I just couldnt believe it
Third POV
"It's okay. I'm here. Everything is fine." Lance whispered. He was trying to calm her down. Slowly, but surely it was working.
"I'm sorry. I'm soo sorry!" She cried back.
"It's not your fault. Nothing is your fault." His voice was soothing. He rubbed circles in her back and he slowly placed themselves on the ground. His head was resting on hers and she was tightly gripping his shirt, afraid that she'll lose him.
"But I'm still sorry." She looked up at him. Though it was dark, she could still see his deep ocean blue eyes. How she could fall into a trance from a single glimpse. But right now, all she saw is worry and concern. Yes, it may be a bit difficult to see that, but she could tell. She's been with Lance long enough to pick up on his feelings. "Don't look at me like that."
"I'm just." He chuckled. "You really are something."
"I tend to be difficult at times, but I hope you'll still love me."
"Love you? I'd marry you if I could." He placed a kiss on her forehead. "But in the meantime I'll help you heal. Just like I said before, I'll teach you to love. Better get used to it, because from now on, I'll make sure you're happy."
"Oh great. I can't wait." She sniffled.
"Well don't sound to happy." He smiled and she started laughing. Lance was shocked, he hadn't heard her genuinely laugh in so long, he almost forgot what it sounded like.
"What?" She stopped. "Is there something wrong." She started to doubt.
"No. It's just. Your laugh."
"Yeah I know, it's annoying." She covered her mouth with her arm as if he could see it.
"No it's beautiful. Just like you." He cupped her cheek.
"Now your just getting sappy." She sobbed, letting herself ease into his hand.
"What's wrong? Why are you crying?."
"I don't deserve you." She laughed. "I don't deserve any of you."
"Stop." He covered her mouth. "Stop lying. You and I both know you deserve the world."
"And you and I both know your lying." She whispered, almost inaudible.
"Come on, let's get out of here. This room is getting a little stuffy, don't you think?" He stood up and immediately held his hand out. She took his offer and stood up with him. Then that's when she felt it. A constant ponding in her head, growing louder and louder, faster and faster, trying to slowly drown out Lance.
"Ah." She winced.
"Are you ok? Is it your wrist? I'm sorry, I shouldn't have touched them so soon." He tried to pull his hand away, but she only gripped it tighter.
"No, it's fine. I just have a headache."
"Hmm. I'll ask Allura if she has any pain killers. This room is just filled with Altean language, and I wouldn't want to give you the incorrect medicine."
"Thanks." And with that, they both walk out of the room.

Third POV
"Here you go Pidge. This is the Altean version of what Lance called pain killers?" Allura passed Pidge a bottle of pain killers.
"Yeah thanks. How long will it take affect?"
"Only should be about 30 dobashes." About 30 minutes or so.
"Ok. Well thanks again!" Pidge smiled and was heading off in the opposite direction of Allura when suddenly she was stopped.
"Wait! I forgot to mention."
"Yes?"
"Only take 1. These Altean medicine are very strong and when taken too many can cause death."
"Oh, well isn't that interesting." Pidge joked. "Thanks for the tip, I'll keep that in mind." And Pidge was off.
Pidge entered her room soon after. The pounding was getting worse, it was almost unbearable. Just talking to Allura was hard enough. She grabbed a bottle of water and started to unscrew the top. Once it was out of the way she fumbled with the top of the pill and took one out. The medicine itself didn't look too different from what she's used to. It was pill shaped, though it was a light blue shade rather than the plain white. When she swallowed it, it still tasted like an awful candy, but she sworn she tasted some hint of cherry. Nevertheless, she took it and that was that.

Third POV
An hour. A full hour had gone by and nothing. Not the slightest bit has changed with the pounding. It was almost as if the pill had made it grew worse. She was currently sitting with Keith, Hunk, and Lance. They were arguing over their favorite bands.
"You know what forget it! Beyoncé is better!"
Lance hollered.
"Beyoncé isn't a band!" Keith grumbled.
"Yeah. It's because she too good for the that!"
"Just when I thought they were getting along." Hunk whispered to Pidge, but he soon noticed her state. "You ok?"
"Uh not really. I have a pounding headache, and it doesn't seem like it's going away."
"Try some rest."
"Thanks Hunk, but I can't really do that since the pounding is keeping me up." She smiled wearily. "I'm gonna go to my room now." She stood up.
"Already?" Lance whined.
"Yes already. Lance, I'm tired."
"Cuddles?" He got up to hug Pidge. He was swaying themselves back and forth while he gave a kiss on her forehead.
"Maybe another day. I'm tired."
"Ok. See you later Pidgeon." He let go of her.
"Stop calling me that, Lance." Pidge walked out the room.
Once she made it back to the room she flopped on her bed. Her room was a mess, and how she even got to her bed was a miracle. Parts and bits were scattered around. She looked to the side to find the wall. It's very bland, but it helps her think. Though at the moment she couldn't possibly be thinking because of this headache. She even swears life would've sucked a bit less if it wasn't here right now. Allura's medicine didn't work and she was tempted to ask Keith to knock her out or something, but knowing him he wouldn't do that to her.
So instead she got up and searched her room until she found it, the Altean version of pain killers.
"Aren't these things supposed to be strong?" She grumbled. She tried to open the cap to the bottle, but it was a bit more difficult than last time. The longer this headache stays, the weaker and less things she could do. "One more pill wouldn't hurt, right?" She popped the pill into her mouth and grabbed a nearby water bottle.

Third POV
It's been 2 hours since she took the first pill, 1 hour since she took the second pill, and 30 minutes since she's gone insane.
"What is up with these pills!" The threw the bottle at the wall after an intense staring contest with it. Maybe she would've scared it to work.
She had planned to play video games with Lance for the rest of the night once she got better, but it seems like the headache had other plans. It was definitely unbearable now, and if she didn't have periods before which had almost the same amount of pain, she would've torn her whole room apart. Not saying that she didn't, but a corner doesn't count as the whole room.
"I can't do this anymore." She sobbed. "This headache doesn't seem like it's going away anytime soon and I honestly can't deal with it." She tried to think of ideas, but all that popped up in her head was what Allura had told her earlier. So, that was her only option.
She walked over to where she threw the pill bottle and picked it up. "Fuck. I can't believe I'm doing this." She tried to laugh it off, but soon laughs turned to cries. "If I could just end it all now." She dropped to her knees. Her glasses were already off.
"Katie, you dumbass. Running away from your problems isn't going to do anything." She was trying to talk her way out of it, as if her movements weren't her's. That's when the tears came.
"Should be easy enough." She looked at the bottle. "Right?" She started fumbling with the cap once again, this time was harder than the last. She wasn't trying to take her life before.
"Pidge?" The voice was fuzzy, but she could still make out who it was. But hearing his voice only drew her to cry harder. She was going to leave him, after all they've done together.
Not long after, she heard another voice. Shiro. Now there was banging on her door.
She finally unscrewed the top. Staring right at the light blue dots. She poured the whole bottle full into her hand, but before she could shove them in her mouth, there was a slice. Shiro had cut the door open.
She stared at them for a few moments and they did the same, trying to understand the situation. After a moment Lance broke the silence. "Pidge." He spoke quietly. Which actually surprised her that she had heard him. "Don't do it." He started walking slowly towards her and she panicked. Quickly she threw the pills in her mouth and tried to swallow as much as she could, but Lance was already hovering over her. Desperately trying to remove the pills from her mouth. She was struggling against him, but soon she came to a halt.
Pidge was met with pitch black and the pounding had stopped.
