King Gristle called all of his Bergen subjects to the ballroom that was just used for official meetings - because they didn't dance. As soon as they gathered & all stood to greet the king - king Gristle showed Creek to them holding him in his raised hand & saying 'My Dear Subjects... - Here is the Key to Our Happiness!' with a smile on his face. 'A TROLL !' roared the Bergen subjects noticing Creek at the same time. 'Yes, this is a Troll' confirmed king Gristle & smiled at Chef and Bridget who were standing next to him. Both smiled back.

'Will you eat him now, Your Highness?' asked some young Bergen woman. 'No' answered king Gristle 'We won't be eating them anymore... - Because he's just showed me Another Way of Finding Our Happiness! - Easier & longer-lasting one!'. Some Bergen subjects started whispering confused but king Gristle made them quiet with one movement of his hand. 'What way?' asked some old ugly Bergen male. 'Just listen to him & he will tell you' explained king Gristle holding Creek closer to the Bergen crowd. 'Yeah! - Tell them, Creek!' Bridget encouraged him. 

'Ok' said Creek & started talking to the crowd. 'First please All answer my question' he said with a calm smile. 'What question?' asked some Bergen kid. Creek smiled at him & asked the Bergen crowd 'How many of you want to be happy?... - Please raise your hands'. As soon as he said that the gathered Bergens looked at one another & started raising their hands one by one as long as every Bergen subject was standing with his hand up.

 Creek looked at them and asked cheerfully 'All of You?... - Very Good!'. 'But we don't know how to do That!' whined some Bergen male with a Really Sad Face. 'Yeah!' another one standing next to him agreed. 'So good for you That I Am Here! - I will Teach You' Creek told them still smiling but making a very self confident face. 'Do you think he will manage with that?' Bridget whispered to king Gristle. 'Yes!' answered king Gristle also whispering 'If he managed to make Chef happy - he'll surely manage with All of Them!'.

'What should we do?' asked the Bergen woman who spoke first. 'Now you all should sit on the floor - Like This' answered Creek & asked king Gristle to put him on the rostrum to let all the Bergens see him well. He sat down on the rostrum & crossed his legs to demonstrate.

Some Bergens listened to him & sat down on the floor crossing their legs - just as he asked, but one Bergen teen boy kept standing & asked 'I don't understand... - How can sitting on the floor make us happy?'. 'It can' answered Creek. 'Because we will be doing some relaxing exercises - & when you're Relaxed - You should feel Happy' he explained patiently. 'Alright, you convinced me!' answered the Bergen teen, sat down on the floor quickly & crossed his legs looking at Creek carefully. 

It took a moment for all the Bergen subjects to sit - but when they were all sitting, Creek asked them 'Is Everyone ready to start?'. 'Yeah!' Shouted the Bergens in one choir. 'Good - so we will start with a short Breathing Exercise: please repeat after me - Breathe in'... Creek took a deep breath through his nose right after saying it... - '& Breathe out' - he set the air free through his mouth. 'That's easy!' said some Bergen girl & all the sitting Bergens started the exercise. When they repeated it a few times Creek told them 'Very good! - Now please close your eyes'. 'What for?' asked the same Bergen girl. 'Because we'll try some visualization now' answered Creek with a smile.

'Won't he escape?' asked some Bergen male. 'Of course he Won't! - I'm watching him!' answered king Gristle to calm all his subjects down. As soon as all the Bergen subjects closed their eyes - Creek asked them 'Please tell me how do you feel now'. 'A little better - but still Unhappy' answered the Bergen girl. 'Me too!' confirmed a tall Bergen male sitting next to her. 'So please try to imagine the Weather that would describe your Current Mood the Best - & tell me about it' Creek encouraged them 'What is 'Your Weather' like?'. 

'It's Raining!' answered an old sad Bergen male. 'Same here!' confirmed the Bergen girl. 'It's Really Windy!' said another Bergen. 'I can see the Thunderstorm!' said another one looking The Saddest of Them All. Some other Bergens described 'Their Weather' & all of them agreed about one thing: 'Their Weather' was Bad - cause they were Sad!

'Thanks for sharing it with me' said Creek. 'And now it's time for the 2nd part of the exercise: Please still sit with your eyes closed. I'll sing you a song - & you all try to imagine what I sing, ok?' he asked them. 'Ok!' agreed all of the Bergen subjects still sitting on the floor with their legs crossed & their eyes closed.
