Before I start giving you the idea this idea came from a person I subscribe on YouTube and it gave me an idea and his YouTube name is Lord Wistys. If you don't believe me go to that channel and see the name of the title.

At the age of 4 Izuku has a quirk called Chi for some reason Izuku couldn't handle it as the doctor told him  but needs help with it. Inko and Izumi found him weak so they didn't think that the doctor actually meant it and they both torture him along with Katsuki. One day as it was during the middle school Izuku was doing his own thing in meditation and both of his idiot tormentors came as they decided to pick on him as they decided to throw him off but realizes that they fucked up by attempted murder as Izuku miraculously survives by being in a coma as he meets 3 of his masters.

Momo met Izuku a year before Ua started and during that year before the 10 months they started dating and she knows about Izuku  wing what the hero's called "villains" and she doesn't care and mostly after they gave her a choice she decided to go with Izuku to learn chi as well as she believes that she can earn the chi as way and also master it. And last thing she rejected shoto due to her dating Izuku.
