After Inko passed away All might and Izumi blamed Izuku for it as they decided to transfer to a different country leaving Izuku to rot. What they didn't know is that everything that they've done to Izuku has been recorded to Nezu and the others as they took heed of it and made an arrest when they got back home after they believe that he died. During the time that they left everyone knew what they did to Izuku as they all know that Inko passed away due to cancer and that they wanted a reason to hate him.

Izuku is going to be Aizawa child due to the abuse and neglect from All might and Izumi.
