SunStreaker's POV

A scream tore through Katie's throat while the wolf lunged at her, then I tackled her to the ground, Katie screaming in pain and fear, "CASEY!! COLT!! CODY!!" She screams, then I watch as the wolf bites her leg, Katie lets out a pained scream while the wolfs teeth sunk into her flesh.

Then the three dogs Katie called for comes running up, they tackle the wolf off of Katie, then bigger Ironhide runs out along with the others, rain comes falling down, "KATIE!" He screams in fear.

I get to my peds and run over to Katie, who is screaming and crying from fear and pain, I can see her blood moving it's way down her bare legs, then the lighting flashes and I see blood on her arm and neck, Katie's screams are breaking my Spark, I walk up to her helm and hug her neck, I bury my faceplates in her shoulder.

Katie whimpers and cries, Ironhide is by her side and so is the others, the dogs still fighting the wolf, then I hear a pained howl coming from the wolf, then it pushes the dogs off of it and runs away into the night, "Katie" I say my voice laced with worry, Katie slowly looks at me, pain is screaming in her optics.

"Y-you are my sunshine, my little sunshine" she sings, "You make me happy when my skies are gray, you lead me through the darkness, with your beam" "Katie" I say, "You are my sunshine my little sunshine" she sings softly stroking my helm, then I hear loud sirens.

"Katie" I whimper, Katie's optics holding more and more pain, "It's okay Sunny, I'm gonna be okay" she soothes, then the paramedics show up, and so does police, Ironhide takes us inside, but with me that is going to be a lot of work, I wouldn't leave Katie's side.

"Sunny" Katie whimpers, I look into her soft optics, "Have I ever told you that you, Sides and the rest are the cutest little things I have ever laid eyes on?" She says taking her processors off of the pain, she takes her servo and sets it gently on my cheek plate, I lay my servo on top of hers.

"Katie can you hear me?" The femme paramedic asks, Katie nods in pain, "Do you remember what happened?" She asks, "I was attacked by a wolf" Katie says in pain.

"WE NEED TO GET THIS WOMAN TO THE HOSPITAL!" The paramedic screams, it catches the attention of everyone.

It happened in a flash everyone was surrounding Katie and myself, Katie takes her other arm and grabs me, bigger Ironhide saw me get scooped up by Katie, then we were picked up on a gurney and put into the ambulance, the paramedics telling Katie to calm down, and that she'll be alright.

Katie is only nodding and stroking my helm gently, "Katie" I whimper trying to hold back my leakage, or what humans call "Crying" Katie looks at me, "It's okay Sunny," she soothes, "I'll be okay," smiling the whole time she looks into my optics.

It is like I'm easing her pain gently, the paramedics move me off of Katie's tanks or stomach they set me beside her helm, I stroke her hair softly, my actions is causing Katie comfort, cause she relaxes, "What is that?" The same femme paramedic asks Katie, trying to get her to talk, "That's Sunny or SunStreaker" Katie says weakly.

Katie coughs then moans in pain, "Don't worry ma'am we are almost to the hospital" the driver reassures.

I snuggle into the left side of Katie's neck cables cause the right is where she was bitten, a femme and mech paramedic holding towels on the wounds, I can see Katie's blood soaking the towels, Katie looks at me, I look in her optics, they are soft and show no fear, "I love you Katie" I whimper, Katie smiles, "I love you too babe" she says kissing my forehelm.

I feel my power running low, I snuggle into Katie's shoulder and fall into recharge purring softly.

Ironhide's POV

Fear

Guilt

Those emotions are something I have never wanted to feel when I came to Katie, she is my charge, she went outside! I should have followed her! This wouldn't have happened if I followed her!

I'm currently driving full speed keeping up with the paramedic, we run red light and green lights, we run stop signs, cars on the road has pulled to the side, the bots are quiet in the back, they probably don't know how to act or how to feel?

I growl to myself, my fear and guilt is taking over my anger.

I'm not angry at anyone but me, I press the pedal more cause of my anger, gripping the steering wheel a little tighter like when Katie did, the first day or night when I talked to her, I let a snarl escape my holoform's lips.

SunStreaker's POV

"Sunny, I think Hide is getting mad" my twin says worried through our bond.

"SideSwipe how would you feel if Hide was in your peds and you were in his? And Katie is your charge and she got hurt like now?" I ask.

Sides gets quiet before answering, "Well I would be angry" he says.

"Hide feels the same," I say then I'm taken away from my conversation with Sides when the ambulance stops, "We need to go now!" The femme orders the driver.

Katie is awake talking to me in a silent whisper cause of her neck, I smile and nod listening on how her Mom and Dad were, they sound nice, then the gurney jolts, I let out a small squeak in surprise causing Katie to chuckle then groan in pain.

I keep stroking her hair softly, her long brown hair soft, straight and smooth, her pearly white teeth sparkling from the bright moon as for the claps of thunder, the paramedics put blankets over Katie and myself, I watch as Hide and the others pile out of his alt, then rush inside along with me and Katie.

Then I'm being handed to Hide, I look up and see ER, "I'm sorry sir but he can't come back here!" She says before leaving, I can hear Katie softly yelling my name, then Hide sets me down, watching Katie disappear through the slamming doors.

"Let's go to the waiting room" he says his voice low and sounding drained.

Sides and the others walk over to me after Hide walks down the hall, "She's a brave femme" Sides reassures through our bond, then he tugs on my arm and we all walk after Hide.

In the Waiting Room

I yawn feeling my power running low, "We better go home" Hide says, we all whimper, "Look I understand you're missing Katie, I am too! But-" he says but is cut off by a deep baritone voice.

"Ironhide?"
