Running through the streets as (hero name) has quickly become one of your favorite things.

You had fought a few battles alongside Ladybug and Chat Noir now and you were off to fight another one.

This battle felt more personal to you and you were glad they called you in for the mission. Your friend Nathaniel had been akumatized after your classmate bullied him for having feelings for Marinette.

You honestly could not understand how someone could bully such amazing art.

You arrived at the docks and groaned as you saw Chat Noir alone and trapped with Marinette under what looked to be the remains of the Evilistrator's attack.

"Are you coming or what?" You yelled out to Chat Noir through cupped hands.

He looked all over to try and figure out where he was hearing your voice from. When his eyes met yours you did a cute little wave.

You couldn't help but laugh when Marinette shoved him away once he freed the two of them.

"Are you okay? He didn't hurt you with his creepiness did he?" You asked the blue haired girl with two of your hands pressed on her shoulders.

She laughed. "Nothing fatal luckily."

"Oh you two think you're soooo funny don't you?" Chat Noir asked and you couldn't tell if his tone was more mocking or grumpy.

"Where the Evilistrator run off too?" You asked with a serious expression masking over your face.

Marinette now had a worried look that almost looked forced. "Since I was helping the heroes he decided he was breaking his promise of keeping Chloe safe. I can only assume he's with her."

You held onto Chat Noir begrudgingly as he threw the two of you through the air.

"Might want to hold on a little tighter, wouldn't want to fall." You could tell he was grinning as he whispered into your ear.

You reached up one of your hands and shoved his face away from you and couldn't help but notice how his grip on your waist tightened with your sudden movement.

"Stop being such a perv. I knew I should've just gone there myself."

"But then you would've missed out on all of the fun, love. We all know that you're too slow to get there by yourself." He winked.

He winked at you. You couldn't believe that damn pervert winked at you!

Before you could kill him, the two of you landed on the balcony that led into Chloe's room.

You were surprised with how accurate Marinette's guess was. Chloe was in here room dodging attacks from your friend who was akumatized.

You ran into the room. "Nathaniel! Stop this." You yelled and his eyes darted towards yours quickly.

"What's this? That new pathetic hero that has shown herself so few times?" He rolled his eyes.

You stiffened, gritting your teeth. "All talk." You groaned as he sent a large drawing at you, dodging it with ease.

Before you knew it he was sending objects at you from all directions and you were dodging them so quickly that your feet began to ache.

"May be a good time to use that power of yours to get close to him!" Chat Noir called and you glared at him, a normal reaction you had when the boy decided he could speak to you.

You took a step back and assessed the situation.

Chloe was in danger, Chat Noir had just fallen into a situation that restricted his movement, and you were all alone without ladybug.

You took in a deep breath, remembering your training to become Ladybug.

That role was meant for you in the first place, now you had to show everyone why.

You took a step back and got a running start towards him, imagining hearing Stompp cheering you on.

"Resistance!" You cried out as you noticed the new wave of drawings Nathaniel was sending your waves.

"What?" He exclaimed. "Why isn't my power affecting you?!"

He was frantic. "You're going right through it!"

You ran towards him and snatched the pen out of his hand. "My power makes me immune to any akumatized and other miraculous power."

As soon as you snapped the pen over your leg, Ladybug came in to snatch up and release the butterfly.

"Thank you for bringing me home." Nathaniel appeared to be embarrassed as you dropped him off in front of his building.

You smiled. "Of course."

Your nose ring began to flash so you waved goodbye to him before turning.

"Wait!" He grabbed your wrist.

"What is it?" You asked hurriedly.

"Thank you for saving me as well." He muttered with a blush spreading across his cheeks. "I hope to see you again."

You smiled gently and reached up and patted his head. "If you do, I sure hope your not the one akumatized."

With that you freed your wrist from his grip and took back off towards your house.

"I'm home!" You called out as you took off your shoes, before replacing them with your indoor slippers.

"You sound like you had your fun."

"Hero work isn't about having fun!" You responded to your grandpa in a scolding tone.

"Well I sure think it should be." Stompp grumbled as he flew out of his hiding place.

"I still think Stompp is a bad influence on you." Your grandpa eyed the kwami warily as he handed you a small cup of tea.

"Am not!" Stompp retaliated.

You giggled. "Thank you."

"For the tea or calling me a bad influence?" Stompp screamed, demanding clarification.

"For the tea! Chill out you hot head!" You laughed again as you pushed him away gently.

"You are enjoying yourself, right darling?" Your grandfather asked you again once Stompp had retreated back to your room.

You smiled gently and nodded.

"Well I mean as much as you can for fighting a super villain." The old man chuckled.

You waved your hand at him almost dismissively. "I know what you mean."

His eyes narrowed. "I just worry if you regret it. Since it's to late to turn back."

You shook your head firmly. "No, I don't regret it." You flashed a beaming smile. "Stompp is my very best friend."
