Green Gem| HTTYD. Part 12

Lockdown didn't have many options as Toothless and Snowfall were slowly stepping towards him, Eclipse was whimpering and looking at me.

"Tick tock, big guy. I don't think I can keep the dragon of lightning and the dragon of fire back, so you better decide." I crossed my arms.

Toothless then took a shot at the ground near Lockdown, causing the mech to feel the blasts power. Eclipse then took the chance and darted around him, running to me and jumping. I grunted as I caught him last minute, he practically body slammed me and I nearly fell because he's just that heavy. The little dragon trembled in my arms, his little legs wrapped around my neck.

"Well that's settled, now would you do us a favor and leave me ALONE? Because if we see you again, I think I'll sick Fugi on you." I gestured to the Predator standing next to me.

Eclipse turned his head to look at the mech, then sticking his forked tongue out. I snickered. HMMM, I don't think he likes you! I held the dragon close to me as I turned to head out of the cove, Snowfall brushing her baby in my arms with her nose. Toothless kept on guard as Fugi began to follow me.

I heard a 'shing' like sound behind me, like a weapon was revealed. Then I heard something be thrown, I spun to see his bloodstained knife flying at me at a rapid speed. Before I could even react a tan and brown scaled hand gripped the handle of the knife, stopping it dead before it could stab me. Fugi my friend, you sir have lightning fast reflexes.

The Yautja took a look at the dagger in his hand, clicking as he then chucked it at a stone wall. Snowfall and Toothless stared in between Lockdown and the blade now on the other side of the cove, both of them roaring and grabbing onto Fugi and I. We both were caught by surprise as we were suddenly lifted into the air by the dragons, I held Eclipse tightly as we were probably headed back to the village of Berk.

Sky and Fugi arrived back in Berk shortly after getting the small Night Light back into their grasp, Toothless and Snowfall set them down gently in the town square. Hiccup, Astrid and Valka were reunited with their kids when they saw us land, Eclipse in hand.

"We're back!" I said as Eclipse shot out of my arms and ran to his siblings.

They were all squealing and began to roughhouse.

"Did you handle the scary thing..?" Zephyr asks sheepishly.

I look at Fugi, he looks back at me.

"Scary thing? What are you talking about?" Astrid asked her daughter.

"Grey person made of metal!" Squee said.

"That's a long story, but yeah. We handled him, these two helping." I gesture to Toothless and Snowfall.

Toothless warbled and approached his playing children. I smiled as the baby dragons were playing as they should be, Snowfall was nuzzling against her boyfriend.

"How can we repay you?" Valka asks.

I look to the Viking family.

"You don't have to do that, really. I didn't do much." I say politely.

"But you found my children and your little dragon, there must be something." Hiccup chuckled.

Fugi elbows me gently, I look up at him with a sneer. Wait, the green gem! How could I have forgotten about that? Maybe they know where it is, I mean Toothless brought us here because of it. He knows what it is, and that it's here somewhere.

"Okay, maybe there is one thing. And I don't want to come off as rude, either. But my friend and I are on a journey to find 5 colored gems, we already found 2 which were purple and blue. Do you have, or know where I can find a green one by any chance? They're for this bracelet of mine." I say sheepishly, feeling guilty for asking.

Hiccup then hummed and stroked his beard, thinking to himself. Astrid and Valka look to each other, their body language reading confused and clueless to what I'm talking about. Snowfall whipped her head in our direction, her ears perking and him snorting.

"Like a green stone?" Hiccup asked.

"Well, one like these." I step closer and point to the gems within the relic.

The chief looks at the gems within the relic, raising an eyebrow. By now Snowfall had come over and nudged her mates rider, grumbling as if saying "You know what it is, dummy."

"What?" Hiccup asked the Light Fury.

