13 Chapter Thirteen ~

The rest of lunch went on without any more incidents. I never did get the chance to talk privately with Mira to explain the situation.

Though she didn't show it, I know she was mad at me for keeping something this big a secret from her. She had just witnessed exactly how close to Suga I truly am. His mother came specifically to celebrate my graduation with everyone for gods sake.

Mira isn't a fool, she would understand the implications.

As much as I wanted to talk to her, and as guilty as I was feeling, the chance to catch her alone never emerged.

And before long lunch was over and it was time to go. Apparently Suga was kidnapping me and my father and brother were okay with this.

Ha-Jun even said he'd personally make sure all my things are moved from Mira's house to my new place. So I had to thank the Todaiji's in the restaurant for having me all these days - even if it was only for a month and two weeks.

I did manage to promise Mira I'd explain everything to her later as I told my goodbye to her. Her answer was pursed lips and a nod before she left.

Once they left, Ha-Jun hugged me tightly and asked me to stop sometime in his dorm before leaving Seoul saying he has something he wants to give me in private. Even Appa hugged and told me how proud he was, and asked me to talk to my mother before the two of them left me with the boys and Sejin.

For today he was the only manager present.

I looked around at them, hoping for some answers on what was going on.

"Alright, we got this. You guy head out." Jimin said, wrapping his arm around me shoulder and pulling me to his side.

"Yeah, we got this. We'll make sure Eun-Ha is the best dressed girl in all of Seoul today." Tae agreed, pulling me away from Jimin and to his side.

I looked from one to the other silently. As I said, the boys had a hands-on relationship so them randomly hugging me wasn't anything new. They did it all the time.

"Just make sure to get her there in one piece." Suga sighed before dragging Jungkook out with him. He didn't even tell goodbye to me before leaving.

Also, wasn't he the one who wanted to take me with them? Why on earth is he abandoning me with Tae and Jimin?

Namjoon, Jin and J-Hope actually told me a 'see you later' before heading out following Jungkook and Suga out.

"Aren't we going with them?" I asked the remaining three when they had all headed off.

"Nope. We're going somewhere else." Tae grinned down at me. I raised my eyebrows, then turned to Sejin.

"Shouldn't you go with them?" I asked, jabbing my thumb towards the door.

"It's fine. They're headed home. Besides Leessi is with them so it's fine. I'm babysitting Jimin, Taehyung and you today." He chuckled.

"Here, wear this." Jimin said handing me a black mask. Meanwhile Tae bundled up my hair into a messy bun before hiding the locks underneath a hat. Realising what they were doing, I put on the mask.

When the boys donned on their own masks, we left the restaurant and got into a car. I'm sure no one noticed that BTS were in the restaurant with them, but you could never be sure. Their were fans who respected their privacy and would only just discreetly snap a picture.

The picture could lead to higher trouble if I'm seen with them, hence the hat and mask.

Sejin drove with me on the back seat with Taehyung and Jimin in the passenger seat. All three of us were distracted by our phones so conversation was bare during the drive.

Tae stared at me from head to toe, a critical look in his eyes as he appraised me. He cupped his chin between his index finger and thumb while his eyes roamed up and down my body.

Uncomfortable under his appraising gaze, I shifted on my feet. Jimin was being unhelpful by keeping his attention on the phone. I have no idea where Sejin went, but when I came out of the backroom of the saloon where they beautified me, he wasn't around.

"Hmmm... I guess this'll do." Tae sighed not looking completely pleased with the result of my make-over.

His words caused Jimin to look up from his phone and me to sigh in relief. Considering this had been around the hundredth gown I'd tried on today, this was a given.

"I think she looks adorable." Jimin said smiling at me.

"Yeah, but that beats the purpose of this doesn't it?" Tae questioned frowning.

I had no idea what they were talking about. They weren't being very forth coming with information either. Last time I asked, Tae only replied by saying that it's something that I'd love.

If only.

Jimin laughed, pocketing his phone. "Relax Tae. He's smitten enough to find anything she wears beautiful. Besides, we don't want him to get a heart attack. This will more than do. She looks perfect." He reassured, patting his friends back.

