I heard a crash on the ground and laughter. I was sitting on the chair Eli bought Ella

when I bought them their flat. It was made of brown leather. My head started to feel intense pain. I remembered taking a bat to the side of head and a punch from Christina. I noticed everyone in the room staring at me.

"What's up, guys?" I asked in a worried tone.

"Ryan, what on Earth happened?" Eli asked.

"Well, we were at the party I was telling you about. Some guy drugged Christina and seemed to be doing something to her. I had hit him across the face. He whacked me in the head with a baseball bat. And I had slashed him in the arm. Then Christina hit me, I can't say much of what happened after that."

"Jesus, Ryan! next time, dodge the bat," He said with a bit of laughter in his tone.

"Well, you seem to be fine. Do you have a headache or anything?" Ella asked. She had majored in something medical, so she had kind of become our doctor.

"I have a small headache, but nothing serious."

"Just take it easy for the next few days, okay?"

"Yeah," I replied, rubbing the back of my head.

Christina walked over to me, gave me a hug, and whispered into my ear, "Moop, don't be so dumb."

A few hours later, Eli and I sat outside on his balcony.

"So, I got you the thing you asked for..." I pulled a black box out of my pocket.

"Oh my God... It's beautiful... Thank you... " He said as he opened the box.

"I hope you two will live happily together." I also handed him 10,000 dollars. I had a rich family, and my parents had passed away in a accident a few years ago, so I inherited all of their money.

"This is for your honeymoon," I said.

"Just... We have been dating for 7 years now, and we have know each other for so long. I'm 28, and she is 27... I just think this is the right time....I truly love her with all of my heart."

"Yeah, I know man. You two are the perfect couple."

I looked up at him and saw his teary eyes. I gave him a hug. Since grade 6, we had practically been brothers. I would do pretty much anything for him, Ella, and Christina. I have spent about 300,000 dollars on him and Ella. Eli went inside to go snuggle with Ella. It was around 1 AM. I hopped into bed with Christina, and wrapped my arm around her. I pressed my forehead against hers, and fell asleep.
