°The best feeling in the world is kissing someone for the first time when you've really wanted to kiss them for a long time.
~Paige~
Waking up to find yesterday's trophy on the table next to me, a smile crept on my face as I recalled the events of last night.
I smiled at yesterday's memory with the same rush of adrenaline running through my veins as I recalled the memory of the race.
As I ran the brush along my hair strands, I stared at my reflection in the mirror. A pair of loose black shorts with a white and black striped shirt assorted with a royal blue Yves Saint Laurent bag seemed perfect for the day.

"You can't imagine how hard it is to control myself around you."
His words replayed in my head still giving me the same thrills I had received yesterday as I heard those words coming out of his mouth.
I opened up the box Dylan had given me on my graduation and removed the simple sparkling bracelet and wore it with a sweet smile on my face.
I raised my hand staring at it as I thought of the past months I have spent with Dylan.
"Dylan," I muttered.
How perfect his name sounded. I couldn't ignore how easily it rolled from the tip of my tongue or how my eyes light up when I see or hear something about him or how special he makes me feel. I couldn't ignore anymore how he makes me feel. I couldn't ignore how yesterday every inch on my skin tingled as he said it to me, still unsure of what he meant.
I don't know what this is or what we have, but all I know is I can't resist feeling anything. I just can't control it. Whenever my mind wanders off, it always finds some way back to him.
I had one last look at the mirror before I left.
I had a lunch date with my father at 1 P.M. He then later took me to the company saying that he had a surprise planned out for me, which he seemed really excited to show me.
"Dad," I chirped, astonished.
In front of me was a formidable office that just screamed my name.
This office was just my style.
The office was a blend of grey, white and black. This seemed like the perfect office for me. Viewing the office, I was amazed by the intricate details that screamed perfection.

I hugged my dad excitedly and he smiled proudly as he hugged me back and said, "I'm glad you liked it."
A minute later Chloé and my mother walked in surprising me with their presence, especially my mother's; she was supposed to be in Berlin.
"Your parents have been working on it for about a week," Chloé exclaimed.
"Thank you." I hugged both of my parents.
I went through the door into the office to have a detailed look of the office.
As I entered, I was greeted with the smell of the new leather seats and the newly varnished desk. The neoclassic design of my office caught my attention. Everything seemed in place from the crystal chandeliers to the little sitting area.
The seats were characterized by the elegant and luxurious velvet material framed by chocolate brown wood.
A little seating area was at the other end of the office with an impeccable white set of modern couches with black round cushions and curtains, in keeping with the style of time, pulled together displaying the view over New York's skyscrapers.
Beside the lightly coloured chocolate brown desk, with a fur rug underneath adding a precious touch, there was an antique lamp which was a limited edition.
I sat on the chair and placed my hands on the table taking a look over the room. I then twirled the chair admiring everything. This was a dream come true.
My dad then came closer handing me the office key with a grey puffy fur key chain.
I walked over around the office not believing my eyes.
I noticed at the back of my chair, my initials were carved onto it as well as onto the newly varnished brown desk- "PW". My chair was embellished with Swarovski stones creating a contrasting sparkly side to the office- because every girl needs some sparkle in her life.
I couldn't believe that my parents could pull off such thing, making the office so my style and opposite of theirs. They took so much effort to make my dream office. They are everything to me and have spoiled me in so many ways.

"Richard," my father said happily pulling me out of my thoughts. I turned to see who it was.
An old man who looked very familiar walked in and greeted my parents.
He looked so familiar with that dark brown hair, upright posture and impeccable taste in clothing. He had warm dark brown eyes with wrinkles forming at the side of each when he smiled.
"This is Dylan's father," my father said introducing us.
"Oh Dylan's father," I muttered as a smile formed on my face.
"Oh you and Dylan are friends?" The man asks surprised with a smile on his face.
"They spend most of their time together," my mother chirped excitedly looking at Chloé as Chloé winked at her, making me glare at the both of them.
"Oh so you're the girl that my son spends most of his time with. I'm glad to finally meet you."
"And I'm glad to finally meet Dylan's father," I shook his hand as I smiled.
Dylan had his father's charming qualities even with his few grey hair strands he still looked attractive for an aging man.
After spending some time at my new dream office I headed home and took off my shoes, holding the box of macaroons I had bought on my way home and headed up to my room.
I climbed up the bed and laid on my back as my head wondered off to Kendall and the race.
