Today marked the first day of MUNA's tour, which meant that Julien and Kiana running into each other was inevitable, which quite frankly terrified Kiana. Kiana had successfully avoided Julien for an entire hour. She was backstage with MUNA waiting for the clock to hit 7:35 so she could do her set. The four of them poked fun at each other and cracked jokes like they usually did. The conversation had turned into Jo imitating Katie onstage, so in turn Katie imitated Jo, teasing her about the way she plays her guitar on stage. Kiana had gotten called up on stage after a while, as did Jo and Naomi since they were gonna play guitar and piano on her songs.

Kiana opened with Daylight, a song she wrote about Julien when they were together. Kiana originally wasn't gonna put it on the setlist but the song was a fan favorite so she just had to. Kiana zoned out for the entirety of the song, it was the only way she was able to sing it without breaking down. The brunette ran through her setlist quickly, she was on the final song titled Everything, which featured MUNA. Kiana stood front and center, her head hung low as she nodded to the guitar strumming from Jo.

"I saw a beautiful girl on the street," She sang into the mic, "She looked nothing like me, I think, but I wanted to call you and tell you about the way her hair got caught in her mouth"

Kiana finished the first verse and looked to the side stage, making direct eye contact with Julien as she sang the chorus. "Everything's about you to me, everything's about you to me"

Listening to the lyrics made Julien want to vomit. All these years Julien was under the impression that Kiana could care less about her.

"Come on, Katie!" Kiana shouted into the mic.

Katie ran out on stage and begun singing the second verse while Kiana glanced back over at the side stage, only to see that Julien had disappeared. Kiana hadn't realized how long she'd been zoned out, it wasn't till Katie had elbowed Kiana that she snapped back into reality. Katie gave her a slight nod, signaling Kiana it was her turn to sing. The song finished and the band showered the brunette with compliments as they headed back to MUNA's dressing room. Kiana dropped to the floor, not wanting to take the extra steps to the couch.

Get your ass off the floor" Jo softly kicked Kiana in the ribs, "It's unsanitary"

"Leave me alone I'm tired" Kiana responded in a rather exhausted tone.

"Did you even sleep?" Katie questioned, and Kiana shook her head slightly. "You're running on zero sleep?!" The singer nodded, "Jesus, Kie"

"Was it cause of Julien?" Naomi elbowed Jo, "What? I have questions, can I not ask?"

"It's fine Naomi, and yeah, it was because of Julien" Kiana answered, "The last time we saw each other I was such an asshole to her"

"Dude you can't avoid her forever" Naomi pointed out, "I mean you can not talk to her but you're gonna bump into each other at some point"

"Are you gonna watch Boygenius' set?" Naomi asked, "Because you should, their songs are epic"

Kiana shrugged, "I don't know, I mean maybe"

Kiana hadn't listened to the record considering her and Julien broke up long before it was released. Kiana knew the record contained two songs about her since it was all over her Twitter timeline when the album was originally released. She honestly could care less about the lyrics. If they were cruel and hateful she didn't care, Kiana knew she deserved every single one of them.

The brunette was stood side stage with MUNA watching as Boygenius ran on stage as $20 began playing. The one thing Kiana had always loved about Julien is that whenever she started playing, she got real into it. Kiana hadn't really been paying much attention to Lucy or Phoebe, her eyes were fixed on Julien, something all members of MUNA seemed to notice. Naomi elbowed their band mates and nodded over at Kiana who seemed to be entranced by Julien.

Boygenius ran through their set, each song earning a different emotion from the crowd. The boys finished up Me & My Dog; Phoebe grabbed her acoustic guitar while Lucy went over to the piano as Julien sat on the edge of the stage gripping the mic as if her life depended on it. Julien glanced over at the side stage quickly, but Kiana standing there amongst MUNA made it impossible to look away, "This song is about wishing things turned out differently"

This was the one; the song Jack had told her about in the studio.

Kiana pushed away all the thoughts telling her to run, to run as fast as she could and never look back. The entire song Kiana realized that maybe Jack was right, maybe Julien didn't hate her like she originally thought. Kiana began to imagine the life she could've had with Julien. Kiana hadn't realized how bad she missed the mundane things her and Julien did until this very moment.

"I miss you too much to be mad anymore and I, wish you were right here, right now, it's all good" Julien glanced over at the side stage, a slight smile creeped onto her face at the sight of Kiana, "I wish you would"

"Jack was right," Kiana thought to herself, "Julien really doesn't hate me"

Julien sang the outro to the song and ran off stage with Phoebe and Lucy as the crowd went wild. While both bands kept tossing compliments at one another, Kiana slipped away, she didn't have the guts to face Julien just yet. What Kiana didn't know, is that Julien had followed her.

"Kiana," Julien called out, "Kie!"

Kiana stopped in her tracks at the sound of Julien calling out her name. The solo singer turned around, praying that Julien would disappear into thin air somehow.

"Hey, J"

"Listen," Julien began, "Kie- "

"I'm trying to avoid you"

"Not surprised, it's kind of your thing" Julien teased, but Kiana wasn't in the mood for jokes.

"You have five seconds before I walk away"

Julien nodded, "I just wanted to say that I forgive you, for all of it. I meant every word I sang out there, Kie"

"Kiana!" Jo jogged up beside the singer, "There you are, we were wondering where the hell you went" They threw an arm around Kiana and took her away from Julien. "Figured you could use a save" Jo whispered to Kiana, "You're welcome"
