Damnn it's been one month but we're already in 2021 XD

"Oi Usuratonkachi." It seemed familiar.

"Naruto!" Was that Sakura-chan's voice? It seems so young though.

"What if he already lost his spring time of youth?!" a voice exclaimed, sounding troubled about something.

"Don't be so cryptic Lee." a deep voice sighed.

"I-I hope Naruto-kun is fine." Another one, full of worry.

"Don't worry Hinata, Naruto is the type to bounce back right after a fall." a sixth voice exclaimed, assuring the fifth.

"Maybe we're in the wrong place. Why? Because w-"

"He's waking up guys look!!" the voice cut of the first. 

Naruto slowly opened his eyes, flinching at the initial brightness. He hissed, blocking his eyes with his hands before he slowly got up from the ground, still sitting on it. He blinked once. 

Was he hallucinating now?

Why was he seeing very young children who looked like the exact copy of his dead friends? Was this supposed to be a dream? If so then they've got their age very very wrong.

"You guys..."

The disk reversed.

"Wait wait wait- is this a dream? I dunno why but I feel smaller."

"That's cuz you are!"

Naruto's senses seemed to be working much better than before.

"Kiba." he muttered, looking up from the ground he was facing. And surprisingly, he did see his face. Startled by the way he looked, he gasped a bit, backing away on reflex but he bumped into another person.

The blond slowly looked up to see pale eyes, staring at him.

"Neiji?!"

Neiji's face broke into a soft smile.

"I see that you're faring well, Naruto?"

Naruto got up and dusted his clothes, not realizing that he was wearing his old orange jumper suit and headband he thought he lost a long time ago.

"All you guys are here." he said in disbelief. His teammates, team 8, team 9 and team 10 and surprisingly, Sai as well.

"Yep though Shikamaru is still thinking of a plan." Choji piped up, jabbing a thumb behind them to see the young Nara on his knees with his hands joined together to form an 'O' shape.

"We thought that this would be the best way to communicate with you but problem is that we can only do this once." Ino explained.

The pink haired girl nodded. "Yeah. So welcome to the road of life!"

"Eh? Am I dead?"

Kiba shook his head. "Not on our watch."

"But Kakashi-sensei? Wasn't he always getting lost on the road of life?" Naruto asked sarcastically, causing Team 7 to laugh, getting the joke. After all, it was their own sensei they were talking about.

"Heyyy what are you laughing about?" Kiba asked, confused, with Akamaru barking after him.

Sasukra wiped a tear. "Never mind Kiba, anyway," She paused. "Uhhh Shikamaru isn't it your cue?"

All the attention turned to the black haired behind them who had no clue as to what was happening.

Shikamaru could feel gazes on his back, sending shivers down his spine. Deciding that he could not focus anymore, he turned around only to be met with 12 pairs eyes.

"Oi oi come on now I'm not getting into anything troublesome am I?"

Teruya woke up, shielding his eyes from the sudden increase in brightness. What time was it?

"Ah Teruya-san, you've woken up."

Dad?

He rubbed his eyes and opened them once again to see his father and another person he didn't think he'd see.

Ero-senin

The fuck was he doing here?

Minato turned around. "Is there anything Teruya-san?"

The white haired man bought a finger over his lips and winked at the blond. Teruya's face scrunched in disgust. Sure, he was seeing his dead master after a long time, but having an old, white haired man winking at you was just...

Creepy

Teruya slowly looked away from the wall and turned to the man infront of him, who seemed to be a bit close for comfort. Teruya couldn't handle having people too close too him. It just made him feel small and useless.

Minato recognizing the teen's stress moved away in the guise of bringing a cup of water for him.

"You fainted. It's been 1 day."

Teruya choked on the water he was drinking.

"One whole day?!"

The future Fourth patted him on the back, trying to cease the coughing. "You should calm down. It's a good thing you woke up today though. The nurses did say that you would be up and about after a few hours."

"Is that so..."

Teruya gave the man an apologetic smile. "I'm sorry I keep getting caught fainting by you guys and it's kinda embarrassing'dattebayo."

