Tamao led Sakura to a jewelry store. 

He didn't intend on stealing anything, as it felt wrong. 

He pushed his sister in front of him, and had her use baby-doll eyes. It surprisingly worked! The two eevee had gotten some jewlery, Sakura had earrings while Tamao had gotten himself a bracelet. They then went to a stone smith of sorts, and gotten their evoloutionary stones imbedded into their jewelry.

Sakura had ran off, and told Tamao to wait, so he did. He saw a newspaper, freshly printed. He read it. 

When Sakura returned, he saw that she was holding some other stones. He didn't recall what they were, but remembered watching pokemon battle with them. He put them into his bracelet, and thanked Sakura.

They headed into the alleyway to try and find a new place to be, but instead found a flyer. On it was a treehouse, and eevee seemed to be the only pokemon there!

Sakura wanted to go and try to see if they could help them evolve. Tamao agreed, and took her there.

It was a huge treehouse, he caught sight of a shiny eevee- one that seemed vaugley familar, yet he couldn't recall exactly where.

When Tamao saw the umbreon, he growled, but he knew this was going to be a safe place for Sakura and himself.