Why did it have to be so complicated, I thought as I took a bite from my macaroon.
Why would Kendall do that especially in front of a crowd without notice or permission.
Kendall and I hadn't spoken since, he knows me too well, he knows when not to pressure me and when to give me space.
Kendall would know what I want even when I didn't speak, he'd know what I'd be feeling and what he should do in order to bring back a smile on my face and I love him so much and I'm glad that he was in high school with me. I should speak to him, but right now I'm not ready; I'll speak to him tomorrow.
I didn't find any sort of explanation or any excuse to understand his little action yesterday.
In high school he'd ask and we would both be prepared for it. I would understand if he explained, but it seemed weird. What he did yesterday was absurd, especially in front of Dylan.
And again why did it bother me that Dylan had seen the kiss!? Why does everything have to include Dylan.
Kendall and I were two inseparable people who had the universe shaped in our hands, we were wild young and free with no worries or complications we were the perfect match, we still are I guess, but Kendall doesn't make me feel the same way as Dylan does.
Dylan and I are like two sparks while Kendall and I are like two simple flames.
I used to find my relationship with Kendall really exciting but now, it doesn't compare to what Dylan and I have.
Everything is different with Dylan, I don't know what it is about him or the reasons why I feel this way towards Dylan and it scares me.
All these years I've never felt the same way I feel with Dylan.
"Hey," Dylan gave a knock with his wide smile, interrupting my thoughts.
"Dylan hi," I said as I got off my bed and walked towards him.
"You ready?"
"Macaroons?" I raised up the box.
He looked at me and then his eyes dropped to my hand. His eyes flickered as he smirked.
I smiled as I realised what he had spotted.
"It's pretty isn't it?" I asked, smiling.
"Not as pretty as you are," he said which made my smile wider, making me blissful.
Why? Since when did a compliment make you feel you this way? My inner self suspiciously asked, disapproving.
Uhm just Dylan's compliment maybe?
"Something casual yes? You just want to show me something? Not a Date?..Right?" I asked as I closed the drawer packing my macaroons.
He laughed shaking his head, "just change your heels to something comfortable."
He parked the car in a spot, after a half hour drive through a road I've never been to. We then came down and walked, for about 10 minutes.
There was a thin narrow pathway which led the way to a hidden brook, revealing a stone paved area. Stones were scattered everywhere on the ground creating a carpet-like illusion, which seemed arranged by someone. The trees and flowers created a shade from the burning summer sun allowing just enough rays to flow in, making it seem like an enchanted paradise.
The enigmatic scent of flowers, leaves and wood filled my nostrils, while the sound of the shimmering water trickling against the stones from a nearby river and the chirpring of the birds as they flew from tree to tree filled my ears.
Oh how magical Mother Nature is: it can nurture our mind body and soul in just a second of exposure.

His smile turned into a smirk before he looked at the water and took off his shirt. And I gazed at the glorious sight in front of me.
Did I say glorious? NO, I meant the view behind Dylan not Dylan...
"What are you doing?" I asked widening my eyes when I finally got to my senses and stopped staring and admiring Dylan- oh I mean the view behindddd Dylan.
"Come on."
"Oh you're serious?"
He dived into the water as he splashed me with water.
I laughed at him as I watched him swim his way to the edge.
"The water is amazing."
"No."
"You're missing out."
"The most I'll do is this," I said as I removed my heels and walked towards the other side of the lake and sat on the ground, dangling my legs into the lake.
The water was warm and I was really tempted to go in... but I can't. It'll be a mess. I would ruin my clothes and I didn't want to get wet.
Dylan swam towards me and I splashed him with water with my legs.
He then went underwater. I followed his body with my eyes. Suddenly I couldn't notice anything. The water seemed empty. No trace of Dylan or anyone moving.
"Oh please." I laughed.
"I won't think you're drowning. I've seen this and read about this: the girl thinks the guy is drowning so she'll jump in to save him."
I shook my head and laughed at his naivety.
Did he really think I was going to think he's drowning.
"I won't jump in," I said as I gave an amused smile and stood up to see where he is.
"I knew you'd say this," he said from behind as he pushed me in sending me screaming.
I finally splashed into the water, feeling the cold sensations.
My legs then reached the end-it wasn't too deep- resting themselves before they pushed themselves up so that I'll be able to come to the surface.
When I finally reached the surface, I took a deep breath as the bubbles formed around my skin, tickling it as they bursted.