Tae didn't look satisfied, but conceded muttering something about 'not enough time'.

"Let's go Ha-Ya. Tae will pay." Jimin motioned me over with a smile. Even if we don't spend so much time together, they talk to me and act around me as if me being around them was normal. Since day one.

Giving me a light smile, Tae walked over to the receptionist.

Right, I should have mentioned this earlier. Apparently the make-over and clothes were Taehyung's graduation gift to me. Hence why he is paying for it.

Also can I just point out that the saloon he took me to was one of the most famous saloons in Seoul. Somewhere a lot of celebrities came to. It was always in articles and such. I'm not sure if I'm sad or happy that other than Tae and Jimin no other celebrities were their today.

Rather unfortunately by this point ARMY's had gotten wind of Tae and Jimin being here. Outside was flooded with fans and reporters. I unconsciously clutched Jimin's hand tightly seeing this from the tinted glass - we could see outside, but they couldn't see inside.

Jimin looked down at me when I clutched his hand. Biting his lower lip, he gazed back outside.

"Don't worry. It'll be fine." He whispered to me. It wasn't like they could hear us from outside. The girls in the saloon couldn't really disclose that they came here with me, and inside I was safe from photos. It's when we step out the drama would begin.

I looked at him, knowing he was lying.

"No Ha-Ya, I mean it." Jimin smiled at me reassuringly. "They don't know you're here with us, so if we leave first no one will think you were with us." He explained. "We leave first with manager Sejin and we'll send someone else to pick you up once we leave and ARMY and the reporters disperse."

"I'll just take a cab. Wouldn't that be much less suspicious than if you send someone from BigHit?" I suggested at the same time Tae joined us. Seeing us still in the lobby and the fans, he deduced what was happening quickly.

"I don't like leaving you here alone." He said gazing outside thoughtfully. "Yoongi Hyung would have both of our heads if we lost you in the heart of Seoul." He added as and afterthought.

Jimin - who obviously forgot this possibility - shuddered looking at Tae in somewhat panic.

"I wishes he'd just have our head. We'd probably never be heard of again if something happened to you while in our care." He said hugging himself in mock fear. They were joking and not joking about this at the same time.

I just looked from one to the other in amusement. I couldn't help it, they were being funny. Also, I'm not really good at blending myself into conversations, not unless I have something important to say.

"So, no. You can't catch a cab." Tae concluded.

I burst out laughing. I couldn't quite believe that build-up was to tell me something so simple. Instead of just telling me that they couldn't let me catch a cab because Suga with kill them, they went over this in such a round about way.

I guess they were surprised by my reaction because both of them looked at me.

"I'm sorry," I said, trying to stifle my laugher and holding may hand out.

"Well, what shall we do then? Didn't you already say we are pressed for time. Going to BigHit and sending someone to pick me will take a lot of time. Traffic aside, the company isn't exactly close to where we currently are." I asked, thinking this logically.

"We can't take her with us." Jimin told Tae, shaking his head. "Even if Yoongi Hyung doesn't murder us for exposing her to the media, we can't do that to Eun-Ha."

"Impossible." What Tae meant was that he agreed with Jimin, not that Jimin's words were impossible.

"Even if I can't find the way, surely the taxi driver would know where to go if you give me the address." I suggested. "As long as he drops me at the correct place it's fine isn't it?"

It took some convincing, but no other option than me leaving with them made them agree. Only they had me leave the saloon before they did, so Sejin could make sure to give the taxi driver the correct address. They were so worried about me they wouldn't even let me tell the address on my own.

Once a taxi was hailed and I could leave, I gave both Taehyung and Jimin a tight hug and thanks before leaving.

Another fifteen minutes later I found myself standing in front of a theatre with no one I knew in sight. Confused, I asked the driver for the price, but Sejin had already taken care of the fair.

I asked the driver if he was sure this was the place I was asked to be dropped. He said this was the place the man earlier had asked to drop me, so I got down.

It wasn't until after the taxi was gone I remembered my bag was with Tae. And my phone was in it. I mentally cursed myself, crossing my fingers and praying I was where I was supposed to be.

