As Izuku was close to being the head of the Mafia Inko figured he needed friends since he doesn't have any and sent him to Ua much to his displeasure he went. As he he saw a beautiful maiden named Momo Yaoyorozu as he starts crushing on her and starts getting to know much of her and some his classmates. None of them knows that Izuku is from the Mafia. At first Nezu is against him being there but with his family told him about how many blackmail they got on the government and he quickly accepted and even have some on Nezu himself as he doesn't know that.
