After Izuku was diagnosed as quirkless he has been treated like shit from friends and family. After the age of 14 his family gave him to the government hoping they would kill him for being quirkless but what they didn't know is that they have Izuku to a guy who would help Izuku get stronger as there was a place for people like Izuku. The person who helped Izuku was Frank woods the reason for that is because after Woods was told what his family has been doing to him he was pissed and so he took Izuku in as his son and trained him to be stronger. After Izuku training he was seen as one of the best soldier candidates to be in special ops as he actually got recommended by Woods himself. Soon enough one day Izuku has gone back to the place that started his roughly childhood.
