'Ok, we all are sitting - so what should we do next?' asked king Gristle. 'Close your eyes' answered Creek. 'Ha! - I knew you were trying to fool us!' shouted Chef & stood up. 'I... don't understand what you're talking about!' said Creek looking at her with a scared face. 'You think that you're so smart, Troll? - You tell us to close our eyes & when we do - you run away? ... - That was your plan?' asked Chef looking at Creek with anger. 'No!... - I was going to close my eyes too & start the relaxing exercise, I Swear!' answered Creek & shivered a bit. 'You can say what you want - but I'm Not That Stupid!' Chef hissed through her teeth making a scary face. 

Creek looked at king Gristle with a sad face as if he was asking him for help. It worked. 'That's Enough!' said king Gristle with a frown. 'I totally agree Your Highness!' said Chef. 'Good' answered king Gristle 'So stop scaring My Troll - He must be calm if he wants to teach us how to relax'. Creek smiled at the Bergen King & Chef said 'You're right... - I didn't think of it that way'.

'So can we continue?' asked Creek, calm again. 'Yes, we can! - Right, Chef?' said king Gristle. 'Of course' answered Chef 'I'll just do one little thing - & then we continue' answered Chef with a surprisingly sweet sounding voice. 'Ok, what is it?' asked Creek. 'THIS!' shouted Chef. She grabbed a bell jar lying on the table & cought Creek into it putting it around him so fast that he didn't even have time to react. He was Surprised. And so was king Gristle. They didn't expect that.

'Hey! - What are you doing?' shouted Creek. He stood up surprised & touched the bell jar wall, then started knocking it with his fists.       'Just taking precautions, my dear' answered Chef with her pretended sweet tone but a sharklike smile on her face 'Now I am sure that you won't run away'. Creek touched the bell jar wall with his both hands & nose & asked king Gristle 'Please, tell her to take that bell jar off me! - I can't concentrate in it!'. He made a really sad face now, which made king Gristle sorry for him. 

The Bergen king told Chef 'Take this bell jar off him - That really won't be necessary'. 'But...' Chef wanted to say something but he didn't let her finish. 'I said: Take it off him!' king Gristle repeated more impatiently. 'But what if he runs away?' asked Chef. 'He won't' answered king Gristle & Creek smiled at him. 'How can you be sure?' Chef kept asking 'Because he Said So?'. 'Yes' answered king Gristle with a serious face. 'Acording to what I know about Trolls they are very loyal & trustworthy creatures that always keep their promises' the Bergen king explained. 'Alright' said Chef. 'So do you promise not to run away when I take it away & when we close our eyes?' she asked Creek. 'Yes' answered Creek with the most honest face he could make. 'Say it' Chef ordered him. 'Ok' said Creek 'I promise that I won't escape when you take this bell jar away & when you two close your eyes'. 'Happy now?' he asked the two Bergens. 'Not yet' answered Chef. 'Working on it' answered king Gristle. 'Oh, sorry, I should be more careful about what I say' said Creek. 'I mean: Did I convince you now?' he corrected himself.

'Yes' answered king Gristle showing that he believed Creek. 'Ok... - Let's say that I'm convinced' answered Chef. She slowly took the bell jar off Creek & put it aside. Creek kept his promise. He didn't run away. He smiled at the two Bergens & said 'You see? - I'm still here. I kept my promise. I didn't run away'. 'I thought you Would be trying to escape now' said Chef a bit surprised. 'Escape? - No Way!...  - I have a Mission!' answered Creek with a smile 'A Mission of Making All The Bergens Happy... And if I manage, All Trolls will be Safe cause none of you will be trying to catch them ever again!'. 'Yes, I can promise you that' said king Gristle.

'Thank you, Your Highness' answered Creek. 'So are we all ready to start now?' he asked sitting down & crossing his legs again. 'Yes' king Gristle assured him and looked at Chef. She sat on the floor & crossed her legs & Creek told them 'Very Good. Everyone is ready now - So now we can start'. 'First you should learn how to control your breath' he instructed them 'Breathe in... & breathe out, not too fast'. He demonstrated it taking a deep breath & slowly breathing the air out & asked the two Bergens to do the same. They did, so he told them to repeat the exercise a few times. And was exercising with them all the time.

And after repeating the exercise 5 times he asked them 'Can you feel any difference?'. 'Not yet' answered Chef so Creek looked at king Gristle & asked him 'And you?'. 'Yes, I can feel something' answered king Gristle 'I've just calmed down & started to feel more relaxed'. 'And that is our goal' Creek told him 'So now let's try to do the same exercise - but with our eyes closed, it should be even more relaxing'. 'Ok' king Gristle agreed & they all closed their eyes & started their breathing exercise again.

'Is it better now?' Creek asked them as soon as they had enough time to compare. 'I think it is' answered king Gristle. 'Yes' Chef agreed, but opened one eye after taking next deep breath. Don't worry, don't worry, I am still here - I'm talking to you, so you can hear my voice all the time' Creek calmed her down. 'Somehow I don't fully trust you' answered Chef & closed her eye. 'I understand, you've never listened to a Troll before - but I think you should stop expecting to be deceived all the time - & it will surely help you relax' Creek advised her with a gentle voice. 'I'll try' answered Chef & concentrated on her breathing again.

'Yes, try to clear your minds of all the negative thoghts & concentrate on your breathing - & you should soon see the result' Creek instructed them 'Try not to think about anything else for a moment: Just Breathe in... - & Breathe out'.
