Suddenly they opened their eyes because someone knocked the door. 'Who's there?' asked king Gristle. 'It's just me, Bridget, Your Highness' answered the young Bergen maid's voice. 'Good, come in' answered king Gristle. 'Would you like to join us?' he asked her as soon as she entered the room. 'I'd love to if I knew what you were doing' answered Bridget with a shy smile. 'I'm teaching them how to relax' answered Creek 'But I can teach one more person as well. So if you join us & follow my insturctions there's a big chance that you'll feel happier' he explained. 'That's Wonderful ! - What should I do?' asked Bridget with an interested face.

'First sit on the floor - as we all are sitting & do some breathing exercises with us' Creek instructed her. 'You can sit next to me' offered king Gristle 'Then you will see the Troll well'. 'Thank you' answered Bridget. Chef was sitting on king Gristle's left - so Bridget sat down on his right... But she sat a bit too close & accidentally touched the king's hand. She froze. 'I'm... I'm sorry, Your Highness!' Bridget apologized & moved a bit away from him. 'It's ok' answered king Gristle looking at her with a slight smile. She was in love with him but was too shy to tell him that, so she was happy that she had a chance to sit so close to him now & that small accidental gesture made him look at her a bit longer than usual & Smile At Her! That gave her hope. 

'Is that possible that He Likes Me Too?' she thought 'He looks at me as if he Did!... - But I'm just a maid, so I'm not sure if he would...' . But Creek's voice interrupted her & brought her back to reality. 'Are you sitting comfortably, Bridget?' he asked her. 'Yes' she answered him. 'Good, so you can start your breathing exercises' said Creek 'Breathe in... - & Breath out'. Bridget took a deep breath then took a quick glance at king Gristle again while breathing the air out with a sigh. She made a dreamy face & thought that noone would notice that, but king Gristle looked at her at the very same moment & He Smiled at Her Again as soon as their eyes met. She smiled back at him & blushed. 

'I guess that you find Your King more handsome than me according to your Bergen standards - but could you please look at me now?' Creek asked her with an understanding smile. 'You think I'm handsome?' king Gristle asked Bridget surprised. 'Y-Yes!' she answered, blushing even more. 'Really? - Nobody has ever told me that' said king Gristle with a smile. 'Yes, Your Highness -  I think you're very handsome' Bridget confirmed & covered her face with her hands suddenly shocked that she said that aloud. And the King Heard That! 

'And I think that You're Cute!' the Bergen king answered suddenly 'Why haven't I noticed that before?'. 'Are you serious?' asked Bridget as if she couldn't believe that he really said that. 'Yes, I am serious' answered king Gristle still looking at her 'You are the Cutest Bergen Girl I've Seen in My Life!'. Creek looked at them with a wide green & Chef just rolled her eyes & said 'Oh Great! - So now they will start Paying Each Other Compliments!'. 'I think that's good!' said Creek happily. 'I've started spreading the goodness around - & now More Good Things Are Happening! - It's called 'The Ripple Effect' he explained with a smile. 'Compliments can make you feel happier - expecially when they are honest - but I now I can give you more ways to feel happy - Very Simple but Effective ones' he offered with his calm smile.
