He is able to summon all of them but not at once

Some are evil like the springtrap line

Izuku has to have the robots willingly go back for him to summon others

Yes Glitchtrap and Vanny will count

His robots can be hacked and turned against him

This will also include things like Giga Montey *hopefully you get the reference*
