After being diagnosed quirkless he was sent to the government as Izuku was forced to forget everything that happened after the age of 8. Due to him being quirkless after the age of 8 his family had sent him as they abused him and neglected him but soon enough after he pretended to force his brain to forget about his past he broke out and killed everyone and left with a little girl named Eri. After Izuku left with Eri he gotten every thing that is essentially necessary for him and Eri as Izuku wanted vengeance for what his family and bullies did to him but know that time is patience. During the time as he does his plot and planning he was hired to take out those that didn't see fit from the hero commission as they knew about what the government did to him and Eri as they gave him diplomatic immunity from the law which made Izuku even more crave for what his family and friends did to him. They even have him the go ahead to kill as he will do it and wants it to be the most painful way before they died.
