At the age of 4 Izuku has a quirk called universal. What it means for Izuku is that his power is strong enough to take down anything or anybody. All might Inko and Izumi are scared that Izuku might be dangerous and so they started treating him like shit along with some of her friends. One day as the family left Izuku started his life anew due to his family being assholes towards him and so he planned on exposing them and their friends. One day as he was doing his plan he ran into a girl who wanted to be a hero which he supports her in and he saved her from a fake hero. The girl that Izuku saved was Momo one of the rich girls that had a nice life. Momo fell in love with Izuku despite not knowing his real name but knows about his name of those they call a hero.

When Izuku first met Momo he didn't like the design so with the power he had he made her a new one and gave it to her after he met her. Despite him being evil as she knows about it but just not his name she didn't care as she believes that she can change him or at least make him see there's more then just a fake hero.
