It was around 10 o clock that night, I was in my bedroom when it shook. I sat my phone down and walked out in the hall I looked at Anika who was standing outside my door.

'They're back!" I heard from downstairs I ran downstairs and followed then outside just in time to see Carol effortlessly sit the ship on the ground. The door opened and this blue robot thing helped Tony down the ramp to Steve. I looked behind them there wasn't anyone else on board

"I lost the kid." I heard Tony say, and I felt my heart sink

"We lost Tony." Steve told him as Pepper ran outside I had to look away when they hugged

"Come on?' Uncle Jay wrapped an arm around me and we walked back into the compound.

I got Tony hooked up to an IV we tried to get him to eat but he just wanted to know what was going on. The robot girl, Nebula told us of their battle with Thanos on his home planet. It her was Tony, Peter, Dr. Strange, and the rest of her and Rocket's crew who called themselves the 'Guardians of the Galaxy'. She and Tony were the only ones who survived the snap.

"How long have I been gone?" He asked

"Almost three weeks," Bruce told him

"And?"

Nat turned on the screen flashing through the archive of the people we've lost,

"World governments are in pieces, the parts that are working are trying to take a census. So far it looks like Thanos did exactly what he planned to do. He wiped out 50% of all living creatures." She said I bit my lip as Shuri's face popped on the screen,

"Where is he now?" Tony asked

"We don't know he opened a portal and walked through, we've been trying to track him ever since." Steve told him

"What's wrong with him?" Tony asked pointing at Thor, who had been sitting in the next room staring at the wall for hours

"He's pissed he thinks he failed." Rocket said

"Honestly for a second I thought you were a build a bear."

"Tony don't start." I said shaking my head, I was not in the mood for sarcastic joking Tony

"Tony, you fought him do you have anything to help?" Steve asked and he shook his head and laughed

"You know I saw this coming? I told you we needed a suit of armor around the world."

"Yeah, and you ended up creating Ultron, remember that?" I said to him

"No everyone was so worried about their precious freedoms. We could have prevented this but then again we're the 'avengers'. We avenge we're not the pre-vengers."

"Tony, I need you to focus."

"No, I needed you!" He snapped as he stood up pulled the IV out of his arm

"Tony calm down." I said to him, James walked over and tried to get him to sit down but he pushed him off

"So, you know what Cap I got nothing for you! You liar!" He pulled out his arc reactor and put it in Steve's hand then he stumbled

"Tony"! James caught him I walked over

"Tony it's ok, it's going to be ok." I said softly he nodded then he passed out.

I checked Tony's vitals again then I left him with Pepper and I walked back into the living room

"How is he?' Uncle Jay asked

"Malnourished, dehydrated, and exhausted I gave him a sedative, he should be out for the rest of the day." I said sitting on the arm of the couch

"You guys take care of him and I'll bring him a xorrian elixir when I come back." Carol said walked out of the living room we looked at each other then followed after her

"Where are you going?" Steve asked her

"To kill Thanos." She said simply

"You know we usually work as a team around here." Nat told her

"Yeah and we always want a piece of Thanos, this is all of our fight," I added

"Do you even know where he is?" James asked her

"I know people who might." She answered

"Don't bother I know where Thanos is." Nebula said

"How would you know that?" I asked folding my arms

"I'm a daughter of Thanos."

"WHAT!?"

We all turned on her ready to attack but Rocket stepped in between us

"Wait she's with us, Thanos destroyed her planet too." He said and we looked at him

"The others you fought Proxima Midnight, Ebony Maw, Corvius Glaive, myself, and my sister Gamora are the children of Thanos. He took us from our homes when we were young after killing everyone else. He raised us to be killers, my sister and I escaped his hold over a year ago and been fighting against him ever since."

"She telling the truth." Rocket said

"We barely know you! the only reason you're here is because Thor vouched for you." I told him

"He killed my sister, to get the soul stone. I want him dead too," She said and I felt a little bad as I heard the sadness in her voice

"So you say you know where he is?" Steve asked changing the subject

"The garden. It was all he talked about after his work was done."

"So Thanos has a retirement plan. That's cute." James said

"Where is this garden?" I asked

"Come on I think we found it." Rocket said and we walked into the other room and Rocket opened up the space scanner

"Three weeks ago earth was ground zero for the biggest power surge in the universe. Now just a few hours ago this planet had that exact same power surge."

"He used the stones again." Nat said

"We would be going in short-handed." Bruce stated

"And he still has the stones."

"We don't have a choice we owe it to everyone not in this room to try." I told them

"And how is this going to be any different? It's just us this time no army." Bruce said

"This time you'll have me." Carol said and I frowned

"Hey new girl. Everybody in here is about that superhero life." James said

"Right and where the hell were you during the first fight?" I asked her and she looked at me with a smirk

"There are a lot of other planets out there and they don't have you guys to protect them." She said to me and Thor finally walked out of the other room and stood in front of Carol and they stared each other down

"I like this one." He finally said

"Alright everybody suit up and let's go get the son of bitch." Steve said and we went out separate ways

"Anika I want you to stay here."

"No."

"Anika-"

"Not to disrespect you my queen but I lost someone too." She said and I looked at her confused I didn't know she was in a relationship

"Ayo, meant everything to me so this is my fight too. I'm coming." She said and I nodded

"Ok.... let's do this."
