(He ISN'T a villain in this au)
(Izuku's POV and after school)

As soon as I got through the door my 'dad' punched me in the gut and I fell to the floor looking up at him. He only smirked and started kicking me and punching me; eventually he stopped and shooed me away like he always does.

Once I got to my room I put my bag down next to my desk and went to the bathroom. Once inside I opened a drawer and pulled out my blade, cutting five times like yesterday night but this time it didn't take away anything.

:Hey, you know you should just jump off that building you were on earlier:

I looked up in surprise to hear a voice, I saw a shadow figure and I asked, "Who are you?" The shadow then responded, :I'm you but happier if you do what I say I'll make you happier too: I looked over at it knowing it's not real but it felt so real. I washed my cut and put the wound tape on.

From then on it followed me around telling me to jump and that it would 'make me happier'. I didn't want to believe it but part of me did, I then decided that I would go out to the building to see what it says. When I got there it was dawn and the shadow whispered in my ear, :Hey if you jump Kacchan will be happy don't you want your friend to be happy?:

(Aizawa's POV)

As I'm on my patrol, I see my problem child sitting on top of a building. 'Why is he always up there?' It took me a minute but I scaled the building and asked him, "Hey problem child, what are you doing up here?" He said, "I'm doing an experiment, that's all it worked."

I looked at him but he didn't say anything else, just walked away going down the building from the inside instead of climbing down. I quickly grabbed his arm saying, "Hey problem child, wait what do you mean by tha-," I noticed he flinched away and I stopped speaking.

(Izuku's POV)

He grabbed my arm and I quickly flinched, he stopped mid sentence and looked at me then my arm, I quickly took my arm out of his grasp and said, "Don't touch me."

He looked up at me, then asked the question again, blocking the stairway down the building. I looked at him then said, "It's none of your goddamn business hero," he then looked at me with a shocked expression on his face as if he remembered something he rather not have.

(Aizawa's POV)

When he said that I instantly remembered where I saw him before I said, "You're the kid who was in the alley crying for help six years ago."

He looked at me horrified like he wished I never remembered. I took a step forward and said, "Your father was hitting you."

(Izuku's POV)

Then he said, "Where is your father?" I then said, "He's a-at home," I was slightly scared because my 'dad' is probably going to kill me for telling a hero. I decided to try scaling down the building instead but he grabbed me with his scarf asking me, "Is he still doing that to you?" I didn't say anything but I shook my head no.

He asked again about the experiment I sighed the started explaining, "Ok, so I was in the bathroom and all of a sudden I hear a voice telling me to do something, I looked up from washing my hands and saw a shadow figure I knew that it wasn't real but I came up here to see what it would say."

He asked me what it said, I told him, "It told me to jump off the roof of the building cause it would make Kacchan happy saying that I want Kacchan to be happy which I do but I know he won't be happy if he found out it's partially his fault."

I stopped feeling tears swell up in my eyes before continuing, "I mean Kacchan told me to 'take a swan dive off the roof and hope for a quirk in my next life' at our old school but I think he just says that to be mean he doesn't actually mean it."

(Aizawa's POV)

I looked at him wondering if he was really okay. I let him go and he walked away I'm guessing home.

I didn't trust him, so I followed him home 'Man I'm such a stalker right now, but I need to know if he was lying or not. At least he's cute- WAIT WHAT, stop thinking that way Aizawa, he is your student!'

(Izuku's POV)

I walked home after Mr. Aizawa let me go. I felt like someone was following me but I couldn't care less. Plus I just thought maybe it was toga or Dabi coming to bring me home from being out too long.

(A/n: Ok so he doesn't mind the villain league he thinks they are ok but he hates his father for trying to force him to be a villain so Izuku thinks they're pretty cool and they were friendly to him)

Once I got home I went through my window to get into the house in the doorway of my room was my 'father'. He came up to me but he didn't say anything, I quietly told him, "D-dad umm someone r-recognized me..." He looked at me quizzically and asked, "What do you mean by that?"I contemplated all my life decisions but I responded, "S-someone knows about you hurting me."

He looked at me in realization and yelled, "WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO. YOU BRAT! WHO IS THIS SOMEONE?!" I winced at his loudness and then said, "I-it's e-Erasehead remember w-when he t-tired to save me six years a-ago." He started hitting me until he heard a loud crack and then he walked away, happy with his decision.

I quickly got some of my wound tape from the bathroom and took off my hoodie and revealed all the bruises and cuts I had. I patched myself up then laid in bed with no shirt on and fell asleep.

(Aizawa's POV)

I looked horrified at the actions I saw and he ended up taking his shirt off. I just looked and stared at all his bruises and cuts. He quickly got up and went to the bathroom once out again he had some wound tape and put it on his cuts.

It looked like he's done it enough times to be a pro at treating his own wounds. I thought, 'Well why did he lie there's no reason to.' I looked over at his arms and he also had bandages on them to 'He said he didn't have a quirk and he was super fast and strong so their probably from training with that man'
