When I wake up, I see Nugget shaking me.

"Wake up Nugget's brother! It is time for Nugget and Nugget's friend to eat the first meal of the day!"

Surprisingly, he is able to help me get into my wheelchair himself. I never thought that he was that strong. Not to be mean, but normally weird kids are weaker. Just look at Ozzy.

He brings me to the dining room where I smell something cooking that smells like some kind of salty meat.

"What is for breakfast?" I ask Mr. Bell. Then I remember what Felix told me.

"Don't speak until you are spoken to Teddy!"

I then stop talking and look down. "I'm sorry for talking."

Mr. Bell looks confused. "You have nothing to apologise for Ted. You did nothing wrong. I know you may not be able to talk where you're from, but here you can talk whenever you need."

I am shocked. Nobody ever talked to me like that. I didn't know adults could be that nice. I always thought something was wrong with me, and that is why I thought I was kind of nice, but he is nice, so maybe nice is more of a trait.

"Now let's go buy some stuff."

We go to the mall and buy some clothes. The clothes are so comfortable compared to what I used to wear. I get rid of my tie so I can breathe more. When we are done Nugget and I go to Mc. Globes to eat. I get a burger and you can guess what Nugget gets.

Nugget and I are talking when all of a sudden Nugget looks distracted. He turns red and looks away from me. I try to look where he is looking but I only see people. I glance at him and ask myself, was his smile always this dorky? Then a boy that looks to be around our age talks to the person next to him and points at Nugget. Nugget only gets more red when the other kid turns around and turns out to be a girl. She looks alot like the boy. Hair that is a mix of some kind of blue and black. Purpleish eyes. Hoodies. The boy has a brown one and the girl has a cyan one. They come over.

"Hello friends of Nugget!"

"Hey Nugget!" the boy answers. His hair is messy and he looks tired.

"H-hi Nugget," the girl says. She has a pink flower in her hair, and she looks shy. She obviously isn't going to leave the boy's side.

"Hello best friend Billy and the pretty Lily!" Those are their names. "This is Nugget's new brother Ted!"

"Hi Ted," the girl says.

"I-If you don't mind me asking, Billy, why do you look so tired?" I'm nervous that he will take offence to what I said.

"Oh. I didn't realize I actually looked tired. I thought it was just because Lily is my twin sister and that is why she could tell. Anyways, Lily and a new kid saved me Monday from our principal. I was being held in a vat and tested on for about 2 months."

TWO MONTHS! HE WAS ALL ALONE FOR TWO WHOLE MONTHS!

"How did they capture you and how did they save you?"

"Oh. The janitor was taking a girl named Cindy's dog, and I went to the bathroom. I found one of the bodies of a monster and the principle caught me. That is all I remember. I believe I blacked out after that."

"About ten minuets after he went to the bathroom, Ms. Applegate, our teacher, sent me to look for him. I checked everywhere that was unlocked, and I knocked on the principal's door to see if he got in trouble, and I knew he was in his office. I knew the principal had something to do with it when he didn't answer his door. As for saving him, a new kid gave me our teacher's phone, a key to his office, and a note. He helped me unmutate him and get him out." She looks so happy that he is back, but I feel like I've heard Cindy and Ms. Applegate before.

Oh yeah.

My new teacher and classmate.

"What did the kid that helped you look like?""Reddish brown hair. Blue and white striped shirt." I can't believe it. The boy that helped nearly kill me and dumped spiders on me saved a boy's life JUST THE DAY BEFORE!?

"Is Nugget's brother okay?"

"I can't believe it. He helped him with this."

"Helped with what?"

"That kid that helped you save Billy helped do this to me."

"WHAT!?" Lily and Billy yell at the same time.

Lily Billy and Nugget all have different reactions. Lily looks like she is about to cry. Billy looks hurt. Not physically, but like he was betrayed. Nugget looks shocked and angry.

"What if Nugget's potentially dead friend had said that he would help the evil principal if he only killed the pretty Lily? Not only would the pretty Lily die, but best friend Billy would stay a scary monster!"

"What do you mean he will stay a monster?" He looks 100% human to me, but is he?

"I don't feel comfortable talking about this in public. Do you guys want to have a sleepover at our house next week?" Billy asks.

"Nugget and his brother will be there. May Nugget borrow the 50th talisman?" Talisman? What does that word even mean?

"I don't know who you are planning on using that on, but nobody deserves that so... I'm really sorry, but no," Lily says.

"Darn Nugget's it. Nugget will just have to throw leftover slop at them."

Lily looked like she was about to puke while Billy just yelled, "CHUCK IT AT THEIR DUMB FACES NUGGET! DRUG THEM TOO! THEN YELL AT THEM, NUGGS NOT DRUGS!"

Billy then starts doing a weird dance, despite the fact he was tired and getting weird looks from other people. We all start laughing.

Then Nugget stops laughing and pulls my hood over my head. I tried to say, "What are you hiding from me?!" but his hand is over my mouth too.

"Lilith and Billard."

Then I see Nugget wasn't trying to hide something from me. He was trying to hide me.

"Felix Huxley," Lily answers in a more serious tone than her normal shy one.

"I never thought heirs to such a wealthy company would be spending their time in a place like this."

"I could say the same to you, Huxley," Billy answered my twin.

"Easy now Kurosawa. Wouldn't want there to be a problem in front of these peasants."

"They are not peasants," Lily answers, sounding, and looking, like she is about to punch my brother.

"Compared to us, they are," my brother retorts. But then I notice something.

His hair is so messy. His shirt is not all of the way tucked in. He looks tired, and has red eyes.

He looks nothing like the Felix that I thought loved me.

What happened to him?

And why did I not know Lily and Billy before now?

Felix seems to have a big relationship with them, and not a good one, so why hadn't I met them yet?

Then, I hear, "Lily! Billy! I got the remote!"

I see him.

That monster.

I've never felt this way before. I've never felt like I was going to explode, or like I wanted to run up to him and punch him.

"Good job Kid!" Lily says, but sounds like she's faking it.

The next day, Nugget goes to our old school, but I stay home.

Then the School closes.
