After Izuku was born blind but his quirk make up for it his biological family left him at a orphanage Inko always wanted a son along with Hisashi since Inko couldn't have one. One day the both went to an orphanage to adopt a child and saw Izuku who was sitting by himself who was doing his own thing as the caretaker try bringing their attention away from him telling them that he's blind which made the 2 want him even more and told them they would adopt him. After they did even though the caretaker didn't want Izuku to live a happy life due to being blind and tried to attack the 2 who are secretly hero's and they were gonna defend themselves until Izuku did as he was grateful to them that they adopted him.
