Chapter 23:
Ben sat in a cell that seemed like it had never been used. It has actually pretty clean.

He was leaned up against one of the walls. There was a small window that was big enough to see through so that's how he had been occupying his time.

Of course, his thoughts were filled with images of a beautiful girl with perfect purple hair and green eyes that had tiny gold flecks in them that could light up an entire with just a smile. Or her pink lips that he desperately want to feel on his.

Who he had seen an hour ago was not that girl. That was a girl that had been corrupted by magic that is unforgivable. By her own mother.

His girl, of course, was buried deep within that corrupted one. He knew that he would be the only one that could bring her back.

Because way beneath that hard exterior, was that beautiful girl that had told him that she wanted to be good.

BAM!

Ben covered his face with his arms as rubble flew everywhere. He heard a clap and moved his arms. He was met by seeing Doug and Carlos high-fiveing.

Jay walked in and help him up.

"Come on, man. We have some villain ass to kick."

Mal was furious.

"YOU IDIOTS!" she yelled at her so-called minions. "You let the cavalry in?"

They looked at the ground.

"Where are the Gastons?"

"We're right here." The boys walked into the room.

"How many?"

"Let's see: Evie, Jay, Carlos, Thanatos, Dracul..."

"My own brother has rallied against me?" Mal seethed.

"I'm afraid so."

"Continue please."

"A dorky kid, a jock kind of guy, two brunettes, and a prep."

"Ugh, preps."

Mal walked passed the boys to assess the damage. The entire dungeon has been blown up.

"I swear I need to torture everyone to make them comprehend common tasks." she muttered.

"Mal, they've gotten through the front lines!" someone yelled.

"I guess it's war."

Ben punched a kid in the face.

That's a great way to start this.

So yeah, Ben punched a kid in the face. Then another. Then another.

Jay was back to back with him doing the same.

"How long do you think until Mal comes out?" Jay asked.

At that exact moment, she was on the balcony of Bargain Castle.

"Now." Ben replied.

"Let's go then."

They ran and continued pushing villain kids until they got the balcony.

"Mal!" Ben yelled up to her.

The girl scowled at him. "Why would I talk to you, you petty Royal?"

"Just listen. Mal, I love you. I love you so much. You've been corrupted by your mother's magic. That's why your acting like this. This isn't you!"

"Stop talking."

"No, not until you listen to me."

"Shut up!"

"Mal, you are good. There is no evil running through your veins. You are all good. You will be the best Queen of Auradon ever."

"I will never be QUEEN!"

"Yes, you will. You want to be Queen. You were born to be Queen." Then Ben thought of something. "That's why you have that mark. To make sure that the rightful people rule over the kingdom. You and me, Mal."

Mal held her head. Something was happening. It hurt so much.

Finally, she yelled, "No! There will never be a you and me."

"I love you, Mal!" Ben yelled back before he felt something plunge into his back.

That was intense! So triple update. Now I'm super tired. I will be updating tomorrow I promise.
