After the short event happen this morning, Marcus hop onto the cart where I knock that midget to the ground performing an open head surgery along with Lisa like it was nothing. Most of the other adventure are keeping their distance while trying to look away. Should I feel sorry for him? ...Na he did kind of deserves it for being an ass. After when both Lisa and Marcus were done healing the idiot, Marcus sat next to Justino on the passenger side writing in his "learning new language" book while Lisa was just chilling across from me reading an actual book. The title of the book is called "Forbidden Love by Sevntda". The book in question look nothing special it has a leather cover with black text and a black nearly broken heart that two birds are fighting for it. Lisa saw me looking at the book with a questionable look. Knowing her, I took a guess. I close my finger and thumb while inserting my other index finger into the hole. She just smirk while nodding her head. I fucken knew it. I gave a quick shrug and just relaxed on this bench while listening to Jackie talking about how she can shoot a squirrel in the eye while blindfolded.

"Then my brain told me take a shot when my world was in complete darkness. So, I was like 'oK i trUSt YoU inNEr mE.'" She then began to pull back an imaginary bow while aiming down its sights. "BAM just like that it fell silent for eternity."

"Thats aws-" I tried to talk before she cut me off again

"If it wasn't for me, you wouldn't be here right now so... you're welcome." Said Jackie as she has both her hands on her hips while puffing out her chest full of confidence and poise.

I turned my head to her companion Lyinx who just gave me a defeated shrug. "Umm thank you Jackie for saving my life from the squirrel before I was even born?" Or even in this world from the beginning, but I can't complaint I kind of like this new experience.

As time ticks forward and the sound of birds and adventures talking in the distance, the realization hit me harder than a pistol whip to the nuts by a transgender bodybuilder. The ride is slow and were not supposed to get there anytime soon. So, I decided to power nap this through as I reach into my inventory and pulled out a potion that I use to catch mobs easier which according to the description, should be able to knock out even the toughest of foes. I uncork the cap and whiff the contexts in it, and I knew immediately what it was.

I just look at Jackie then to the bottle then to her again and I had an idea that could get me in trouble, but I'll deal with it later. " This here? You want some?" "Umm Jackie, I don't thi..." His words were ignored when Jackie took a quick swig and immediately ragdoll to the ground. He was able to catch Jackie while I was able to catch the drink before they both hit the ground. "OH MY LORD?!?!...WHAT ON PEGASUS WINGS IS IN THAT DRINK?!?!" He set her on the bench after checking she was alive, he look at me in shock "Hey umm let's put the drink down and maybe talk for a bit?" I gave a quick chuckle and drink the entire container. Soon enough a countdown timer appears in from of me

Lisa POV

After when Zack pass out, I put my feet up on his back while both Justino and the armor dude were looking at me. "Don't worry he's fine just sleeping" Justino was worry but he was the one driving so he just focuses on the road while the armor dude was still looking at me "What... something on my face?"

" N-no... I- I just wondering... how are you reading u-um...bandage around your eyes? " I can tell he was trying to find the right words that will not offend me about my blindness while trying to get his point across. Honestly, it doesn't affect me personally, but people with foggy eyes are blind in nature though it's rare to find someone blind.

"...Good question" I then turn the page and continue reading. I can tell that he was waiting for an answer. After a few minutes he just gave up and continue doing his own thing while taking care of racoon girl.

The sun was beginning to set so we have to stop the trip and set up camp for the night. I was sitting on the ground by the makeshift fire Marcus made While Zack is face down on the ground while everyone was setting up camp. The armor dude left the racoon dog with me while he set up both his and her tents. After he left, I started touching her ears just for the hell of it. Marcus was doing the same thing and writing something in his book. About ten minutes later, the racoon started to wake up and stretch while looking around.

"Boy that was an amazing nap, what did I miss?" she said as she was stretching. It must be one amazing nap if I can hear her bones pop.

"Camp. " Marcus said it bluntly and she just laughed.