Snowfall rolled her eyes and walked into Hiccup and Astrids home, his kids, girlfriend and the Vikings watching him as he did so. We could hear stuff being knocked over within the house, not big stuff fortunately. But we did hear some clunking and thuds coming from inside, jeez Snowfall. I heard Fugi chuckle as he crossed his arms, the Vikings looking to the Predator as his laugh isn't like a normal human laugh.

"Is he okay?" Astrid asked.

Fugi looked to the blonde haired woman, his silver mask hiding his more than likely scolding expression.

"Yeah, he's fine. He always chuckles like that. Why you ask?" I ask.

"Nothing." She clears her throat.

Snowfall comes out of the home with something in her mouth, she comes right up to me. She then drops exactly what I'm looking for into the snow, the green gem. It's the exact same shape and size as the other gems, this is definitely it. I pick up the gem from the snow, it wasn't slimy but it was wet from dragon saliva. I just giggled as I placed the gem into its rightful place.

"Thank you. Well, we're glad we could've been of help to you. But now we should be going." I say.

"Right now?" Squee asked.

I look to the blonde haired boy, nodding.

"I'm sorry, but we need to." I said sadly.

"But it's Snoggletogg eve! Can you stay for the celebration tonight?" Zephyr asked.

Aw, it's hard for me to say No to a child. I sighed in defeat.

"Okay, we'll stay for the celebration tonight. But we will be gone tomorrow, alright?" I say.

"Alright!" The kids said together.

I wonder why these kids like us so much.

Sky and Fugi were walking around the village where there were now food and beverage stands, they look around and saw a stand with wooden mugs full of what looked like cottage cheese. She curiously approached the stand and looked them over.

"What's this?" She asks.

"Yaknog! Milk fresh from yak! Care to taste?" The Viking at the cart asked.

Her eyes widen slightly at the mention of yaks milk.

"Oh..I'm sorry, I'm allergic to yaks milk. But it sure does look good though! I'd have some if I could." She said with an awkward chuckle.

"Aw, I'm sorry for you. But enjoy the celebration!" He waved to her as she walked away.

Sky smiled at him until she faced Fugi, then she looked relieved. The Predator chuckled at how she had obviously chickened out of trying the holiday drink.

"Allergic to yaks milk, huh?" He says to her.

"Milk is not supposed to be CHUNKY, Fugi. That means it's spoiled." She mutters.

"Excuses, excuses." Fugi he crosses his arms.

She frowns when she spots another stand with what looked to be home baked goods, a smirk upon her face.

"Tell you what, if you can eat one of those pastries over there, I will try that yaknog. Deal?" She held her hand out for a handshake.

The alien scoffed and proudly shook her hand.

"Deal. Hope you like chunky milk." He said.

They approached the baked goods stand while exchanging hellos and made chit chat with the nice Viking lady, who was proudly showing off her goods. Sky looked to her alien friend as he scoured the desserts for one he could try. The lady pointed to what looked like a small unfrosted cake, no frosting in the olden times other than the snow.

"He'll try a piece of that, thank you." Sky said

The Predator nodded. The Viking smiled and cut a slice of the cake for Fugi, putting it upon a wooden plate along with some wooden utensils. They said their goodbyes and made their way to a quiet area where Fugi could remove his mask and try it. They sat upon a log and the alien removed his mask, Sky used the fork and got a piece of the cake for him as he didn't use utensils. He took it from her.

"Remember, you have to FINISH it." She reminded him.

"Yeah yeah." He said with a sneer, placing the piece of cake into his mouth.

The alien gagged and cupped a clawed hand over his mouth, the human starting to snicker.

"What, can't handle it?" She smirked.

He reluctantly swallowed the piece, coughing and punching his chest.

"I...can handle it." Fugi continued to cough.

"Really? Because you look like you're gonna puke." She giggled.

She took a piece of the dessert and popped it in her mouth, her eyes widen and a smile appeared on her face.

"Oh my god, that's SO GOOD! It's so cinnamony!" Sky said.

"What's cinna-" Fugi began.

But there was a frightened gasp, they turned their heads to see a terrified Zephyr and Squee staring at Fugi.
