The duo got down from the hospital and sat in there car . Varun kept glaring at Sanjana while , Sanjana looked at him with puppy eyes.

Sanjana : Varun pesunga , please !

Varun : Ennaya patha unnaku joker mari iruku la ? He told with a glower

Sanjana : Varuneyy apdi moraikadha , Doctor enna sonnaga rendu papa kum namma enna ellam pesuromo adhu kekum nu solluranga , please namma sanda pota adhu avanga kepanga . She told with blinking her eyes.

Varun was just pulling her legs since she extracted her revenge on him . He kept fake glaring at her while driving the car.

Sanjana : Varun enna parunga !

Varun looked at her and there she winked at him and gave him a kiss and that was all that was needed to calm him down.

Varun : Car ota modhu panra velaya paru , ippudi edhavudhu panni convince panniru ennaya.

All that Sanjana did was to giggle out loud .

Sanjana kept her hand on her grown belly and continued " kutty ma ! Unga dada seriyana manga " only to get a glower from Varun

Varun : En solla mata nalla sollu , unnaku iruku veetuku ponna odana.
The duo reached the home and Aadi began laughing hearing the scenario that happened in the hospital . Aadi later reminded him that they had to accompany the family for Kavin and Aditi's marriage purchase.

Sanjana's family reached PSR silks for purchasing the dresses , on the other hand  Varun held her hands carefully while Sanjana walked keeping her another hand on the baby bump.

The entire family surrounded Sanjana and questioned about her wellbeing and soon drifted to start the purchase , while Varun noticed Sanjana's face and understood that she was dead tired

Sanjana : Ennala mudiyala na inga iruken neenga poi vaangitu vanga ! She told as she sat down on the chair there

Varun : Idhuku dhan na appave sonnen , namma veetla irukalam nu ketiya ?

Sanjana : Tape recorder arambikama poi select pannitu vanga. She told as she pushed him

However Varun went for selecting the dresses he had his eyes always fixed on his wife who looked like a pregnant penguin

The entire cousin gang surrounded her instead of doing there purchase and heard her tell about the hospital experience making everyone burst into laughters.

They all dispersed when the elders were super annoyed that they havent finished  there shopping. As a chance Varun took Sanjana along with him .

Sanjana : Idhu lam ippa ve trial pannanuma ?

Varun : Potu paru ma , edhavudhu onnu select pannikalam. Na veliya ve nikuren nee ulla poi matitu sollu. He told as he nudged her to walk into the trial room

Sanjana tried wearing most of them , but she felt insecure seeing herself on the mirror , though she glowed her body has gained huge weight and none of them began fitting her .

Varun : Ma muduchutiya ?

Sanjana : Varun ulla vanga ! She yelled

He entered to see her eyes tearing up

Sanjana : Parunga I have gained so much of weight , endha dress um fit agala ! Edho en munji la irundha spark ponna madi iruku ? She began whining

Varun : Ada lusu idhuku dhan feel panuriya ? Ennaku munna iruka sanjana va vida ippa irukura Sana va dhan romba puduchuruku . He told as he wiped her tears.

Sanjana : Ellam ungalala ! Parunga indha nelamai la na iruken

Varun : idhu enna vamba pochu? Na enna pannen?

Sanjana : Oru baby eh Swathi akka vala mudiyala , ennaku onnu illa rendu na enna panna ?

Varun : Unna yaru twin banana sapudha sonna ? He asked raising his eyebrow.

Sanjana : adhu nala lam onnum illa ... she told as she knew Varun was in the process of changing her mood

She smiled and pushed him outside the trail room . While Varun was happy to see her smile again.

The duo then bid bye to the family and reached there home . While Sanjana dozed of soon due to the the tiredness

From the time Sanjana and Varun heard that babies can hear from the doctor , Varun began reciting stories each day before they doze of to sleep while sanjana slept on his shoulders.

Day by day Sanjana's tantrums also increased making Varun helpless but understand the reason behind her mood swings.

Sanjana was fast a sleep placing her head on Varun's chest and she snuggled more but the baby bump was too big  that she found discomfort while sleeping.

The clock struck 12 sharply ! Her phone began ringing . That was the time she fell asleep . Sanjana decided to ignore the call and sleep as Varun already dozed of holding her close to his chest . But the phone kept ringing and she decided to switch it off and slept peacefully.

Morning when she woke up , she did not find Varun by her side . All she found was note near the side table .

" Morning Sana !
I can't avoid this meeting with the client , nerla pakkanum nu sonnaga , so I m leaving and  I have kept all that u need in the dinning table . I ll be back by evening. "

Sanjana : Ivaruku ivaru pori urunda dhan mukiyam . Chei ! She huffed .