"No no it's alright Teruya-san, though it is a bit worrying that you fainted. The doctor said you fainted due to exhaustion." the blond said. "Maybe I should file in a report to reduce the maximum amount of missions per day." he mumbled, taking the cup from the teen on the bed.

The Jinchuriki stared at the ground, blocking off everything around him.

"As expected of Shikmaru, you've always got a plan huh?" Naruto said, a feeling of nostalgia washed over his body. The Nara gave him a knowing look.

"What more do you expect from me?"

Naruto sweatdropped.

"Nevermind. So what were you going to say?" the blond asked, skillfully changing the topic.

"First and foremost, you should take care of Jiraiya's students."

"Huh? Ero-senin's students?" Naruto gave him a confused look. Wasn't he the only student Ero-senin had?

Naruto was still not getting it-

His eyes widened in realization. "Oh yeahh!!! I remember!" he exclaimed, memories of a certain read haired man flashing through his mind.

The Nara sighed of relief before continuing.

"The Akastuki was formed due to the events from Amegakure so if you just get rid of Hanzo and catch Danzo red-handed, you've got 2 birds with one stone."

Teruya sighed, confusing the other blond in the room.

 What if he asked the Sandaime for a mission in Amegakure? And what if he took Jiraiya with him? Although Jiraiya was a very perceptive man, if he just kept quiet, then things would work out right?

"...so don't do that Naruto. You're a terrible actor so if you let it slip, he'll catch on." Naruto just nodded his head.

'I can't do that...Then do I ask Team 7 to come with me?'

The young man glanced at his young father who was unaware of the plans the Uzumaki had in store for him.

'Though the team needs to work on teamwork a bit.' he thought silently, chuckling a bit.

Gosh the memories were flooding in.

Naruto and Sasuke would fight all day, Sakura would end up hitting them both while Kakashi-sensei would giggle reading his novel.

Ahhh, those were the days.

But those days were long gone. 

With eyes filled to the brim with determination, Teruya pulled the blanket off of him and stood up straight, popping some bones in the process.

He had to up his game.

But fortunately for a certain white haired man in the room, the whiskered teen forgot all about him.

"A team dinner? But I've only joined recently." 

Teruya was flustered by the offer. A team dinner? When was the last time he had one with his friends?

       The Uchiha flashed a grin. "Yep. There's a special someone coming as well!" Obito said excitedly, not taking his eyes of the new set of kunai he had received from the old lady he helped everyday.

"So are we training today?" the time-traveler asked, relaxing his shoulders. War was war but sometimes, you just gotta relax. And that's exactly what he was going to do today.

"...so could you please stop!" a certain blond screamed, trying to run away from the fireballs being hurled at him.

"I'm sorry kid but I can't." a deep voice replied, sending another wave of fireballs. Teruya glanced to his side, flinching when making eye contact with his pursuer.

 Jiraiya

Teruya was still scared to meet him. He wasn't ready to meet the Sannin. Not after what happened.

Dammit, this is not going well.

Teruya wished he could immediately go to sage mode. But what could he do with a freaking Sannin?! The blond met with the Sage in his hospital bedroom but it slipped his mind. Talk about karma.

'I didn't think our reunion would be this bad.' the blond though, summoning some more shadow clones to his aid. 

Jiraiya was honestly astounded with the amount of shadow clones the teen was making. Even he himself wouldn't have been able to make this much in one go. But he's never tried has he?

'Seems like ninjutsu isn't gonna work with this kid.' the Sannin though to himself before he stopped himself from making the seals. 

'I should get closer.'

With one swift move, he was already beside the ninja.

"Yo."

Teruya shreiked.

And he slapped the man on instinct.

His eyes widened.

"Shit."

Okay ya'll so I'm TOTALLY hyped for the Boruto chapter release. I already read it too soon. You know I actually have a theory that maye Momoshiki gets resurrected or something and places a seal on Kawaki. And then it just goes on. It doesn't really the Karma Boruto had in da beginning but damnnnnn. The hype is REAL.

The next chapter is only gonna come out on 20th January which is so LONG!!

I'm literally crying now ;-;

Also I'm watching Demon Slayer (da movie) and it's fricking AWESOME!!
