We drove off to the hospital, and once we got there, we talked to the woman at the desk. She told us just to go into the NICU, then one of the doctors will have us sign a paper, and we could then take Mireyah home.

We made our way to the NICU, and there we saw a doctor next to Mireyah's incubator. We talked to him next.

"Yes, you can take her home now, but you have to sign this first," He handed me a paper, and I signed it.

"So she can fly, right?"

"Yep. She's healthy enough for any kind of transportation!"

"Thank you, doctor," Calum thanked him.

"You're quite welcome."

Later that evening, I was making sure I had everything packed up. We were going to leave the next day. Calum was going to go with us too, but he would only be in Australia for a few days. Then, he would leave for Florida. I couldn't wait for the next day when we left for Australia to surprise his parents and mine. My parents moved to Sydney to be closer to us and Calum's family. The boys were in Sydney too, and they didn't know about Mireyah being home, so we could surprise them too.

I was finishing packing up my stuff when Sam walked in with Mireyah.

"Hey Katie.. Are you glad you can take Mireyah home?" She asked me.

"Yeah, but I'll miss you guys. You've been so nice. We need to stay in touch and next time the boys are in London I'll have to visit you!" I told her.

"Yeah! That would be nice. I bet you're glad you get to go back to your family and go back to your own house.."

"I am."

"I'm sure your parents will enjoy having you guys and Mireyah back home, too."

"Yeah, I bet they will."

"I'll miss having you and Calum staying here."

"I'll miss you too," I hugged her, and she handed me Mireyah then left. I looked down at Mireyah to see a happy and healthy baby after all that happened in her past, and I was glad.