She got down  from her bed slowly holding the baby bump . She tilted her head to look at the clock and realise it was half past 10 in the morning

Sanjana : Ada ivalavu neram thungitom , tablets marandhutom ! She sighed

Sanjana settled her self in the couch after taking her bath . She began eating what Varun had kept for her and that's when she realised she did not check her phone . She switched on the phone only to be flooded with messages and call notifications

Her phone again starting ringing and she picked the call to see her entire family in video call.

Swathi : Enna madam romba jolly ah irundhinga pola netu night ?

Sanjana : Netu night ah ?? Na nalla thungiten ka ! She told blinking her eyes.

The cousins slammed her head while the elders looked at eachother seeing if Sanjana is talking for real .

Sanjana : Ennna ellarum ennaya mela keela nu pakuringa ?

Kumar : Sanju innaiku enna day nu nyabagam iruka ??

Sanjana : Innaiku enna day ? She asked tapping her index finger on her chin

Amru : Akka indha day annaiku matum dhan unna Hitler thitama iruparu ? She told looking at Vishwa thata

Raji : Vaalu thata va ollunga sollu ! She told holding her ears

Aadi : Idhu seri varadhu ! Sanju nee eppudi d un bday ah marandha?

That's when it dawned to her , she looked at the calender and realised it indeed was her bday .

Madhu : Nee yen da ippudi sollra ?

Aadi : Adhuva anni ! Iva bday ku oru masam munnadiye count down vaipa . Daily morning enga kita sollu va 10 more day to go nu . Ragala pannuva periya list poduva enna ellam ava innaiku sapuduva nu . He told rolling his eyes

Madhu chuckled while Sanjana glared at him

Sanjana : Ama la innaiku en birthday nane marandhuten paru ! She slammed her forehead.

The entire family screamt together
" Happy birthday Sanju "

Sanjana had this smile plastered on her face . Swathi had the little siddhant in her hand and the little baby boy smiled at her making Sanjana's heart smile.

Viji : Seri neenga pasanga pesunga ! Nanga evening varom veetuku seria Sanjana ?

Sanjana nodded her head in agreement while Vikram took the phone in hand

Vikram : Apram en Machan enna gift tandaru ? Netu avalavu call panniyum edhukala ?

Aditi : Nalla gavanipo ? Normal day la ye mamz super ah pathuparu . Innaiku bday vera ? Enna achu ? She asked excitedly

Sanjana realised that Varun did not wish her and her face fell immediately .

Sanjana : Unga mama dhana sirappa pannitaru ! She told with a smile.

Swathi who understood the reaction diverted the topic by asking what cake does she want to eat .

The cousins then hung the call while Sanjana atleast expected him to wish her through ha WhatsApp message . But to her dismay she did not get any.  She kept waiting for him and did not realise when sleep caught her.

It was half past 10 in the night , everyone she knew wished her and people she wasn't even in touch pinged her in WhatsApp and Instagram. 
She was super annoyed that her family had informed her that they ll be there in the Evening but eventually they did not turn up. Her 5 feet tall husband was no where found she tried calling him but he pinged her saying he is on the way and that annoyed her more.

She stood near the balcony gazing the stars wondering what the universe in conspiring for her .

Varun reached home by half past ten in the night and he began calling Sanjana's name and she was no where found.  He knew where she would be standing and went to there room and found her looking up at the stars with her hands on the rails.

He went and hugged her from behind and she got no response from her.

Varun : Enna Sana oru reaction um illa ?

Sanjana : Neenga enter ana odane unga smell ah vachu kandupuduchuruven. She told sighing

Varun : En oru mari iruka enna achu ?

Sanjana Mv : En bday nu oru wish panrara paru !

Sanjana : Onnum illa . She told as she walked away from the room .

Sanjana sat on the sofa while Varun laid his head on her lap giving a peck on her baby bump.

Sanjana : Idhuku onnum korachal illa ! She murmured under her breath.

Varun : Saptingala kutty ma? Unga amma saptala ?

He looked at Sanjana still with his head laying on her lap. While Sanjana rolled her eyes out of frustration .

Sanjana : Sapten! Neenga saptinga nu Akash Anna solitaru. She told with blank expression

Varun : Champs ! Nammaku onnu pudikum na universe kandippa adha namma ku senju tarum , andha mari ennakum onnu nadanduchu . He told placing his hands on her bump

The twin trouble kicked and Sanjana widened her eyes .

Sanjana Mv : Unga dada kuda serunga neengalum ! Veliya varuvingala apa iruku . She sulked.

