~No one POV~
It's been 4 days since the accident, Izuku has shown no sign of waking up. The Yumigota's have refused to leave his side, but today they are forced out of the room for some unknown reason.

~Bakugo POV~
This is the first time in 4 days Midoriyas family has left his side. They had a call, then they left. They say they'll be back, but it's been 2 hours. I think they ditched him, but-

"BIG BROTHER!"

What the...

"Who's she?" I asked immensely confused by this little girl.

"This is Hana Midoriya. Izuku's biological sister."

WHAAAAAAAAAAA?!

"Izuku has a sister?!" I ask. He has a sister and he never told me?!

"Momma when will Nii-san wake up?"

This broke my heart. This little girl just wants her brother back. Please wake up Izuku.

"I'm not sure sweetie. We just need to be patient."

"Maybe we should give her a moment with her brother. Ya?"

The Yumigota's nodded. We left the room.

~No ones POV~

Slowly Hana made her way to her brother. He was pale with bruises littering his exposed skin. One look at here brother made Hana want to cry. She made it to the side of his bed cautiously got in with him. She was clinging to her brother's side. (Shes on his good side) Tears started to run down her face like rivers. This was her brother. Her only brother? Her last blood relative. She was not ready to let him go. After about 5 minutes of crying, she felt a shift. She looked up. Izuku's eyes were fluttering open.

He was waking up.

~Hana's POV~

I was frozen. Is he really waking up? They said it would still be a while. Soon I saw those beautiful green orbs present themselves to the world.

"NII-SAN!!"

I hugged him tight. Like he would disappear if I let go. I heard him giggle at my antics. I felt him petting my head with his good arm. Everything was perfect.

Suddenly the door slammed open.

"I HEARD SCREAMING. IS EVERYTHING O-"

She stopped the moment her eyes landed on Izuku. I saw her eyes well up.

"Zuzu?"

"Hi mom"

With that, she leaped to the bed. She put her hand on his cheek and stared into his emerald eyes. Nii-san was finally awake! I looked over and saw that angry Pomeranian looking guy in the doorway. He had this weird thing on his leg, and two stick thingies hold him up. I don't know what it was but he looked happy.

"Izuku...I know you just woke up but...there is something you should know. Yo-"

"I lost my arm in the accident and I won't be able to play music anymore...I know. I could hear everything."

~No ones POV~

They all stood shocked. He knew?

"Are...are you ok?" Bakugo asked him. They all thought he would be crushed about this.

"Honestly? I'm not surprised. Life seems to pick me apart a little more each day. At some point, you start to just feel...numb. Like none of it matters anymore. This was bound to happen at some point, right?" He gave out a dry chuckle after that.

What do we do? They all thought in unison.

When in reality...they all knew the answer...

There was nothing they could do.
