Title: On the Other Side

Plot:
Hisae and Reina Saito are the granddaughter of Mr. Fuji, the man who runs the Lavender Volunteer Pokémon House and the House of Memories. He is a respected member of the community and is very close to his family.

When he unexpectedly passes away, the whole of Lavender Town is devastated.

Both sisters are deeply upset by his death, and the plot revolves around the two sisters struggling to overcome their grief whilst trying to carry on his legacy.

Character(s)
Hisae- helps those dealing with grief after the loss of their Pokémon in the House of Memories. She communicates with the ghosts of the dead Pokémon and is deeply religious.

As a result of this, she became a Channeller*.

Channellers, also known as Mediums in later generations, were a trainer class introduced in Generation I that mainly used ghost type Pokémon and could be battled inside Pokémon Tower. They are generally portrayed as Shinto priestesses. Hisae has a Ghastly and she is 17.

*The American spelling would be Channeler

Reina- volunteers in the Lavender Volunteer Pokémon House, and aspires to work in a Pokémon Centre when she is older. She is a lot less mature and serious than Hisae is, and isn't religious. She likes to help people, and doesn't want to stay in Lavender Town forever. Reina has a Cubone, and she is 14.

Setting:
Lavender Town, shortly after Pokémon Tower is converted into the Lavender Radio Tower.
