Hera grows tried of her husband cheating on her and decides to visit her mother Rhea. Both mother and daughter talk about their immortal lives and how Hera wishes to not be seen in a bad light by Hero's. Rhea tells Hera that she is trying her best and Hera wants to have a good marriage like Oceanus and Tethys; and maybe just once fall in love with a good mortal man and have a demigod child(ren).

Rhea decides to help Hera to feel a true marriage, so they call upon Hecate to help Hera have a mortal body and so they head to Elemental Nations because only a female ninja can hold her. so Hecate, Rhea and Hera travel to Uzushiogakure and put some of her power, essence and her magical eggs/ovum into a newborn girl that will be named Kushina Uzumaki.

Or

Hera grows tried of her husband cheating on her and decides to visit the Elemental Nations Dimension or Planet; she does this to get away from Zeus for awhile. And when she enjoying a nice stroll she comes across a couple having problems with having children. she feels sad for the couple because she feels the faithfulness between them and decides to to help by transferring her power and essence into the woman's barren womb. By giving the couple a chance to have a child Hera somehow found a way to have a demigod child by having a mortal body in the form of a newborn girl that will be named Kushina Uzumaki.

What if the Hunters of Artemis accidentally or on purpose killed a few boys who were not suppose to die. This angers the Fates and they've come to punish those Hunters, while they are 2-3 miles away from camp Artemis senses them and goes to meet them. She asks the Fates to not punish her Hunters that caused those deaths.

But the Fates must because those boys weren't supposed to die until old age...but Artemis caring to much about her Hunters asks for them to punish her instead. Surprised at first they agree and the Fates tell Artemis that she must not tell anyone of this occurrence and they make her swear on the River Styx. Only when her mortal body dies does and she finds out about her demigod child(ren) and is when she can tell what happened with the Fates. And so the Fates take some of Artemis power, essence and eggs and are put inside a new born infant girl by the name of Kushina.

Artemis or Hera is reborn as Kushina Uzumaki and if you want she can be a demigod daughter of either Zeus, Poseidon, or Thor. She grows up and later falls in love with Minato Namikaze ;

And he can be the the human avatar/aspect or son of either Ba'al (Canaanite god of fertility, weather, rain, wind, lightning, seasons, war and sailors), Shango (African God of fire, lightning, and thunder, Justice, Dance, and Virility, represents male power and sexuality) ,

Jupiter(King of Olympus - God of Honor, Justice and Lightning - Lord of the Sky - Jupiter Optimus Maximus; The Parcae or Fata sense Hera, Rhea and Hecate(or option 2) go to the Elemental Nations and put Hera's power's and essence into a new born infant. Plus you could have Naruto get to the other world when his mother comes for him after his battle against Pain. The reason why is because she sensed the seal breaking and headed to naruto's world. She makes it and she overhears the conversation between Naruto and Nagato. She hears both stories and feels sadness for her son, and decides to take Naruto to camp Halfblood as he collapsed while trying to return to the Leaf Village.

Also You could have him be in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th Percy Jackson books; or maybe in the First Hero's of Olympus book. Along with deciding if you want to give Naruto a sister or not....Also you can change Naruto's personality to be a mix of his canon self and that of Menma Namikaze from Tenten's Infinite Tsukuyomi dream. If you desire you can also take female characters from different fandoms and insert them as demigods. I hope that you like this idea and please have fun with it.
