After being investigated by the detective and proven that he wasn't the traitor he was let go and he left off the face of the planet with only Momo with him due to protecting him all along telling them that he's innocent all along as she opens her eyes as she sees that they are nothing but frauds along with him. Years after the betrayal that led to Ua downfall they both are a happy family as they see that Ua doesn't have anyone to represent them as pro hero's as word got outside after they left that Ua betrayed a star student which caused them to shut down afterwards I'm which they wanted to find them but couldn't only people who know where they are are are their parents.