I'm not sure how long I stood their, my anxiety making time spin much slower. It felt like forever before I felt a soft tap on my shoulder.

I turned around to find a masked man towering over me. Yet their was no mistaking those dark eyes, brown hair and fair skin. Even his thin physic and height.

"Kookie!" I cried. Without a second thought I threw myself into his arms.

It didn't matter to me - at that very moment - that I didn't share the same skinship with Jungkook as I did with the others. All I could feel was the relief that I wasn't lost. Sejin had indeed given the taxi driver the correct directions.

He didn't expect me to hug him so suddenly, I could tell by the way his body froze upon contact.

I was past caring as I buried my head in his chest and breathed in his familiar scent. I had been so terrified to be standing their with no phone and no directions on where I was supposed to go.

A moment later, his hand gently wrapped around me. One arm wrapped around my back while the other landed on top of my cap.

"Eun-Ha-ya." He said softly, his voice so low I had to strain my ear to hear him. "What wrong?"

Hearing his voice calmed me down than simply clinging on to him. Smiling I pulled away. Considering our height difference and how close we were standing, I had to tilt my head up to catch his gaze.

I shook my head, saying, "nothing. I just thought I got lost again."

Chuckling, he released me from his hold. Thankfully Tae had thrown in a jacket over my blouse so I wasn't freezing.

Then he did something even more surprising, he took my hand in his, saying, "let's go."

He started walking towards the theatre and I followed, falling into step beside him.

"Where is everyone else?" I asked, looking around. The place was pretty crowded so it was easy that I didn't see them. However Jungkook stopped on his tracks and looked back at me. Not understanding what was going I looked at him in question.

He rubbed the back of his neck, letting go of my hand.

"Ah, didn't Hyung tell you?" He asked me puzzled. Frowning I shook my head. Tae and Jimin had been evasive about what was going on, not once had they mentioned anything. "Ah... well, um - I have no idea what is going on either." He said, looking sheepishly at the ground.

I bit my lip, wondering how he found me then. I got my answer before I could ask.

"Yoongi Hyung gave me two tickets to a movie and asked me to come here. All he told me was that I'd know what was going on when I get here, but..." he trialed off with a shrug. "But now that we both are here, let's go watch." He said, brightening up with the idea.

I still couldn't understand what was happening either, but I didn't have the heart to say no to that look. Technically I didn't want to burst his bubble, so I silently nodded my head.

He beamed at me, before quickly looking around.

"Let's go buy snack." He said pointing at the food court. Without really waiting for my consent he started walking. Laughing to myself - everyone in BTS had an unparallelable love towards food - I rushed after him.

I didn't realise how much he had been slowing down for me earlier when we entered the theatre until I had to almost run to catch up with his long strides.

Between the two of us we brought three large popcorns - I didn't have anything since lunch and I was kinda starving, not to mention Jungkook could eat a lot - and a can of coke each. Then we found our seats and settled in until the movie started.

Since it was so dark inside the theatre, Jungkook took off his mask and tucked it inside his jeans pockets. Their was five minutes before the movie would start. Still standing, I held out my popcorn bucket for Jungkook to hold.

He looked amused, but didn't question me as he took it from me. Smiling, I bent down and took off my shoes. Then stood on the seat and almost lost my balance. Jungkook would have dropped the popcorn to catch me if I hadn't been holding on to his shoulder and I could only laugh at his reaction.

With my legs tucked under me, I finally sat down, making myself right at home.

Still looking amused he handed me back my popcorn.

"Are you sure you're okay?" He whispered when I had settled myself. I looked up, and found his face right in front of mine. We both pulled back slightly, but he kept leaning over to whisper.

"Don't worry. I'm fine. Just lost my balance, but didn't hurt myself." I whispered back. I didn't know why we were whispering, but I'm following his lead. He could have a reason.

Nodding his head, he gulped and sat back.

....

The silence that engulfed us was deafening and I even started on my popcorn while we sat waiting for the movie to start. Jungkook tapped his fingers in tune on the armrest, his gaze travelling all over the room, but never once looking at me.

