One Month Later

Katie's POV

It's been one month, here I am in the kitchen making a salad for Grandma, I then hear a THUD, and then Grandma groan.

I drop the glass bowl and let it shatter to the floor, I run into the living room and I see Grandma on the floor trying to get up, Jazz and Blaster trying to help her, along with Ratchet and some of the others.

I walk over to Grandma and help her up, "Oh dear, don't worry my legs just gave out" Grandma says weakly.

When Grandma gets to her feet, "Bots get to the truck!" I order, Jazz and Blaster whimpering for Grandma, "Honey I'm not going to a hospital!" Grandma says.

"Oh yes you are!" I snap.

Me and Grandma are both stubborn so this is gonna be awhile...

"No I'm not Katie Ann Kyle!" Grammy says with a growl.

"Help me" I say to Jazz and Blaster.

They both look at Grandma with a please look.

Grandma sighs softly and then she grabs her cane and walks out to the truck with Me, Jazz, and Blaster trailing behind.

We all get into the truck, I make sure everyone is in their car seats I got them and buckled up.

Which they were and we drive to the hospital.

At the Hospital

We all get out of my truck, I put the Autobots in the three seater stroller, three of the bots can sit in one seat perfectly, but remember their is 21 Autobots, so three Autobots get one seat.

So some of them have to sit on the floor, when all of the Autobots are in the stroller I count, but I'm missing 2.

No not Sunny and Sides, I look by Grandma and I see Jazz and Blaster, I can tell by the way they're acting is they're worried.

I am too, so are the other bots.

We walk into the hospital get checked in, then they tell us too wait in the waiting room.

I watch as people look at Jazz and Blaster walking by Grandma's feet happily and a little scared.

I hear people whispering, but I ignore them.

If you can't tell I don't take the bots out much, I then watch as SunStreaker climbs out of the stroller, he walks over to a small kids table that is in the room, I watch as he grabs a short book and then he walks back over to me.

While he does that SideSwipe crawls into my lap, and then a young man walks over to me, "Yes! My name is John Goodman and I would like to buy one of these adorable little robots how much?" He asks.

"They're little miniature bots that are not for sale so beat it kid!" Grandma growls.

The man picks up SunStreaker, "Hey put him down!" I order, I stand and grab the man's hand and twist his wrist, he yelps in pain and sets SunStreaker gently on the ground.

"When I say they're not for sale! I mean they're not for sale!" I growl, I let go of the man and he runs off.

"Ms. Kyle?" I hear the nurse say.

SunStreaker puts the book back, then him and SideSwipe get back in the stroller, Grandma puts Jazz and Blaster into the stroller despite their click and whirls of argument.

We both stand and follow the lady to the back.

She does the usual stuff, weighing, height, and then they put you in a examining room and make you wait.

I sit down in one of the chairs while Grandma sits on the bed, Jazz and Blaster holding their arms out for Grandma wanting her to hold them.

But Grandma doesn't, she looks at them for awhile until the doctor comes in, "Ah! Ms. Kyle, good to see you! What brings you here?" He asks.

Before Grandma can say anything I cut in, "She fell today, I didn't see her fall but I heard her fall, along with theses little guys they saw her" I say.

The doctor nods and looks at Jazz and Blaster, "They are adorable" the doctor says, "They're my Grandma's little butt-heads" I tease towards Jazz and Blaster, they're still trying to get Grandma to hold then but she still won't.

"Ms. Kyle are you okay?" The doctor asks and then Grandma falls back, the doctor pushes me out of the room along with the stroller, Jazz and Blaster crying so are the other bots, cause they want Grandma.

Doctors and nurses run into the room, the same nurse that called us back grabbed my arm gently and she pushed me gently out of the back.

One Hour Later

Katie's POV

Jazz and Blaster whimper for my Grandma.

I hold all of them, we've been sitting in here for one whole hour!

Thank god I packed a lot of their Energon cubs!

And then SunStreaker gives me a book to read, I get in a comfortable position and put most of them in my lap.

I grab the book and put SunStreaker in my lap.

I start to read, it was a picture book, I think SunStreaker likes picture books, I still read, but each time before I turn the page SunStreaker, points at the strange or funny looking characters.

30 more minutes go by, and then the nurse who ordered us out back into the waiting room told me and the bots that we had to go home.

"She okay?" I hear Jazz ask in his Sparkling voice.

The nurse looks down at him, "Honey, the doctors won't tell me anything, I'm sorry" the nurse says.

Jazz's POV

I want GRANDMA!

I feel my Spark break when the nurse tells me the news, I want my Grandma!

Katie kneels down and she picks me and Blaster up, Blaster and I start to whimper.

Katie puts all of us in the stroller, "Hey, they'll call us tomorrow and we'll come back okay?" Katie says.

I nod sadly.

"Poor babies" the nurse says.

"I'm so sorry" she says to Katie.

"Please call us if something happens" Katie pleads.

The nurse nods.

We make our way out of the hospital, on the way home the truck was silent, "Guys, I now it's hard, but if anything happens to Grammy I want you guys to know she loves all of you, every single one of you" Katie says.

I decided to fall into recharge, hoping this is a nightmare, and I'll wake up next to Grammy with her holding me and Blaster close.