"Pff- I didn't know you have a sense of humor but what are we doing?" Marcus just continue writing in his book and I pointed to everyone in the camp that were finish setting up or almost done setting up and she just seems really confused. Soon after, Zack was starting to get up and beginning to stretch.

"Good mor-" he was immediately cutoff by Jackie grabbing both of his shoulder and shacking him back and forth while crying uncontrollably.

"What did you do to me?!?! What was in that drink?!?!"

" Unhand me crazy women I didn't do anything, you choose to drink it. " Soon enough, both armor dude and Justino rush towards us.

"Even after everything that happen today, you are still causing trouble John."

Zack just turn his head towards them with a confused look "One I didn't do anything I just woke up and Two who da hell is John? You know what... Imma going to go get some food I'll be back."

"Don't walk away John we still got to set up camp." Justino was basically shouting at Zack until he was out of sight. I can tell that he was a bit disappointed but then he smiled again and turn to me. " How about I teach you and Alex on how to set up camp. Come on."

"You can call me Lisa and ok." I didn't want to take the risk of getting a new name by him, so I told him my real name. "Also, my brother name is Marcus and the one that walk away is Zack so...yea" I can tell he was really confused but just accepted what happen.

After when we finished setting up our tent. A single tent was a place where Zack, Marcus, and I supposedly sleep together, Justino set up his tent next to ours. I didn't think much of it besides he was being overprotective. I don't blame him he thinks I'm blind, Marcus is sick or something since he is always wearing the same plague doctor outfit and Zack showing him battle scars. It also didn't help that we all showed a bit of murderous intent. Zack almost killing a guy... ok we all almost killed someone... I hope it doesn't affect our reputation with the guild members. Anyway, Justino was trying to set up a fire near our tent while everyone else was either doing the same or cooking something to eat. I just raise my index finger and a fire appears. I simply toss it and we got our campfire running

"Hey Lisa, be careful you almost burn me."

"Sorry" Yeah, I should have told him but I'm just lazy. Soon after I got a message from the game group chat.

I quickly look up at Marcus and we both made eye contact. He didn't say anything, but I know what he was thinking, and I don't like were this is going. suddenly we were interrupted by Justino handing Marcus and I stew that he made. The stew was nothing just salted water with dry meat bits and a bread. I decided to give it a shot and took a big spoon full of it.

Worst. Idea. Ever.

This is the worst shit that I ever tasted. How is that even possible. I looked over to Marcus and I see him absolutely enjoying the soup. "How are you even enjoying the food its terrible." I whisper it too him hoping that Justino doesn't hear us.

"Trust me compare to your cooking, this is a masterpiece." He said in a whisper tone while taking a bite out of his bread from a unhook lower beak bird mask

"My cooking is not that bad." Marcus then looked at me, put the bowl of soup to his lips, then made a loud slurping noise, remove the bowl from his lips and began to smack his lips all while not leaving eye contact. "Fuck you." I looked over to were Justino is and when he is not looking, I threw the contents behind my back while holding the bowl. He quickly turned around only to see me picking my teeth with my nails. God, I hope the goblin meat tastes better.

Zack POV

As I was walking back, I found some herbs so I pluck some so that Marcus could use this for something. As I was walking into came some of the adventures were eyeing me as usual then one actually talks to me

"Umm what you got there?"

I looked down on my hand then back to the adventure "some herbs."

Then a different adventure butted in "I think he means on your weapon."

I took a quick glance and began to understand what they were talking about. A little green goblin that was griping the handle, so he doesn't slide while impale and still holding onto an inch of its life. I looked back to the adventures again "Dinner." And walked back to my campsite.

When I got there, I saw both Lisa and Marcus relaxing by a tree.

"Hey your back ho-"

"Don't ask" I walk towards the fire and began prepping. I finally put down the poor goblin and rearranged his body so that his body is in the middle of my weapon, remove the organs and douse the body in water. I toss Lisa two logs she looked at me confused until she knew what I was getting at. She used wind magic to cut two slits on each log so my halberd could be rest upon them over the fire. After some time, I finally set up the meal and all we have to do is wait. Granted that it is just a goblin on my halberd with an apple on its mouth.