Feeling the awkwardness seeping in, I looked away from staring at him.

"Eun-Ha." He said suddenly, the moment I looked away. Head snapping in his direction, I know I stared at him with deer-caught-in-headlights wide eyes. "I never told you that you look really beautiful did I?" He asked me out of nowhere.

His question only made my eyes go wider as I gave a quick shake of my head in denial.

He pressed his lips together, gulping. His eyes stared into mine intensely, determination written all over.

"Well, in that case, you look... absolutely beautiful." He stated with a single nod of his head. His eyes continued to stare into mine with determination. But once the the words were out of his lips, his eyes darted away unsurely before he gave me a bunny smile.

I was a complete other story. If my cheeks hadn't been blazing with our close proximity, it sure was now. I had no idea how to reply - he'd taken me by surprise by saying that out of nowhere.

Luckily the fanfare of twentieth century fox saved me from having to think of something to say. He sat back on his seat and turned his attention towards the screen. I stared at him for a beat longer, before turning my own attention to the film.

The choice for the movie was Suga's. Nope, not because he enjoyed animations, rather because he was the only one who knew I did. But he picked something Jungkook would enjoy too.

I know Jungkook enjoyed it because half the time we were double over laughing.

By the end of the movie, I found myself leaning on his arm, my own hands clasping his. This was a problem I had when watching movies. Didn't matter whom I'm sitting next to, I always end up half on top of the person sitting next to me. It's even worse when I watch comedies.

Realising that I was leaning my whole side against his arm, I jerk upright. However he didn't release his own hold of my hand, instead he looked at me questioningly.

Chuckling, I scratched the back of my neck with my free hand.

"Nothing. We should get going." I mumbled, casting a glance around. Everyone had already stood up and was slowly making their way out. Suddenly realising that it was bright enough to see I looked at Jungkook panicked.

"Shouldn't you...?" I questioned, motioning around my mouth and strapping around my ear.

He looked around sitting upright. "I don't think anyone will notice." He said looking disheartened. Not that anyone won't notice him, but because he didn't want to put on his mask.

I chuckled, looking down at him. I had stood up while he was looking around the theatre.

"Jungkook... ssi. You're way too famous for anyone not to notice you. Their could be ARMY's right here for all we know." I told him.

Yes, I still found it weird to address him without honorifics. Everyone else I called Oppa - they didn't mind - but Jungkook hated to be called Oppa, so I didn't know how to address him.

He tilted his head to the side as he looked at me.

"Why do you keep calling me Jungkookssi? You call the rest of my members without using honorifics." He asked.

It was an innocent question, yet it still had my cheeks flaming red. It sounded rude to tell him that it was weird to address him - at least to his face - without it, because we weren't as close as I was was with the rest of his members.

"I call them Oppa." I pointed out, dropping my gaze to my feet. "And you don't like to be called Oppa."

We both fell silent after my words. I was too scared to look at him, so I stared at the ground.

A moment later he stood up and turned so he directly faced me. Not expecting him to stand up all of a sudden, I looked up. Only come face-to-face with him.

"Call me Kookie. I have told you this before." He said, his voice was so soft that he bent closer to say it. It was when he gave a gentle squeeze to the hand he was holding I realised he was well aware that he was holding it.

"K- Kookie." I stuttered out, my face heating more than it already was as the word left my lips. I quickly looked away, feeling too embarrassed, our close proximity was not helping. Jungkook smiled widely, like he had won a gold medal before straightening up.

Letting go of my hand, he pulled out his mask and smoothed it over before putting it on.

Casting a look around, we were the last stranglers left in the theatre. If we don't leave soon, we were going to get kicked out. I turned to Jungkook, opening my mouth to say this. I never got the chance to.

I forgot what I was even going to say, because the moment I turned to him, he grabbed my hand again. He didn't meet my eyes, instead he murmured, "we should go."

Dumbly - still in shock that he had knowingly taken my hand (then gotten embarrassed over it) - I nodded my head. I'm not sure if my mouth was hanging open or not, but he didn't look before starting to walk out.
