By the forth day of bedrest I was going stir crazy. So, around noon I snuck out of our room. Thankfully there was no Dora's or king's guard around. T'Challa usually kept a close eye on me especially since my surgery. Once I made sure the coast was clear, I went down to see Shuri in her lab

"What are you doing out of bed?" She asked as I walked down the ramp into her lab

"I was board, and the doctor said take it easy she didn't say I have to be bedridden." I told her

"Well at least sit down." She said motioning for a chair I rolled my eyes and sat down

"So, what are you working on?" I said looking at what she was holding,

"I can't tell you."

"What why?" I frowned

"Because it's not ready."

"So that means I can't know what it's going to be?"

"Ayesha I will send back to your room." She said and I laughed

"you and what army?"

"No army just me." T'Challa said I froze as Shuri laughed. Then I turned around to see T'Challa frowning at me.

"Hi honey?" I said with a smile he just shook his head

"You're supposed to be in bed."

"I was so board, and the doctor didn't say I had to stay in bed."

"You're still healing you haven't even got your stitches out."

"I'm not running a marathon, I just came to visit Shuri. You want me here don't you?" I asked her and she looked in between the two of us

"There's nothing wrong with her taking a walk brother." Shuri said and he shook his head and smiled

"You women think you're the boss of me." Shuri and I smiled

"We don't think, we know." Shuri said and I nodded

He laughed and walked over and kissed my forehead and wrapped an arm around my shoulder, he looked at what Shuri was working on then looked at me

"Come on let's go walk in the garden." He said taking my hand

"I just got here." I argued

"Let's, give her room to work."

"Ugh fine." I said letting him pulled me out of the lab

"I'm just going to come back later I hope you know." I told him

"I think I'm going to put a guard on you." He said as we left the ;ab

"You better not."

We walked out to the garden and I felt relax this was easily my favorite place in all of Wakanda. The roses was in full bloom and beautiful

"Are you sure you're ok?" He asked again and I nodded

"I'm fine, I get a little achy at time but I'm ok. I have an appointment with the doctor this Friday, she wants to check my incision."

"What time?" He asked wrapping his arms around me

"11 but you don't have to go, it will be quick, I don't want to pull you away from something more important."

"You are the most important person to me, and I'll be there at 11." He said kissing me

"How was your visit?" I asked today him and Okoye went to see W'Kabi

"He wouldn't speak to me," He said looking away

"I'm sorry." I said rubbing his shoulder

"He spoke to Okoye, he apologized to her. She needed that more than I did."

"What are you going to do to him and the others?"

"The elders are at odds about it but I don't think I can kill him."

"Well good thing you are the king, the final decision is up to you." I said then kissed his jaw he looked at me and smiled

"I love you." He sand and I smiled I never got tired of hearing that

"I love you too."

"I think I'll ask Okoye what does she think about it."

"You know she's not going to give you an answer." I said and he nodded then he looked at me

"How are you feeling?" He asked changing the subject I looked away I knew he wasn't talking about the surgery

"I keep thinking that today I would have been four months along."

"That's why you didn't want to be alone." He sighed

"I'm sorry Ayesha I didn't know."

"It's ok you have a lot going on."

"I don't ever want you to feel like you're not important to me." He said hugging me I wrapped my arms around him

"it's ok I'm fine, my mind just wonders sometimes."

"You know the Wakandan embassy opens next month in New York, will you be my date." He asked with a smiled

"I'd love too your highness."

"I have a lot planned for us when we get there." He said taking my hand and I walked back in

"You know I hate surprises."

"And I think I've told you more than once to get over it." He teased
