Before I start this I thought about this for a while and this is gonna be a little different from the game and movie (which I haven't watched yet).

Before everything happened Izuku is having a nice life he adopted a little girl (not Eri at least not yet) and they both had a great bond until one night everything happened it broke lose. Soon after everything happened Izuku has lost his little girl due to the military soldier who was tasked to kill them from his commanding officer. Izuku couldn't handle it due to his daughter getting shot which he should've taken the bullet for her which he didn't. Izuku did everything in his care to stop the bleeding but couldn't and soon he cried and cried again after she died as her last words was a Thank you for being Kind dad to her as she will never forget him.

After 20 years after that happened Izuku still gets haunted by nightmares of her death as he woke up to a women who he started dating and somehow was glad that they were able to have a child with (bare with me) as she asked him as she saw him waking up to the nightmare with if he is fine.

I know this is kinda a story with but at least you know how most of this will come out when it's out.

You should already know the ship and no the women who is Tess didn't die they both find a way to keep her alive as well.

The ship you already should know is Izuku x Momo. Mostly if you ever played or watched the movie it should be the same a little but with Momo not dying and most Eri is immune like Ellie as both of them are also twins in this one as well and both got adopted by both of the couple making the 2 the oldest siblings which they have 3 girls.