Varun : Ellarukum avunga life la oru person irupanga , ennakum oruthi irundha ! Ava pesuna pesite irupa . Nane oru kaalu dhan ana andha kaalukum pesa terium nu kamuchadhu ava dhan!

Sanjana : Ivaroda first love  avalavu seekram marandhuruvara enna ! Ennkuda vera vazhi illama dhan irukaru. She felt really bad.

The twins again kicked making Varun smile He immediately saw Sanjana's reaction and understood the level of overthinking her cherry size brain would be thinking.

Sanjana : Hey vaalunga , neengalum sadhi panringala !  She thought

Varun : Oru butterfly mari she left her colors in my life and disappeared .

Sanjana : Avalavu kolupu ayruchu la ungaluku , en birthday va marandhutu unga first lover ah pathi perumai ah pesunga . She was seriously annoyed now.

Varun kept trying his level best to test her patients .

Varun : You are getting jealous thinking  about yourself Sana ! He wondered mentally

Sanjana : Innum 20 minutes la birthday ve mudinjurum ! Ivaru wish panra mari ennaku teriala , ivaru matum marandhutaru ... life long ivaru veliya dhan innimel. She thought and pushed his head from her lap.

She went to the washroom and her eyes were teared up . She felt even though he is with her , his heart lies with the girl he loved and that was something that she could never accept or think of ! She splashed the water on her face in such a way that it made her eyes look less puffy.

She stepped outside from the restroom and Varun closed her eyes with his palms.

Sanjana : Ungaluku enna pudikama poiruchu la ?

Varun kept smiling thinking of her tantrums

Sanjana : Innaiku enna naal teriuma ??

Varun made her sit on the bed while he kneeled down and sat on the floor.  She opened her eyes to see a rotating snow globe and her eyes were filled with tears.

Inside the small snow globe was a couple sitting on the wooden bench with the snowman near them. The music that played on was the bgm of
" Manam vitu uai matum unnodhu pesida vendum ..."

That made her to chuckle loud . Varun placed it in her hand and " Happy birthday to the girl who swept me off my feet " He placed his lips on her forehead . When a tear drop escaped her eyes.

Sanjana : Neenga innum oru 5 minutes wait pannirundhu sollirukalame ! Birthday ve mudinjurukum . She twisted her lips

Varun : En makku Sana ! Indha time la dhan nee porandha . So technically patha I m ur first wish la ? He told pulling her nose .

Sanjana felt overwhelmed when he actually thought of wishing her at the time she was born on that day rather than at sharp 12.

Sanjana : Birthday adhuvuma ? Unga first lover pathi pesiye aganuma ? She told again huffing

Varun started laughing out loud making Sanjana confused as to why he is reacting as such .

He walked upto the study table and fetched the diary from the desk and returned back to Sanjana.

Varun : Vaishu va illa Sanjana va? Options iruku but how can I choose when both of them are the same person ?

Her entire world stopped revolving when she heard him saying Vaishu and the truth of both being the same person. Knowing an extra information that Varun was actually in love with her from the starting made her heart raise in a speed . She ended up feeling like a teenager.

Sanjana : Vaishu va ? Apdi lam yarum ennaku teriadhu. She told biting her inner cheeks

Varun : Oh nejama ? He told giving her the book where she had written about them both.

She wondered how he got his hands on that diary and hugged him immediately .

Varun : En life la irundha ore ponnu nee matum dhan ! How funny la oru half an hour back you were comparing yourself with you ! He told with his trademark smile while Sanjana smacked his shoulders.

Sanjana : En munandiye sollala ?

Varun : Nee yen munnadiye sollala ?

To add on to the argument the twins kicked her belly together at the same time making the duo beam with smile.

The duo then went to the hall and there she found the cake . With the shape she identified that It was made by the cousins .

Sanjana : Enna kd vela panninga ?

Varun : Na dhan unga veetla yarum vara venam , give us som privacy nu cake ah matum Vikram kita irundhu vaangitu vandhuten. He told with setting his hair properly.

Sanjana cut the cake and he expected her to give him the first bite but Sanjana being Sanjana ate the first bite and Varun ended up making a sulky face .

She fed him the next bite and immediately took few icing in her hand and applied it on his entire face for making her wait . She immediately tried running away before she runs into the devil

Rightly Varun held her wrist and pulled her a little , he had the icing of the cake in his index finger . He inched closer to her while Sanjana's blood cells began rushing in a speed .

He placed his index finger on the tip of her nose and continued "  I might not be you first wish but I promise I ll be your last wish , ippanu illa eppavume ! "  He finished as he captured her soft lips inside his delicate ones.
