Becky started her day as usual, when she went to school she greeted the teacher and then her friends. A soft girl with light blond hair and eye of her name sake Violet. Her other friend is named Todd, but everyone calls him "Scoops" because he is a reporter. He runs a very successful newspaper at the school. 

Class barely started when she heard something off in the distance. Becky is not a normal human girl by any means. She is an alien living among humans on the planet Earth. She comes from a planet called Lexicon.

She has abilities that others don't and an impeccable vocabulary to boot. 

Becky give the teacher an excuse that she wasn't feeling well and wanted to see the nurse. The teacher gave her a hall pass and told her to go home if it was serious. She thanked the teacher and left. 

Once she was a few feet from the classroom, she looked around and to her relief no one was around; everyone else was in class. She used her super speed to zip to the crime scene.

She landed in a building with blacked out windows and the lights off. She flinched and squinters her eyes the moment the lights turned back on. Standing near a strange machine, were two of her regular villains Mr. Big and his assistant Leslie.

"Hello Wordgirl. Surprised?", said Mr. Big.

"No, not really. What is it this time?", said Wordgirl (Becky) sarcastically as she rolled her eyes.

With a huff, Mr. Big asked Leslie if the machine was ready.

"Yes, sir. If I may ask, Sir, what you plan to do with machine?", said Leslie.

Mr. Big turns to her in confusion, "What? I told you what it did, didn't I?"

"No, Sir. You got distracted by your order of giant fluffy rabbit dolls coming in.", retorted Leslie.

"Oh. Well, I'll tell you Leslie.", said Mr. Big.

Wordgirl frowned at them forgetting her and faked a cough to get their attention.

"Sorry to interrupt but it doesn't really matter what it does because I'm going to stop you!", said Wordgirl.

"Oh yeah? Without your little...uh... llama side kick, you are out numbered!", claimed Mr. Big.

"Captain Huggyface will be here any minute so don't you worry about that!", said Wordgirl.

She paused and then said, "Uh, can we wait until he gets here, please?"

"Sure.", responded Mr. Big and they all stood there for an awkward minute.

Mr. Big wasn't a patient man and struck up a dead end conversation as Leslie shifted from one foot to the other, looking a way.

"How have you been Wordgirl?", asked Mr. Big.

"Oh, uh, I'm fine.", said Wordgirl.

That moment, Captain Huggyface knocked on the door. Mr. Big took him to come in. Captain Huggyface opened the door all the way before jumping into the room with an action pose. Everyone else followed him and made aggressive faces.

"Now as I was saying! I will use this machine to get rid of you forever Wordgirl! That way you can't get in the way of my mind control stuff!", exclaimed Mr. Big.

Leslie then took a controller out of her pocket and almost pushed a big red button until Mr. Big stopped her, wanted to push the button himself. She handed him the controller as Wordgirl rushed them. She got into action right away. She fought Wordgirl as Captain Huggyface wrestled the remote out of Mr. Big's hands. 

Mr. Big and Captain Huggyface fell on the ground and the controller landed on the button. Leslie saw the Laser beam seconds before Wordgirl, she jumped a way. The laser hit Wordgirl head on, she fell to the ground. 

Captain Huggyface let go of Mr. Big to rush over to her. Leslie walked back to Mr. Big's side. Captain Huggyface helped a confused Wordgirl up. She felt off.

"What did you do to me?", said Wordgirl.

Laughing, Mr. Big revealed that he took her powers a way and compressed them into a shiny jewel. Entranced by the Jewel Mr. Big was tempted to keep it instead of send it away with an overly complicated portal device.

"I don't understand! How could you have come up with this?", question a weakened Wordgirl.

"I enlisted the of a very smelly scientist that you remember very wail.", said Mr. Big.

"It's well not wail. A Wail is a type of cry or distraught sound.", corrected Wordgirl.

"I see it didn't take a way that big mouth of yours...", Muttered Mr. Big.

"Sir, I remember this plan having multi parts?", said Leslie.

"Yes! We finished step one, get rid of those pesky powers. Next we get rid of Wordgirl!", bellowed Mr. Big.

"Actually, Sir, the Jewel containing Wordgirl's power's are still in your hands. You never put it in the portal.", said Leslie.

"Oh, right. Thank you, Leslie.", said Mr. Big.

Mr. Big chucks the jewel through the portal and Captain Huggyface chases after it. He disappears as the portal closes.
