With Inko she felt as if something is off when she first saw Izuku and believes that he doesn't belong in her family(trust me she loves him as if he's her own son) and she see all types of bruises and cuts as All might keep saying that he was being rough and she know what it's like to be rough with her siblings and she can tell they are quirk marks and soon enough she finds out that Izuku is the prince of another nation and she saw that the whole country of Japan fucked when they get to Mordecai.

Yes Izuku has black hair and Nana doesn't know either All might or Inko and she doesn't have the quirk OFA she has her own quirk called call mirage. Izuku is the son of Nana and Hisashi.
