After giving birth to a pair of twins she was the happiest until 4 years when she heard that her son was quirkless she didn't give up on him as she knows that he wants to be a hero since she is one herself. As Izuku asked her can he still be a hero she told him directly that he can which didn't set right with 2 certain jackasses who hated him after they were told he was quirkless. As years goes by Inko taught Izuku how to fight against all who stand in his way of heroism she felt as if someone is really targeting him as she one day pretends to leave as she hears that both Toshinri and Izumi beaten the shit out of him but she doesn't hear scream and came in as they both kept trying to punch him as he dodges and now she taken Izuku away from them as she left as well and divorced Toshinri. As Toshinri was about to hit Inko he was stopped in midair as he sees that Izuku quirk has finally awoken and to make things worse what they all didn't know is that Inko had everything on record and she became the new #1 hero as Toshinri lost his placed after the divorce as Izumi lost her place as well after Izuku kicked her ass along with everyone else who did him wrong.
