(Lara's POV) 
I look around the room and not knowing where I was I stood up. I instantly sit back down reluctantly in pain. I look at my leg and see that I had either a really bad cut, or someone stabbed me in the leg. After a while, I start to think. Why am I here? How did I get here? When did I get here? Then I remember how and why I'm here.
*Earlier that day* 
It was the last class of the day. The only class that both me and Myca were in, that Lauren and Jade weren't in. Myca, however sat on the other side of the classroom and always payed attention, because there was nobody to joke around with at the back of the classroom. I look at the clock, it was 3:20. Ten more minutes of this class, and then I can tell Myca why he needs to finish his work for Mr. Alaeam.
I looked once more around the room, and to my surprise, I didn't see a single person in the classroom. I looked at the clock and it was still 3:20, but it looked like class was over. Does the clock not work? I looked at the clock, and the seconds hand was moving, but the minute hand didn't move. I sat there for five minutes to be sure, but it was still twenty past three. I got out of my seat, and saw that there WAS someone else here. He was wearing a black coat with his hood up, so that you couldn't see his face. He was watching me, but he never moved. He just stood leaning against the back wall of the classroom, and moved his head in correspondence to where I moved in the room.
"Who are you?" I asked the cloaked figure. 
"That doesn't matter to you." He said in a hoarse voice. 
"It does. I need to know why the time stopped and why everyone else is gone." I said sternly giving him a determined glare.
"The time stopped, so when it starts again, It will be the exact same time and everyone in in this dimension, that only you can see will disappear. As with everyone else in the real world, they are gone, so that if I felt like moving one of them, they would have magically teleported, to wherever I moved them, and therefore I would be breaking the laws of magic. It's simply for safety." he shrugged.
"How do I leave? And how am I here?" I asked once again giving him a stern glare. 
"By doing the same thing you did to get here. Sit down, Look around, and use you memory to go back there." it seems simple enough, but How did I get here if i didn't know this place existed?
"I'm going back." I say.
"W-wait! I need you to stay here I have something to show you." I stand back up and turn around. He had gotten closer, and looked as though he had just thought about doing something, but didn't for fear of retaliation. I threw him a sympathetic glare. 
After a while of silence, I asked him, "What's your name?"
"What?" He looked at me almost as if nobody had ever asked him that.
"What's you're name. You know that word that everybody calls you?"
"O-oh. Theodis."
"Well, hello there Theodis. I'm Lara." I say holding out my hand. He takes it and says,
"Hello, Lara. Nice to properly meet you." He lets go of my hand and starts to look around the room. 
"Isn't there Something you want to show me?" I ask, once again breaking the silence.
"Oh, yeah." He looks quite embarrassed. "Follow me." He notions me to follow him and I do so. After a while of walked we end up at the edge of a valley. I look down, leaning on the railing, seeing that there is a river at the bottom. Questioning what is going on I look back at Theodis. what I see when I turn around surprises me more than anything else could. He had wings. Out of nowhere there were wings on his back, and he had taken his hoodie off. I could now see that he had Piercing blue eyes and Black hair. He had snake bites, and tattoos covering his arms. He looks kind of embarrassed, almost like this is the first time anyone has seen him like that.
"Wings." I say pointing at him. "You have wings?" He looks down, as if i just told him he was a a monster.
"You have them too, you know. That's why I brought you here,  so you could practice flying."
"Flying? What genetics do I have that cause wings?" 
"Raven's Genetics. The same raven as me, in fact." He says, while fluttering his wings.
"Teach me how then, I'd love to fly." He shoves a vile in my hand. It has a purple dust inside. he then hands me a charm. It's in the shape of a bird with it's wings spread. It's attached to a chain necklace. The charm is about the size of my wrist, which is fairly large for a charm. There is a button on the back of the charm. I look back up at Theodis and he seems to see that i'm confused. 
"Fill the Charm with the dust in the vile. It should last you a while. When you have the Charm full of dust put the necklace around you neck and press the button while saying 'Nature Maak Raven.' Don't worry about volume. you don't even have to verbally say it actually." 
I pressed the button on the back of the button and said "Nature Maak Raven"