Irritated, I clumsily splashed the water after pulling back my wet, disheveled hair away from my face.
I felt an odd feeling, a feeling of something missing, but I couldn't come to the conclusion of what it was.
I brought down my hand to my stomach and slid it down to my waist and froze as I widened my eyes the second my hand reached my waist and felt the bare skin.
I looked up at Dylan panickedly, I couldn't even think straight. I scanned the water searching for it. I found a black piece of cloth submerged a few metres in front of me. Just as I was about to reach for it, I'm splashed with water as Dylan jumpded just in front of me making me lose sight of the short.
"No, don't," I murmured as I shook my head and frowned at the shadow.
He splashed into the water and when he finally came out I looked for the short, to see if it was still there.
Damn it, I lost it, I thought as I prepared myself for the embarrassment I was about to experience.
"Looking for something," he asked teasingly, hiding the smile on his face.
I smiled, "uhm," I flustered.
I opened my mouth to say something and when the words were about to come out, he pulled out something from the water and raised up the soaked black short mid-air and then like a little child I closed back my mouth holding back my words.
Great.
I bit the inside of my cheek in annoyance.
He furrowed his brows and eyed me suspiciously. A triumphant smile then formed on his face before he nodded and broke out into a great laughter.
Could this get any worse!?
He swam towards me still unable to stop laughing.
I face palmed my face- Now I'm just a laughing stock.
"Hand it to me," I said as I stretched out my hand and rolled my eyes at him.
He wiggled the shorts in the air teasingly as he laughed.
"It isn't funny!?" I splashed him, irritated.
I took the shorts from his hand and wore them feeling weird as I did, I couldn't hold back my laughter anymore and finally gave in and laughed.
"I asked you to jump in voluntarily before I did this, you didn't. It's your fault."
I glared at him and then turned my face, pissed because not only did he get me wet- as in wet my clothes, not anything else- but also he had to pull out my shorts even though he knew what it was and let me witness all this awkward embarrassment.
I then heard whisper-like voices and some footsteps approaching.
I looked at Dylan with wide eyes seeking help to know what to do.
"No one should see us like this, what would the media say," I panicked.
He pointed out to a small grotto which we could hide in so no one would see us.
We hurriedly swam there and patiently waited for them to pass.
We waited several minutes and no one appeared. The voices and sounds even grew faint then disappeared.
When we were finally alone, hearing the birds chirp I shifted my gaze and looked at Dylan.
His hair was wet and soaked, sticking to his forehead with water still dripping.
I then noticed how close we were and how my eyes looked down at his light pink lips and I couldn't help imagine and wonder what they'd taste like.
Great.
He gazed up on me, our breathings quickened as we scanned each other's expressions.
I looked deep into his eyes which showed a flicker of desire and wonder.
Oh Dylan, If Only you knew how much I wanted to kiss you.
He came closer until his face was a few inches away from mine.
He then cupped my face.
All I could think of was how much I wanted him to kiss me. I wanted it so badly even though it might ruin things or start something new.
My heart raced as I finally admitted to myself what I wanted.
My heart was beating so fast I could feel as if it was trying to escape if not for the rib cages.
He brought my face closer until our noses brushed. We stared into each other's eyes.
His eyes glistened under the moonlight. I looked into his eyes and saw passion, emotions mirroring mine as well.
I wanted this.
Suddenly, he tilted my face slightly and all I wanted at this moment was to feel his soft faint pink lips against mine.
I leaned in and he did the same and then this was it. The moment our lips touched.
I couldn't think of anything else. I just wanted him to kiss me. It felt so amazingly right.
His lips connected with mine so perfectly, like a missing piece to a puzzle.
I felt my eyes close the second our lips collided. I pushed myself closer to him as he did the same pushing me backwards against his hands which protected my back from being scratched by the rough stone wall behind me.
His mouth parted my lips which sent shivers down my spine, wild tremors down my nerves electrifying my whole body. I've never felt anything so passionate, so dominant, so controlling.
Our lips moved rhythmically savoring every kiss. I found myself yearning for a deeper and more passionate kiss.
My fingers curled up around his neck and intertwined themselves in his wet hair.
He pulled me closer to him and moved his hand to the back of my head pulling me closer to him.
The kiss stopped being gentle and became fierce, harder, deeper, with a fervent urgent need I've never known before all in a single moment.
Then my mind came into realization that this was the moment I've been waiting for. This was what I've been craving. Although I never wanted to admit it, this was all I wanted.
