THE SIX THEN travelled to the area that the dwarf's home was by boat. He claimed that there was a Telmarine Prince who was banished from his kingdom and he fled there.

The scenery of Narnia was absolutely breathtaking. With water as clear as day, and mountains that surrounded the river they were previously rowing on, and the tree branches clouding overhead. Astoria had never seen anything so mesmerizing in her life.

( Lucy even claimed that the trees used to dance! How cool's that! )

The 6 encountered a lot of challenges. From wild bears, to trying to cross a deep and threatening gorge, and then sleeping under the stars, still on the journey back to the Narnian's hideout.

The next morning to the sound of swords clashing loudly, and Astoria bolted upright, shaking Susan awake when she realized that Peter and Lucy weren't there.

"Susan! Susan, you giant sleeping Boulder!" Astoria hissed, shaking Susan's shoulder. "Peter and Susan are missing!"

With furious huff, she didn't wait for the other girl to wake up from her deep slumbers, and she rushed towards the sound.

She froze at the sight of Peter and a boy with long raven hair, dueling in the middle of the forest.

Suddenly, Astoria felt a blade press tightly to her throat, and she was lying on the ground, staring up at a mouse.

Astoria was about to flip the small creature off of her just as she did with Peter the previous day, when Lucy cried out, gaining the attention of the two fighting men. "No!"

Out of nowhere different creatures of all shapes and sizes emerged from the thick trees and bushes.

"You're a mouse," Astoria whispered in disbelief, and the mouse heaved a sigh.

"You people are so unoriginal. Remove your sword from our prince's chest, and maybe I'll consider not slitting her throat." The mouse said.

"Since when were mice this feisty?"

"No," Peter reasoned gently. "let her go. She's done nothing wrong."

"We don't go around killing people," the dark haired boy said. "Unhand her, Reepicheep."

Immediately, the blade fell from her throat, and Astoria stood up clearing her throat.

"Alright so who the hell are you?" Astoria asked, looking at the new boy, who hadn't taken his eyes off of her, either.

   "Prince Caspian?" Peter asked.

"Yes?" He confirmed. "And who are you?"

"Peter!" Susan yelled, arriving with Edmund and Trumpkin, the dwarf. She looked around in surprise, clearly not having expecting all of the audience before them.

"It's about time you woke up from your little dreamland, Susan." Astoria snickered.

   "Oh shut up."

"High King Peter," Caspian realized, reading the sword.

"I believe you called." Peter replied.

"Well, yes, but... I thought you'd be older."

"If you like, we could come back in a few years—"

"No," Caspian interrupted. "That's all right. You're just... you're not exactly what I expected."

"Neither are you," Edmund shot back.

"A common enemy united even the oldest of foes," someone said from the crowd of creatures. Astoria was only surprised for a second when she realized it had been a badger that spoke.

( She was in freaking Narnia. At this point she shouldn't even be surprised anymore. )

"If we ever get back home, can I take one of these talking animals with me?" Astoria joked.

Lucy giggled at Astoria, while everyone else shot her a look.

"Alright, alright-no need to get your knickers in a twist..."

"We have anxiously awaited your return, my Liege," the mouse from earlier said. "Our hearts and swords are at your service. Sorry about the threat, Miss..."

"Fauxwood. Astoria Fauxwood," she replied, and everyone in the crowd, including Caspian looked completely shocked. "Erm... why are you guys looking at me as if you saw a ghost?"

"What happened to the horns line?" Edmund asked.

   "Time to change the scenery."

No one said anything and a wave of silence fell over them all, when Peter decided to diffuse the tension.

"Well, at least we know some of you can handle a blade," Peter mused, smiling.

"Yes, indeed. And I have recently put it to good use, securing weapons for your army, Sire."

"Good," Peter nodded. "Because we're going to need every sword we can get."

"Well, then," Caspian straightened, handing back Peter's sword. "You will probably be wanting yours back."

They all followed Caspian for what felt like years, and Astoria was getting ready to complain about her extremely sore and swollen feet just before they came to a stop, and she stepped around Edmund to see a large, empty field before her.

A mountain sat in the distance, built up completely by rock, and a stone archway could be seen, even from her spot across the plains. They walked up to a stone structure, and Astoria's heart thumped nervously as she awaited for what was to come next.
