*Its a sunny day and Mario is heading over to Melony's house to visit her*

Mario: "Lalala.  Hmhmhm!  La la la hmmhmmhmmhmm..."

*As he's heading towards Melony's house he noticed a guy with a frying pan on his head hanging out outside his trailer and talking gibberish*

Mario: "Huh... What a weirdo..." *Sees the graveyard close to the neighborhood* "Ugh... Cemeteries give me the creeps..."

*What Mario didn't realize was disrespecting the cemetery has angered the dead and now the bodies that have been buried for years are starting to awake...*

Zombie: *Hand reaches out of the ground* "HAHAHAHA!"

*Meanwhile*

Mario: *Arrives at Melony's house which is shaped like a giant bed and knocks*

Melony: *Opens the door looking like she just woke up* "Oh! Hi Mario!"

Mario: "Hey Melony! Thought I'd come and see if you wanted to hang out!"

Melony: "Oh sure!"

*A few minutes later*

Melony: *Planting some kind of plants*

Mario: *Reading the labels* "Peashooters? Squash? These plants all produce healthy food! I don't want any of this nasty shet!"

???: "Gragh...."

Mario/Melony: *Freeze and turn their heads to the sounds and they see a zombie lumbering towards them*

Zombie: "Brains..."

Mario: "OH MY GOD! OH GOD! WHAT THE F*CK?!" *Accidentally throws cherry bomb at it*

Cherry Bomb: "Mah main goal... IS TO BLOW
UP!"

Zombie: "OH WHAT THE FU- *Reduced to an ash pile*

Mario: "What da hell was that?!"

Melony: "Zombies!"

Crazy Dave: *Shows up behind Mario with his frying pan hat* "Hello Mario!"

Mario: "GAH! Who are you?!"

Dave: "I'm Melony's neighbor Crazy Dave! But you can just call me Crazy Dave!"

Mario: "Ok Crazy Dave... Well... WHAT IN THE BLOODY HELL IS GOING ON?!"

Dave: "Someone disrespected the cemetery and woke the zombies... Luckily Melony and I know how to fight them!"

Melony: *Suits up in a military uniform*

Dave: "I've got all these seeds here! Plant them and you'll grow a defense we can use to defeat the zombies!"

Mario: "Couldn't I just shoot them?"

Chomper: *Eats guns*

Mario: "Oh..."

Peashooter: "Time... To die!" *Shoots down a bunch of zombies while making machine gun noises*

Zombies: *DEDEDEDEDEDEDEDEDEDEDED*

Conehead Zombie: "Brains..."

Mario: *Plants a chomper*

Chomper: "NOM!" *Eats the zombie whole and then proceeds to chew forever*

Buckethead Zombie: "Rarrrgh..."

Mario: O_O *Grabs some more sun from the sunflowers and plants a magnet-shroom*

Magnet-shroom: "Zzz..."

Mario: *Slaps it* "WAKE THE F*CK UP!

Magnet-shroom: "Zzz..."

Peashooter: "He won't wake up.  Mushrooms sleep during the day..."

Melony: *Smacks it with a coffee bean* "GET YO ASS UP!"

Magnet-Shroom: *Wakes up* "WHAT'S UP BITCHESSSSS?!" *Steals Buckethead Zombie's bucket*

Buckethead Zombie: "Oh no!"

Peashooter: "Your free subscription to undead life had ended! YOLOOOOOOOO!" *Fires super fast knocking off the zombie's arm and head dropping him*

Mario: "COME GET SOME YOU SKINNY ASS BASTARDS!"

Zombies: "BRAINS..."

Melony: *Planting a bunch of sunflowers so they can grow more plants*

Dave: *Standing behind them and telling them what they should plant and when one zombie is getting too close* "Don't let them get to us!  Or they'll feast upon our-

Zombies: "BRAINS..."

Mario: "Well Mario barely has a brain so they won't like mine very much."

*Suddenly a zombie carrying a red flag with a brain on it walks up*

Mario/Dave/Melony: ?

Mario: "Wot da fok?"

Melony: "Why the flag?  Is this guy surrendering?"

Dave: "Well if he is I sure hope the ones behind him are surrendering along with him..."

Mario/Melony: "Huh?!"

*They look behind the flag zombie and he brought almost twenty other zombies some with cones or buckets on their heads with him*

Mario: "GAH!  PLANT QUICKLY!"

*They set up even more peashooters and manage to drop most of the zombies until there's only three left all with bucket hats in the same lane*

Mario: *Plants a jalapeño*

Jalapeño: "Prepare to die zombie scum!"

Buckethead Zombies: "OH SHIT!"

Jalapeño: "NGHHHHHHHH!" *Explodes and reduces them all to ash and also sets Mario's ass on fire*

Mario:

Melony: *Throws a watering can full of water at him which manages to extinguish the fire*

Mario: "Mama Mia..."

*Then another flag zombie comes in with an even bigger wave*

Mario: "...I literally want to die."

*After a few more hours of fighting back the zombies thin out and they notice a note dropped on the lawn*

Melony: "What's that?"

Dave: *Goes and picks it up* "It's a note..." *Reading it* "Hello! We are about to launch an all out attack in your house! Sincerely, The Zombies..."

Mario: ...

Melony: "Well what do we-

Giant Zombie Horde: "BRAINS!"

Mario: "THERE'S NO TIME TO THINK!  JUST PLANT!"

Melony: "Yeah!  Good call!"

*They start planting rapidly as the number of zombies keep increasing and the peashooters and other defenses keep taking them down*

Flag Zombie: *Marches in with another big wave of zombies and there's a zombie in a football uniform and he's running instead of slowly shuffling*

Snowpea: "CHILL OUT BIOTCH!" *Slows him down and all the peashooters damage his helmet till it falls off and then they take out his arm and head dropping him*

Conehead: "Brains- *Steps on potato mine* "Oh shit!-

Potato Mine: *Explodes* "SPUDOW!"

Second Flag Zombie: "Zombies!  Attack!"

*The last wave of the giant horde marches forward and there's so many they start to just eat through the plants*

Mario: "OH SHIT OH SHIT OH SHIT OH SHIT OH SHIT OH SHIT OH SHIT OH SHIT!"

Dave: "I've got this!" *Throws a bunch of cherry bombs*

Cherry Bombs: "Our main goal... IS TO KILL YOU UNDEAD FREAKS!"

Zombies:

*The last zombie finally died*

Melony: "Phew..." *Falls asleep on the lawn* "Zzzz..."

Mario: "Hoo... Hoo... Hoo..."

Dave: "Rest while you have the chance. I don't think we're done yet..."

Mario: "What do you mean?"

*Later that night*

*Graves pop out of the ground on the lawn and zombies crawl from them and so do the zombies from the normal graveyard*

Melony: "They just don't let up! Now they're attacking at night! Time to plant some mushrooms!"

Mario: "Ah shet. Here we go again..."
