Michael went to his mothers house to pick up Michkyela and Michelle. "Daddy!" They shout happily, he hugs them tightly. "Did you have fun at grandmas house?" They nodded their heads and they both held his hands but the house was silent. "It's best if you go Michael." Kathrine gestured Janet turned away grabbing her moms hands to the table. "Did I do something guys?" They shrugged their shoulders when the twins were put in the car seats. They had to go to school so he took them to Mrs.Huff and hugged them goodbye. Kyela struggled to get out of the chair she fell over trying to break free. "Ouch." She whimpered, Kyela used her foot to get the key she saw under their bed. Ad she used one of her hands to unlock herself. "Michael thought he was so smart." She smirked rubbing her wrist. She noticed Michael hasn't taken any of his pills today they really need counseling again, nothing worked.  She was going to make an appointment and saw Michael's car in the driveway. "Fuck." She whispered walking back in the house looking for Michael. "How did you get out? Never mind I don't want to talk to you." Kyela put her hands on her hips. "Mike we need help again and you never took the pills the therapist gave you except one time." He grabs the pills and throws it at her.  "I don't need no pills Kye." Her eye brows raised up. "Really nigga,  why are you so violent? If divorce is what you want then I guess you can have your ring back." She took off all of her jewelry and her wedding ring that she didn't really want to let go of. This was best for her and her kids it's best if they don't know that they fight at all. Michael showed hurt in his eyes. "Good bye Michael. I gave you so many chances but this one will be a waste." She kissed his lips one last time and started packing her stuff to leave she called Joey to help move in with him.

"I have the last box Kye." Joey noticed she didn't have on her wedding ring. "Kye you divorced him?" He asked happily. "You were right Joe I should have listened to you he didn't need me he didn't deserve someone like me. I'm stronger than that." She sits on the couch next to him and moved the boxes away from her. "So are still more than just friends?" He gave her big puppy dog eyes. " I will say yes after Michael and I have some settlements, signing divorce papers and other shit like that." Joey really wanted her to do that right now but he didn't want to rush into it. A month later Michael and Kyela were in court doing some paper work and discussing private things they were finally done and Michael cried walking away. "Hey baby!" Hugging Joey tightly he picked her up and kissed her spinning around. "Hey bae you make me so happy." They kiss again and Michelle and Michkyela smiled. "Your our new daddy now?" Joey held their hands. "Yes of course cuties." The dark ages were turning into a new shell of light. Joey put an arm around her waste they planned on getting remarried together. "Baby where are the kids going to sleep? It's a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a living room." Kyela put some of her stuff in their room. "Um, they can sleep on the couch until we can find another apartment." Kyela found a picture that she has with her and Michael together she put them near her heart. "Honey you don't need these you have me now." He neatly put them back in the box. "Come on Kye bear we need to get the kids." Mrs.Huff gave Michkyela and Michelle another lollipop. "Mommy!" They ran up to hug her.

"I should by you something you guys always do good in school." Joey chimes. " Our old daddy never bought us anything when we did good in school." Kyela covered Michelle's mouth. "So what do you want guys?" They went in the play toys isle for girls in Toys R Us the twins pointed at a pretend make up set. "Dolly too." Joey picked up the toys and handed it to them. "Yay! Thanks big daddy!" They skipped their little selfs to the cash register. Joey took out his credit card and swiped it. "Let's go kids." They couldn't wait to get home and play with it. Michelle and Michkyela didn't fight as much as they used to they got along quite well since the divorce. "Let's play house." Kyela and Joey smiled at them and he kissed her head. They started to make out in front of them. "Ew." The said in unison. Kyela and Joey laughed. "Sorry guys." Kyela started to make dinner for everyone. "Time to eat girls!" They put their stuff down and ate the spaghetti left for them.
