So basically I think I'm dying every time I try to sleep I stop breathing

like I just stop breathing idk why tho and then I wake up and the same thing happens I cant fucking control it and it's so annoying I'm trying so hard to sleep and it's just not working I really dont know what to do I think I'm going to tell my mom about it bc shes a nurse and I hope she will know why my body is unintentionally trying to commit suicide I just hope it's nothing too serious bc it's an issue that i dont think I'm able to live with i really hope it's not a disease or something I'm honestly terrified:,(
