The Expected and Unexpected Events.

Marcus POV

About a week have passed by since I cure the mother of the illnesses that she should not be alive today. Anyway, since the afternoon that we all left to do our business, the quest have shown up to be completed. I still have my doubts and have check up on the wife condition every day, before Justino force us to sleep. After this event transpire many people including some people in the guild have begun to ask us to heal them or people who are close to them. I do not mind that and I been going to their house along with Justino. Many of the people that they know have the common cold and I just gave them medicine from my inventory not to cure it but to help the body gain immunity to it in the future, while others have a broken or dislocated body part. Some I pop it back into place while others require stitches and bandages. As for how I know his name, Both Justino and Miya have been teaching me how to read and write while Zack is away collecting money for our rent at the inn. As for Lisa, she just was being my translator there were sometimes when Lisa went to do something, and I was left alone but I grown accustomed to it. As for our base, I have program two drones to start repairs while we are doing something in this world. They have made some progress, but work is still needed to be done until then.

Justino: now spell WA-TER

Marcus: *write* WAT*R

Justino: you .... had it just ... change this letter ....

I have made a mistake and Justino took the pen from the counter and began to correct my mistake.

Justino: SEE Just ... and ... and you will ...it in no ...

Some of the words is lost due to translation but I can fill in the gap of what he is trying to say. Learning a new language is harder then expected.

The next moment I see Zack enter the guild building with a small and bloody bag. He walks up to the desk to turn in the quest. The receptionist was a human girl who hardly ever show up in the guild hall. Zack handed her the quest and the content in the bag. She gave Zack the money which allow us to sleep tonight and walk towards me

So how learning a different language going?

Zack POV

After the conversation the three of us had, Marcus and I stood up and walk towards the door. Many of the adventure saw us and immediately back away giving us a clear path. After the fight we had, the guild changes some of the rules by adding "DO Not harassing any new members" and "The guild have the right to interfere with any adventure conflict". I don't know why but I think they want to make sure we don't give the guild a bad name and someone dying in their building. Its funny that some of the guild members already gave us nicknames. Marcus is called "Silent Raven" they called me "Broken" And Lisa is called "Burial" the names are stupid, yet I like them it has a catch to them. As well with the name they are spreading rumors about me saying "I hate all race except humans" or something like that because of how I treat Illeana. Quickly some are debunked with how I interact with Miya. And a new conclusion came to be that I hate the Elven race in general. Again, it was debunked when I bump into a dark elf which in turn drop her bow and dagger to the ground. Her face was frozen in fear, maybe the though that she was going to end up like the idiot in the fight. I pick up her weapon and apologize and continue to do some quest to earn money. A new theory they arrived is that I hate wood elf's or Illeana for some reason. Others believe that Illeana have said something to me which cause me to focus my anger towards her. Not only the adventure believes that but some of the other receptionist ask Illeana about it.

As we headed towards the door, Justino ran towards us and open the door for us.

Justino: Where are we going?

Zack: Inn

Justino: Oh, what a coincident, I'm on my way over there as well

Now that's a lie and you know it.

He can't lie for anything, but he does have a good reason for going with us as well. Ever since we healed the wife, we became famous around the town calling us the "Heavens Healers" and often ask us to heal somebody. With fame comes misfortune as Marcus Lisa and I almost got kidnap by some common street thug. Luckily for them, Justino knock them out and took us to the inn and went outside to report them to the city guard. Ever since then, Justino followed us in the city and became our privet escort.

When we reach the inn, we already seen the usual customers as well as our usual waiter sass.

Sasha: WELL LOOK WHOS HERE.

ZACK: HELLO STRONG LADY

Sasha: Heh save some of the sweet talk for someone your age. Anyway, you want the usual?

Zack: Yes.

Justino: YES WHAT?

Zack: Hmm?

Sasha: Still trying to teach him common sense? He'll get it one day but for now just sit at your usual table. Ill bring the food soon.

As Sasha went to the back of the kitchen, we can see the wife is cooking food along with the older son who is trying to keep up the pace of his mother. When we sat Justino was giving me the look of anger.

Justino: You know, it will be nice that you be a bit nicer.

Zack: Showing kindness is the same as showing weakness.

Justino: But its rude. Most people in the guild are afraid of you three. Just show a bit more kindness and who knows, you might make a new friend

Just then Sass arrived with our food.

Sasha: Here yawl foods.

Lisa: Thank you

Sasha: you know they usual just holler. CALM DOWN OR I'LL WATER-DOWN YOUR ALE RA'TASH

After yelling at a customer, Sass left and the four of us ate our food and after Marcus check the wife to make sure she was healthy, Justino lead us to our room and we fell asleep for the next day.

When the sun rise, we began to do our usual routine and when the three of us went to the guild and Majority of the guild members and staff were looking at us but not in fear but with concern and Miya walk towards us with such haste.

Miya: Good you're here. Now follow me but be quiet.

Zack: why?

Miya: just listen to me OK. We need to move now.

Miya lead us to empty spare room for guild staff to sleep in that have only a bed and a desk with papers and pens.

Miya: Please don't make a noise for now. Just stay quiet and don't come out.

I don't like the situation that happen but the three of us trust Miya enough, so we just sat in the empty room and waited in absolute silent. Then we hear the commotion in the main area of the guild. Mostly some yelling and some trash talk. Until something caught both mine and Lisa ears. It appears that a female voice and a male voice are exchanging words.

???: Look, the kids aren't here so just go somewhere else.

???: I'm not stupid you lesser human abominations I know they are here.

???: Say that again to my face and Ill make sure that the gods don't even recognized you.

Then the entire guild erupts into a frenzy and rage. As both Lisa and I were waiting for the chaos, we hear a familiar voice.

Ohin: Everybody calm down, you stop harassing the guild.

???: Guild Master is this the warm welcome that you treat us? We have a meeting to discuss.

Time pass by and we both were waiting for something to happen until Justino open the door and Miya was beside him.

Justino: Come over here we have a meeting with some very important people and please be on your best behavior.

I can tell that he is not in his usual mood. As we left the room, many of the members are looking at us with the same expression. As we lead up the stair, Justino nodded to Miya to please leave. As we reach the guild master door, Justino hesitated on opening it until we hear the guild master telling him to come inside. As Justino open the door, we can see a young woman who is sitting on the couch across from the guild master who is wearing a mixer of black and white priest outfit. She is holding a small white book with the church symbol on it. behind the couch we see a cranky old bald dude. He is wearing heavy metal armor and holding a mace with his left hand and a cross around his neck the armor has special engraving and dents all over it. And at the vary back of the room we see an angle...AN ANGLE.

YOU GUYS ARE SEEING THIS??? AN ANGLE!!!

Yes, I required samples of his blood and maybe his feather as well.

Calm down guys, were being watch.

As Marcus and I regain our composure, the guild master gave us the hand signal to sit down next to him. Soon after Justino stand behind the couch and silent was all it could be heard until the women began to speak.

Ashlyn: Hello my name is Ashlyn. It's a pleasure to meet you everybody. I'm sorry for the problem that Gilbert has cause. I hope it doesn't affect the relationship between us. Time is very short so I would like to make this meeting quick as possible. I would like for the kid wearing the bird mask and the girl to come with us to the church.

Hello everyone, sorry if this chapter took a while. Or at least I hope you wounder why it took a while. Sadly my computer wasn't working properly and I have to buy a new one so please I am sorry for the inconvenience that it happen. No I'm not giving up the story yet so don't worry.
