The test series with England have just finished up and the T20 squad had already joined the team . India won the test match by 3-1. Now they were eyeing for a whitewash in T20's. As the test matches were over, the players who were not part of the T20 squad had already left , barring some who choose to stay for sometime so that they can catch up with their other friends who were not part of the test squad.

It was dinner time. Most of the players had already taken an early dinner while others were having dinner in their room only except two.

Chalo me batati hu)

" Aree Yaar Ro boht din ho gye chal na Bhar Jake dinner karte h , there's a lot to catch up . It's been a long time since we last meet each other. Boht sari baatein karni h tujhse." Shikhar exclaimed.

" Nhii re hum yhi pe dinner Kar lete h na, kya hote h, aese bhi hum dono hi h " Rohit said .

" No way , yha toh roj karte h , aaj Bhar Jake hi karenge, Jaise harsaal hum hamari openers party karte  h na last year Tu nhi tha isliye hamari OPENERS party reh gyi thi." Shikhar said trying to convince Ro.

" Mayonnaise did I just hear about an openers party , please Ro BRo include us too, we are your opening partners na , but please  hum Na party aaj nhi KAL karenge because aaj Hume bhook nhi h.  Humne already dinner Kar liya." Rahul said. He and Mayank were just passing from there when they heard Shikhar saying something regarding OPENERS PARTY.

Seeing that Ro was still going to say no, Shikhar said " Dekh Ro now you can't say no , we are having a openers  dinner party tomorrow, and no questions on it. Ain't I right Mayu and Rah. "

" Right Shikhi bhai" both Rahul and Mayank exclaimed together, very excited at the thought that they will be getting to spend some alone time with thier BRo and Shikhi bhai.

Now, Ro having no other option had to say yes . Though he was glaring at Shikhar but deep down he was very happy because he was getting to spend time with his bestie cum opening partner as well as his kiddos. These two kids don't come to him asking for attention , they just have thier own way of expressing thier love and care.

After that both Mayhul left for their room , very happy and excited. While Shikhar and Ro had their dinner together.

The next day,
During the dinner time,
A perplexed Virat can be seen muttering to Jinks that " Yeh Ro kha gya , uska room locked pada h, pata nhi kha hoga  "

To this Jinks said " yhi khi Hoga vo Vi, chalo chalke dekhte h."

While talking they come in the corridor, only to see that Ishan and Harry searching for someone . So, Virat asks " Tumlog kisko Dhund rahe ho ."

So, Harry says " Mayu and Rahuliya ko. Pata nhi kha Gayab ho gye. Gym me bhi nhi h . Nahi pool side me h."

While Ishu says " ha Cheeku bhaiya, hum kabse dhund rahe h unko, mil hi nhi rahe." 

At the same time, Bhuvi, Rishabh and Ash too comes searching Shikhar.  Ash being the sensible one says " Guys , how about we ask someone. May be someone saw them  and can tell us." Just then they see a hotel staff going from there side.  When Virat stops him and  ask whether he had seen Rohit and Shikhar. The staff member replies "Rohit sir and Shikhar Sir has gone to the nearby rooftop restaurant to have dinner and Rahul sir and  Mayank sir are also with them."

'Mere Bina yeh log  dinner Kar rahe h' that's what everyone thought except one person.

'My bestie and my first kiddo are having dinner without me 😐. How can they make a dinner plan without me.' thought a certain someone, if you know you know 😁.

Meanwhile,
At the rooftop restaurant,
Our Shikhit and Mayhul were happily chatting with each other without any worries or care of the world.

Rooftop was specifically booked for them so  they don't have to behave sanely . This was what  Shikhi told when Ro asked him why he booked rooftop for just four of them.

As soon as music started Shikhi and Mayu started dancing,  after 2-3 songs their steps started getting so funny that Rahul was almost snuggling on RO while laughing like some crazy people.

They were enjoying themselves without being aware of what storm was gonna hit them soon.

While still dancing , as if some realisation struck Mayu, so he shouted " Bhaiya's we haven't done cheers yet and we already started party"

Laughing Shikhar said " isme kya hai , hum abhi krte hai come Ro Rah let's cheers."

Laughing they all stood up with their beverage glass to cheer when Mayank said " Cheers to openers "

"Cheers to openers" all said together laughing. And decided to take some selfies after taking few photos when they all turn they were greeted with the whole ICT standing at the entrance with hands folded cross above their chest and while, some of them can be seen glaring, the others were just too shocked to process anything.

A/n:
The openers are having a party, will the team spare them  or the things will turn pretty serious , to know that you need to wait for the second part...stay tuned 😉
