i. you have to use the icon for at least a week

ii. you don't have to give me any sort of payment, but a follow would be nice

iii. if you're going to use one, make sure you let me know in the comments you're going to use it

iv. if you want to request an icon, check the form on the other page

v. you need to at least credit me in your 'about' page

vi. if you don't credit me, i will just block you - fair and square
