Alarms started blaring in Tamao's ear. He and Sakura were closer to the door. He let out one final loud screech.

The door opened.

A large eevee on the other end rushed in, and growled at the scientists, giving Tamao and Sakura a chance to escape.

When they got out, the large eevee followed, helping them. When they were in town, plenty far away from... There, the eevee spoke. "So, uh, my name's Star'Gazer! What's yours?" The eevee asked. Tamao looked at Sakura and waited for her to speak. "Sakura!" She squeaked. Tamao nodded, then responded with his own name. "Tamao."

Star'Gazer nodded. "Those are nice names! Say? How about we be friends?" Star'Gazer asked. Tamao nodded. "Sure! It sounds nice." Tamao agreed. Star'Gazer grinned and took Tamao and Sakura to where he was staying. It was in the forest, beneath a tree.

The roots held up the roof, which made the den pretty cozy, and well protected against storms.

Tamao and Sakura laid down, and Star'Gazer headed out to get something to eat.

Tamao and Sakura sat there, unsure of anything in this 'new' world.