We pulled out and I instantly inhaled for oxygen, but a second later our lips collided again.
A swimming giddiness spun in my body when I felt him smile between the kiss.
The second kiss stole my breath, sending wild tremors along my nerves.
It was the kind that breaks open the sky, the kind that bursts open a nerve.
The kiss hadn't been safe or sweet at all. It was like an opening of something unknown inside me, something hot, fierce, something greater than I had ever felt.
The kiss was the kind that erupts into a volcano, evoking sensations I had never known I was capable of feeling.
A kiss like no other, a kiss that I've never read about or watched or felt. It was a kiss that taught me that every other kiss I've had in my life had been wrong.
As we pulled out my legs felt numb and I found myself wanting more.
He then looked at me and I couldn't quite understand his expression, his eyes desperately trying to tell me something.
"I-," I started when I felt a mysterious tickle on my right foot.
My heart stopped as I panickedly screamed unconsciously.
"What?" Dylan looked at me alarmed.
"I felt something tickle my leg, I thought it was a bee or something," I said as I raised up my leg and looked at it through the transparent water.
He looked around the water and didn't see anything.
"There's nothing, don't worry."
He looked at his watch and then raised his head up and stared at the sky behind me with that he quickly got out of the water and stretched out his hand to help me out.
As I got out of the water I stood next to him confused at his sudden action and rush.
"The best sunset you'll ever come across too," he pointed out.
I looked up and indeed I saw the most marvelous sunset.
A sunset that was lavishly breathtaking, a sunset like no other-magical.
The sun was going down the horizon creating a beautiful view that even the strongest words won't be able to describe. A contrast of colours was created in the sky- blue to yellow to orange. I've never seen anything so spectacular. The sun was drowning in the endless sea creating a stretch of colours from fierce warm colours- red and orange to cool calm colours- blue and purple. We were just two souls in this big world chasing dusk on a lake in a far forest. It all seemed like an artwork that's too good to be true, to be natural, but after all nature is magical art.

Each time I'd look at him and see how taken he was in the sunset. He seemed so engrossed in the sunset. Suddenly he turned and faced me smiling and I couldn't help mirroring the smile on his face.
I never would have guessed Dylan would be so interested in sunsets and nature, or such little details. Whenever I think of Dylan and his penchants, fears, and character, I find myself smiling, making my heart warm up, feeling some kind of emotion I've never experienced.
○●○●○
As I stepped on my Porch I heard Dylan yell out my name. I then turned to see him approach me holding my blue bag.
I gave an amused smile at his appearance. He looked so different, all wet with his clothes sticking to his body and his hair wasn't like usual.
"Yes?" I bit my lip as I looked up at him, waiting for him to say something.
He laid his hand on the wall next to my head and leaned closer.
I felt my eyes close as I felt his fingers move slightly and slowly through my hair.
I felt his lips brush my neck for a second before he pulled out and said, "your bag," raising his other hand revealing my blue bag.
My eyes immediately dropped to the ground as I felt my cheeks blush.
I gave a half smile as I managed to say a faded, "yeah."
"I don't mind doing it again," he avowed as I took the bag from him.
I looked up at him and tilted my head slightly to the side as an amused smile formed on my face.
"Do what?" I asked even though I knew exactly what he meant.
"This."
His lips brushed mine slightly as he said it.
I then clutched his shirt and pulled it down. As our lips finally touched the door opened making us both jump in surprise.
We immediately pulled out and looked at the door.
"Shit. Please do continue," Chloé's eyes widened before she immediately closed back the door.
I giggled at Chloé's act shaking my head as I gave an amused smile.
"I should get going," I said to Dylan as I smiled.
Chloé and my mother would probably be eavesdropping at us, I didn't want to give them the satisfaction of watching Dylan and I make out: something they have been waiting for for so long.
He nodded and kissed me on my cheek.
I opened the door to see Chloé and my mother with serious faces.
"I'm such an idiot!" Chloé exclaimed agitated.
"Why?" I teased.
"Did you guys kiss?" She immediately asked ignoring my question.
They both looked at me, curiosity in their eyes, patiently waiting.
"A girl, doesn't kiss and tell," I said as I winked and walked passed them leaving them surprised with wide eyes. As I stepped on the stairs they both squealed like teenage girls, making me laugh.
Q: Have you had your first kiss? How was it?
Finally huh? The chapter you've all been waiting for.