Sometime later, the meat is finally cooked. Just in time too because Justino came back holding a pot and he look horrified.

"What...is...that?!?!" was all Justino said while holding a pot

"...Dinner." I said while holding a knife and turning my halberd clockwise making sure that all sides are cooked.

" Wa-NO!!! Look here have some soup" he gave everyone a wooden bowl and pour some soup from the pot. I looked at the contents then back to Justino then to both Lisa and Marcus. Lisa was giving the 'You will die if you drink that' while Marcus was giving me the 'Don't listen to her, she just picky' look. After weighting my options, I took a sip of the stew and it was not that bad. Its taste a bit salty, but overall, not bad. While I was eating my soup, Justino just pick up my halberd from one end, while Lyinx got another end

"Hey, what are you doing with that?" I ask bit irritated that they touch my weapon.

"We're getting rid of it so the wolves don't attack us." Lyinx said while gesturing Justino to back him up.

"Don't worry, you can get it back in the morning after we clean it." Then they both just hurried of into the woods before I could ask any more questions. It was kind of disrespectful, but nothing new.

"Well, I'm going to sleep, good night." As I walking to a nearby tree, I remember that I was supposed to give Marcus something. "Oh right, here Marcus." I gave Marcus the plant then he began inspecting it by turning it around a few times then he gave it to Lisa.

"Here its food." Lisa took the plant then began inspecting it.

"Are you sure?" Lisa asked in a nerves tone.

"Yes." Marcus respond in a tone that is devoid of life.

Lisa then began devouring it. It was kind of weird that we don't even need to eat to live. Eating just gives benefit like extra damage, speed, HP, or something of the likes. we all tried it for three days and nothing bad happen to us. I just guess that its instinct for humans to eat. The more I think about it, the more I feel like that we are striving away from our humanity, but that's just what the new life that it has given us. I walk to a tree that both Lisa and Marcus are at then began to drift into sweet slumber.

"C'mon get up"

When I open my eyes, I was meet with Lisa reeling her fist back about to punch my face. "AAAAHHHH what the hell?!?!" I said with clear frustration in my voice

"Finally, get up were leaving soon." I look around and sure enough, everyone is packing up their stuff and cleaning up the campsite. Some were tacking their sweet time while others were trying to get it done as quick as possible. Soon enough, they began talking to each other about random topic. What caught my attention is that they form in a circle like a group. I guess there are alliance in the guild is a thing and it that made them act this way. I then see Jackie and she looks like she has seen hell. The hair on her body is unkept and out of line, her eyes are about to close on itself, she is slouch like she is trying to touch her toes, dirt all over her clothing, and she looks like she is ready to throw up. Overall, she is not a night person. She then looks at me and narrow her eyes and leaking murderous intent. What the hell did I do?

Lyinx then began motioning Jackie to calm down and get in the wagon. she then looked at Lynix, he slowly back away, then out of nowhere, she drops onto the floor like sack of potatoes. I was confused at the sight of what just happen. Lynix just sigh then carry Jackie in his arms since his pink armor has sharp spikes over it. Still kind of jealous of that armor.

Nothing interesting has happen over the course of the quest, just some conversation her and there between Justino and Lynix. Supposedly, many people have begun to ignore us since we kind of have a bad reputation with members of our guild about nearly killing three people while many people kept a close eye on me since I nearly killed the dwarf and nearly cut off his beard. Speaking of which, He woke up and began lecturing to Justino ever since then. Justino just told him to calm down a few times but he still argues about this. Something about us being agents of the demon army or something stereotypical. Marcus and Lisa were doing their own things.

I was soon brought out of my thoughts when we see a fortress in the distance...on fire. "Would you look at that, it's on fire." I said in a most sarcastic tone.
