, sounding as fake-excited as ever.

What the hell?! That's what I was dreaming about. Was it even a dream? What is going on?

"Hey? Are you good Nox?" Ezra looked over me, looking confused.

"Y-yeah. It's just so weird... that dream I had, there was a war... and it was between those two places," I explained.

"Are you sure? There's no way you could tell the future," Ezra looked over at me, probably thinking I was crazy.

"I- I guess you're right. I don't know though," I responded, now looking down and my mind racing.

This has to be some sort of crazy coincidence, right?
