On a particular day where everyone was playing spin the bottle and it was Shoto turn to spin as Momo expected it to be her as it landed on his crush which was Ochako as he kissed her passionately as it broke Momo emotionally as she excused herself as Izuku followed her to make sure she was ok as he saw her crying that her world crumbled down until he changed it for her as she starts seeing herself with Izuku as she learns that he has a crush on her as she starts crushing on him as they both starts kissing during the moment.
